I was sent over by Americas Tire to have Brake Masters repair a stripped bolt. The associates at Brake Masters were pleasant, helpful, and relatively quick. The location was clean and comfortable.

Made an appointment by phone with Larry, he got me right in at the agreed upon time as soon as I arrived. Got a four wheel alignment done in roughly 45 minutes or so. Staff was very professional during my visit. Will be returning if Im in the area and need some work done!

Great shop Ive taken all my high end cars here for axle replacements and there pushing well into the 1000hp range my c6 corvette Zo6 replace both axles in 1 day .. my trackhawk axles replaced bo issues after even my hellcat great shop managers are always nice nd professional

Great service at a price $60 lower than what my dealer quoted me for the front brakes. They also give you a lifetime warranty on the brakes. Larry was very friendly and helped me with a smile on his face. Norberto, the mechanic that worked on my car, was very friendly as well and did a fantastic job. Thanks guys!

Expensive

Took my truck in for them to check out. After hearing what they were quoting for just my brakes and rotors I decided to wait. Got there to pick up my truck and wheels were still off. Took my truck elsewhere to get the brakes and rotors and before even touching my truck the mechanic walked around it noticed my lugnuts were missing and one of the bolts was snapped of. Called Jesus at brake masters and told him of this discovery and he talked to me as if it was my fault and response was why didnt you bring this to our attention. I infor.ed him that they were already closed when we found out so therefore I am telling now. He responded with what do you want me to do about it. I then told him he needs to fix it and Im not paying for something they broke. I mean his mechanics failed to place all my parts back on my truck and then broke one and didnt say anything. Then he proceeded to question if it was my other brake guy which I know wasnt him. Problem is they knew they failed to place them on there and then broke one from over torching it and dint say anything g and let me drive off with toddlers in the car. Poor service poor management this could have been bad tire could have fallen off while driving with my toddlers in the car. He also stated they dont use the gun but use torch stick which is a lie as you can hear the gun they use to remove or loosen and tighten the lug nuts when ur there so there is no way they could have over torched it to break it. This place is bad news. And this is not the first time weve had an issue with them over doing it and something breaking.

I was referred to brake masters through American tire ( love them too) I went in when they opened, and I just had The Best customer service from Larry from the get go.. im not very knowledgeable when it comes to my vehicle problem and he took the time to explain to me on a way I could understand.. long story short, something that I knew nothing about and was quoted approx. $200 cost me $20.. they could have taking advantage, but they didnt.thats BIG in my book.. Thank you Larry!

I have been going there for 3 years i recently had my front breaks done the sameday they started making this loud noises every time i stop.took it back and they have been giving me the run around saying i was my back breaks i had my back breaks done with new rotors.i cant believe how they did me they are way overpriced this is the second time this happens the last time i took it back and they said the mechanic didnt tighten up the calipers.so i will not be going back

They aligned my car recently without offering to add camber spacer bolts. I thought this was unprofessional because I would have to go get those put on and then pay for another alignment. At least I found another alignment option in town at Padilla Tire in the process.

If I could I would give No stars!!! I called for brakes on a 2016 Honda and when I got there they said I said 2006 and I would be more... then they told me I would need front and rear Rotors and the job would be Over $830!!!! And that I could apply for credit!!!! I was like No No No give me my car back wnt to another brake place Which I HIGHLY recommend DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR A WOMAN!!! GO to AUTO WORX they did front and back for no kidding Half there price!!! Auto Works are honest straight up Ladys!!!

Brake job was a little pricey, I could had went else were and probably gotten a better deal. The customer service man kinda started to argue with me regarding the price.

I was referred to this place and boy was I glad. I shopped around before I went and they had the best prices. I didnt feel over priced or ripped off at all. The staff were amazingly polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and had no problem checking their work when I had concerns about my air conditioning. They kept in contact with me the whole time about my services and my vehicle. I felt safe leaving my car with them. Crazy part is they completed the work in half the time I was expecting. I had family business to attend to and they were so accommodating. I will be returning and referring my friends. If they see this thanks guys, I highly appreciated your services. Ill be back soon.

