Wanted to get my car repaired at this shop but the person over the phone was very unhelpful. Was very rude & when we tried to setup an appointment & was also very unhelpful. FYI if the insurance your dealing with farmers insurance, don't even bother calling them. They won't help you whatsoever & will turn away your business. Will never refer anyone or take any vehicle to this shop ever.
Worst place to go never got a call for updates or how long it would take and when I went so much compound inside the hood and over spray everywhere and they tried polishing spots and left so many swirls not to mention the paint job wasn’t so good (dirt nips everywhere ) and check what they waste the insurance money on they will waste more then there suppose too then your going to pay out of your pocket and to finish off the office people don’t know what there doing when you ask them something they send you to there workers to figure it out recommend Fix Auto more then this place .
Had my car repaired here and recieved great service. Prompt and quality work. The owner and the staff are friendly. Would differently use them again.
Waste of my time! Have been waiting for my car parts to arrive and get fixed for almost two months.. So I called my insurance and they said that someone in the bodyshop hasn't been in contact with me in months and only had contact with me once.. I called the shop and they said the samething..Wow really! When i talked to the owner over the phone and he said he will order the parts then give me a call when they would arrive.. the second time we had contact not just that one time like they say we had.
Have had 5 vehicles repaired at Freedom Body Shop over the years and always perfect results. Tony is a great guy.
