This place is awesome and my place to go to, guys here are nice and helpful they all work as a team to get u in and out quickly even boss man out there getting his hands dirty, been going here for some years now I take my big rig and my regular cars they always have good prices and are willing to work with u, thanks!

We have been getting our tires (new / used or repaired. They are all so nice and fast.

This place is full of guys with terrible attitudes ... they close at 530pm even thoe on google it says at 6pm got there at 510pm and they say we are closed not to mention ... if u said your female they try to sell them all new tires sayin stuff like its super dangerous all your tires are bad wish i could give them 0 stars take your buisness somewhere else the other place down the street at the cherry smog is way better and better prices too

I was passing through fontana ca on my way home to torrance ca, unfortunately I got a flat tire on my trip. This was the closest tire shop in the area so i called to make sure they had the right size & the closing time, mind you this happened at 4:50pm when so when i spoke to the guy the phone he said they close at 5:30pm even though here it says at 6pm. I explained to him that it was an emergency (i had my son with me) & that if i got an uber along with my flat tire & rim & got there before closing time would they still service me & the guy assured me he would. Mind you uber isnt cheap & the weather was very cold, those factors are important to know if it was worth the try to even get here. Well i got there 10 minutes before closing with my son dropped my tire & they tall white dude refused to service me because they were "closed" by the time we went back & forth & explained to him no other shop around was open & i was running low on money for another uber to get back to my useless car that if he could just for once do an exception he refused. I get it he wants to go home but if he would of been honest when i called i would of had gone somewhere else & not waste valuable time & money just getting to pacific tires. He finished closing the shop the next 10 minutes & thankfully to somw random girl that saw me & my son on the curb picked us up & took us down the road 5 minutes away to cherry smog in fontana to get my tire fixed. Mind you they were closing as we got there but thankfully they were able to help me out. 45 for a new tire plus a good hefty tip for the inconvenience of them having to stay 5 minutes to help me. This place here slacks honestly, empathy & good customer service in general. Im not sure if i spoke to the boss on the phone or just an employee but the way i got treated was really bad. & i aint the one to complain but why not be honest since the beginning. I would give 0 STARS IF I COULD!

Very quick service came in for a patch on my tire. Was in and out less than 20 minutes highly recommend!

As a business owner time and value are Paramount for us to keep our business earning $$$. Pacific tire did both. We were in and out when other big name companies were quoting 4 + hours pacific was 20 min at a good price and great work.

Thanks to this shop I was able to switch out 2 tires on my semi🙏🏾👌🏾👊🏾👏🏾💯💪🏾✅🔥. They did it as a team right before they closed shop. 👏🏾 Great customer service and everyone shows much respect and love towards their clients. Everything was on point all around and they stopped traffic so I can get in and out of there! They are a great example of how customers are supposed to be treated!👌🏾Thank you very much and stay solid and blessed!
