QualityAuto LLC in Fremont

This is the place I trust to fix problems that the Toyota service/maintenance not taking care of. I fixed the door someone scratched and run, the broken rain shield wiper fluid pump, the front bumper, the tail light got hit off by the tree branch, etc. They are very honest and very efficient all the time, I wish the Toyota service could be the as honest and efficient as they are.

The owner went way above and beyond for my family today. We overheated on the side of the freeway two hours from home with my four kids in the car. We got it towed to this shop and the owner found out the problem, got the part delivered so we wouldn’t have to wait outside and him lock up the shop, he stayed 3.5 hours after closing to fix it himself, and made sure we could get home safe. Home now and extremely grateful for the exceptional service and kindness that was offered to us today.

I brought in my vehicle for an AC diagnostic and recharge. I was fully informed about my options and felt like my concerns were handled seriously, and those at the front desk happily took the time to answer my questions and to graciously help educate me. It was a pleasant surprise, most other repair shops always seem in such a hurry they take little to no time for the customer. I intend to take my business here again in the future.

Did 60k servicing at this shop for a car I love, and all work done was very clearly itemized and the team went above and beyond in advising which work items were needed and not needed. Excellent service and reasonable price! People there are professional and sincere, they really consider for the customers and won't let you pay more than you really need. They help me change the shocks and break discs & pads of my 4Runner, now it is ready to take another 100k miles with me.
