I took my 97 Miata turbo build to Jei for Dyno tuning. Turns out my build was a little lacking, they had to fix some vacuum and exhaust system leaks. They fixed that as part of the Dyno tune (Thank you!) and had it on the machine within the hour. The tuning tweaks got us up to 214HP! Awesome!

Jei was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgable and did an incredible job tuning my 1965 Mustang with Holley Sniper 2 EFI system.

I wish I could give Aki at least 6 stars. He's a fantastic person. Knowledgeable, helpful and a great chap to deal with. I cannot recommend him or his operation highly enough. He's a really great guy who went out of his way to find a way to rapidly fix my car's issues. This business is a gem!

Best shop for JDM cars in the Bay Area

This place is hands down the best! I had questions regarding my F150 truck tuning and Jei and Aki answered my questions and helped me with getting my truck tuned! It's night and day difference. If your in the bay area, this is your shop for all performance! All professional and always responded quickly to all of my emails and calls.

I brought my Ariel Atom for an alignment unfortunately they could not perform the alignment because they noticed that the rear wheels had a lot of play. They advised this was due to the wheel bearings which it would generally be the cause. I found that the axles nuts were loose which creature the drivability issue. So I greatly thank them for finding the loose wheels which lead me to find the real issue.

Great service. I'd brought my car to Aki and had an perpetually self-diagnosed check engine light...within an hour he figured out my EGR valve had failed, offered to order one from Honda but also said he had a used one lying around and gave me a great price (installed). BlackTrax Rock!

I was referred there by a few friends and It took me a while to get on the schedule because of the upcoming races that they had on their calendar already. Once I got in and James had a few parts to order for me I got on the calendar. They tuned my '93 Miata up on the dyno and got me 15 more horsepower. This car hums now! They called me a few days after I had my car back to check how everything was running. Great customer service and great tune as well!
