Looks like a nice team who understands the problem and work accordingly. I had to go for the paint work on my car over there and they listened the problem and fixed it however it took some time. Somebody first messed up and then I had to wait for 2 days because it was a Friday. They can probably improve in organizing it a bit more e.g. communication on different stages, easy pick up & drop, at least for the insurance work if not possible for all. They had accommodated a drop off once for me but seems they do not have a big staff.

They were very helpful and accommodating with the level of work that was needed. The team contacted me throughout the process of the repairs being done to my vehicle. I was very happy with the process and the outcome. Many thanks to the staff.

I compared several Tesla authorized body shops, G&C was the only one that not only provided me the lowest quote, but also did it the fastest (within 10mins on the same day of my appointment) and the most professional way. They also were able to take me car in and repair it quickly within a week. All other places have a very long wait and the repair time also takes longer. Their staffs are very professional, the process was very smooth, they kept me posted on the progress frequently, and they also did a great job replacing my sunroof and repaired the damage. Couldn’t ask for more pleasant experience! Definitely will recommend them!

Jason was the one to actually call me, let me know he can make the process of ordering parts and making the repairs happen faster, and can get me my car back within days of the drop-off. He and his team definitely delivered on that promise. They went the extra mile and even fixed some other issues they found, all complimentary. I definitely recommend G&C for repairs.

They took such good care of me after my accident. Everything was explained in a straightforward and friendly manner. They gave me a ride home too to save me the Lyft cost. Jason kept me in the loop regarding my status and progress the whole time. Very quick turnaround and I feel like my car looks better than new now. Great with Teslas too, so go with confidence. I brought my car in here after I got into an accident and was helped by Savannah. She was incredibly helpful, easy to talk to, and kept me updated consistently. She vouched for me to help replace everything in the front bumper as well as the rear bumper. She also checked the car with me again at the end and made sure I was happy with it. The service was great and they have tea and coffee for you to drink while you wait. My car came back looking brand new and they even washed my car. There were watermarks on the windows but it's free car wash so I'm not really complaining haha The only thing is that when i got my car back, the rear seats were super dusty. I'm not entirely sure why but It's not that big of a deal since I just vacuumed it and it's fine!
