My car is a 2000 honda accord. It had built up oil blockage, engine problems, and aweful breaks. Tony’s fixed it all beautifully for an acceptable price. My car now is basically brand new and runs great. Highly recommend, this place.
Nice job. Smoged my old Jeep (1992). It's nice to support local business and families.
$1100+ and a whole week later I got my car back. Had an AC actuator replaced and the cables were left a mess when the dash was put back together. Also had the oil changed, window button replaced, and a vacuum leak fixed. I didn’t appreciate the messy cables and ignoring an obvious rattling unrelated to my request scope of work. Not even a comment. Felt like you don’t want or need my business. I guess I’ll go somewhere else to spend money on whatever that rattling is because this past work and the price for it was not impressive.
The only shop I've brought my cars to for 15yrs... its hard to find and honest mechanic that does good work. I feel safe leaving my cars with them, and they are friendly. I dont write many reviews but its good to know a decent mechanic.. the prices aren't bad either Check em out!
very expensive, would not give me a detail of how many hours was spent on this repair... ended up paying way too much in my opionion. desk dude is rude AF and deserve no star for his careless attitude. i also asked to smog my car while doing the repairs. they couldnt because they unplugged the battery before smogging (you need 30 miles driving after battery is unplugged before being able to smog) AMATEURS
I called for a price on a smog test. before showing up. I wanted to avoid any surprises and make sure I had enough money. The person that answered the phone asked me what make and model my vehicle was, I told him it was a Ford F-150 pickup truck. He then told me $55 out the door. Now I understand "out the door" to be "total cost for everything" so when the job was done and he handed me the bill and it was for $90 I was shocked and completely surprised. Exactly what I was trying to avoid when I called. I told the man at the counter I had called and was quoted $55 He said full sized Trucks are more. Even though I told the man on the phone my make and model they still charged me $90 I can't recommend a shop that almost doubled the price after a phone quote. I won't ever be using Tony's Auto again.
They said my car is “too low” to read the numbers on my catalytic converter. I offered to drive up on blocks to get a jack under but they didn’t want to do it. I even offered to bring a low profile jack. Guy wouldn’t even use his phone or mine to take a picture of the catalytic converter to read the number. They also wanted to charge me $120 for a smog check.
Needed a Star Smog for pre-2000 Corolla, hard to even find near me. There was a bit of a delay getting started as the tech had worked into his lunch break and no way for me to know until I showed up but the manager immediately explained the situation, kept me updated and once tech arrived everything went very quickly. They even gave me a break on the inspection price when they found I didn't require a particular subtest!
