Based on a referral, I brought my Volvo SUV in with a unique battery problem to see Bob as he is an expert expert when it comes to electric/battery issues. He is a professional and a man with high integrity. I had my car back within two days and couldn't be happier with the service and fair price -- about half what the dealership wanted. I wanted to write this review before my elation wore off which would make me forget to thank the shop and owner for their time and expertise. Had started a project three years ago to install a rear wiper and washer on my Subaru WRX as the US version did not come with a rear wiper system that the Japanese counterpart did. Although the rear wiper system and parts could be installed, I could not get the electrical components to work properly. Had consulted about ten different mechanics and noone (including Subaru specific mechanics) could get the rear wiper system to work properly. Having almost given up, I visited Tri Star Air and Auto and consulted the owner (Bob) who took the initiative to find the factory schematics, wiring diagrams, and OEM parts. He then had the intuitive background to make the rear wiper system work properly while also properly integrating the wiring and electrical harnesses within the framework of the car. My only regret was not contacting Tri Star Air and Auto earlier which would have saved me three years of frustration, time, and money. Finally relieved that this long project has been completed with the additional satisfaction of knowing that my WRX is the only one in North America to have a properly installed rear wiper system. Really appreciate of the stores expertise, professionalism, quality of work, and care for the satisfaction of the car's owner. .
