I received an estimated completion date, regular updates, and the project was completed as promised on time. I could not have asked for a better experience than I had at Watsonville Autobody. I had some scheduling difficulties but the people I worked with there were patient, supportive, and excellent at their jobs. My car was ready in record time. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve needed their services and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I had a great experience with WAB. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and did a flawless job repairing the trunk and bumper of my 4Runner. They even gave it a very thorough washing and detailing of the inside. They work with Enterprise to make the rental pick up and drop off as easy as possible, with a complementary shuttle ride and on-site drop off of the rental car when I picked up my vehicle at WAB. It was so sweet, when I went to pick up my car they needed some extra time to find my key, which really wasn’t a big deal at all, and they were so kind offering a car wash and a Starbucks gift card next time I am in the area. Totally unnecessary but so very thoughtful! Everyone who works there is so kind with a high level of professionalism. I absolutely recommend Watsonville Auto Body and as much as I hope I never need their collision center services again, if I am ever in need, I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Coworker hit my quarter panel and l had a little front end damage too. WAB went above and beyond. They did such a great job bring my vehicle back to its original condition. I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews about them. But after talking to Liz and the team at the shop. I learned that some people just have bad attitudes. Over all l do recommend WAB if you need your vehicle to look original and clean.

Awful customer service, lack of communication among employees and poor management. Waited a hour to get my vehicle back after I was told it would be ready for pick up at noon mind you I had called prior to going to confirm it was indeed ready for pick up. They advised me it was, however it wasn’t. The worst part yet is that my vehicle wasn’t repaired correctly and now I have to deal with these people again and hope for a better experience. Upon getting my car back I realized it had paint residue all over my door jamb , compound from a rushed detail job all over my door and window, and in the process they happen to damaged my window tint. The manager was rude and lacked customer service skills. So many regrets taking my vehicle for repairs here! If only they weren’t in such a rush to get vehicles in and out and prioritized better work ethic we wouldn’t be in this nightmare of a dilema.

My car had a hit and run with damage to the drivers side doors. WAB repaired all damages including painting and did a fantastic job!! They finished earlier than expected and throughout the time period, they continued to send texts with status updates! Their customer service and communication is outstanding! The staff are extremely professional, thorough, nice and helpful, especially Liz, she’s amazing!! I highly recommend them and will only use them, should our family need their services in the future!

Excellent service, repair was done quickly. Service personnel treated me with respect and kept me informed daily of the progress. Finished work made my 2020 Odyssey looking new again. “Halloween gag here”: The estimator worked his fingers to the bone to get the fairest price for the job!
