I have worked with bross transs for many years since 2009. Going on 13 years of great service Mr. Jose has performed multiple auto works on our vehicles through the years. He currently performs work on our kids vehicles as they are Now adults. Thank you Mr. Jose for all of the great work that you've done for us through the years. My transmission only lasted 2 weeks !! I wouldn't recommend this shop ! Dont trust this shop, its a rip off and he wont try and fix it right after the charge ! Big LIAR his work is not trustworthy Thief Me mechanic

I took my truck there to get fixed an it's still not fixed the first time I took it thinking ok good price I'll try him. A week later my transmission went out in the middle of the street an was almost rear ended by a bigger truck. Took it back told me it was another part I didn't pay for I fixed that part an my truck still not fixed an he wants to charge me more money.

Thus guy dies not know what he his doing. He put in a rebuilt transmission and I've had to take it back 3 tines already within 4 months. This last time I was left stranded on the side of the fwy 30 miles from the Nevada state line and he offered no kind if help to get my car towed back to his shop. He whines when you call to check on your car because you haven't heard back from him. He promises the car will be dobe one day and then gives nothing but excuses when it's not. I just hope my car gets fixed this time so I don't ever come back here. If it breaks down again I'm taking his as to court.