Excellent service. Great place. Honest business. It was a delight to be treated with courtesy and respect as everyone should be. I will go there for all of my brake issues. I was told by Redlands Jeep that l needed front and rear pads. Al and Larry in Fontana inspected the pads and showed me and told me that the pads on my car were relatively new. I was not charged for the inspection or their valued information. Everybody should visit Brake Masters.

Great customer service and the best part out it all was they showed me what was wrong instead of just telling me. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

Crazy brake prices

Took my car for an oil change. They were pretty quick, had it done in about 30 minutes. Gave me a free brake inspection and offered to fix it while I was there but I opted out. The oil change alone was $54 with a coupon.

If your looking to get your brakes done this is the place to get them done. Ill definitely be comming back to have my other vehicles serviced.

Brake masters a must go to quaintly work providing at it finest, super clean shop and respectful. Bought a used car the other day and the alignment was all wrong so I step in and talked a mechanic/salesman to get a quote for my vehicle. (Prices varies on your personal vehicle) Showing up later after my quote I was greeted and fairless serviced and had my vehicle alignment fixed all around in a jiffy. Now my car rides smooth!!!

We were on the road headed home. My truck developed tire and severe alignment problems. I was referred to this facility by Americas Tire . Brake Masters took care of us quickly and efficiently. If I lived in the area I would use their facility more.

Great customer service. Not cheap though. 1 new caliper, 1 new rotor, 1 turned rotor, 2 new pads, 1 brake flush = $500.00 It was done professionally and quickly.

I drive the mountains daily and wanted to be confident in my brakes. They took off my wheels, brought me the brake shoes in the waiting room just to proove that everything was fine. Who does that? I needed nothing and wasnt charged anything. Wow! When I need brakes Im coming here for sure

I have never had my stomach drop the way it did when I pressed on my brakes in Downtown Riverside. I went to Brake Masters in Fontana yesterday after work, because my brake light popped on two days ago and the brake pedal was touching the floor. I literally have had my brakes repaired for 24 hrs, paid $248 and they are back to touching my floor board. I tried to stop at a stop sign in the neighborhood near the Mission Inn, and my brakes barely worked. I felt my stomach drop and all I kept thinking was God, please dont let me hit anyone crossing the street. Not only was my life in danger, but I could have hurt someone or killed someone. I am having my car towed back to the Fontana Brake Masters location in the morning before work. Im extremely disappointed and now I feel that I have been taken advantage of! And to think I was going to go back and have Brake Masters repair my back brakes.

I knew what was wrong with my brakes and they fixed them exactly as I thought. Plus, they fixed a noise I was hearing for free.

The quote they gave me was ridiculous. Insulted me when I refused to agree to get the work done.

This is a great place to do the business, they are very fair, they are honest about the estimates, very courteous, fast and efficient. this was my third time going there, I had not have to get second quote as I knew they were competitive and any job they do is perfect. I definitely recommend Brake Masters for repair. its good to know their technicians are NOT on commission as compare to other repair shops,. thats why they will not over sell you the parts which you may not need.

I needed my rotors resurfaced and went into this location at 540 and they let me know that they did resurface rotors but couldnt do it cause he said his workers wanted to go home like really it wasnt even six yet. Another worker told me it takes 30 minutes to do them but i got them done somewhere else in like 20 minutes. Overall bad customer service.

Of all the staff, only the back mechanic was genuine, caring, and an honest man. Unfortunately the other staff including manager did shady things with lack of communication and went back on their initial sayings. Thats not honesty, which is their motto.. Unfortunate. Not returning.

This place is bad! They rip people off and try to intimidate customers and force them to buy their parts. They lie and run a cheap shop. Never again will i go to this shop. NOT recommended!!!

Walk in and inspect the tech to see if he moves your alignment before they show you if your car needs an alignment or not.Dont trust em in other words.
