Simply unbelievable. I was driving my BMW 335i from San Bernardino to San Francisco when my right rear run flat tire blew out. I was in between exits and the run flat did not go the 25 miles as expected so I was stuck on the ramp exit 368. Considering this was Sunday 12/29/2024 I didn't have much hope of immediate rescue. I phoned my insurance company and they said this was Sunday but they would try to contact a tow in the area. They contacted Valadez and he in turn called me to verify my location. The estimated wait time was 90 minutes but he got there in 30 minutes. He also gave my wife and I a ride to his tire shop. When the work started there was an unforeseen issue. The tire that blew out had melded to the wheel and refused to come off. Here is where the "unbelievable" came in. Valadez, his wife and son all worked together as a team to cut, saw (and grind the wires wrapped around the wheel) away from the tire. It took an additional hour just to get this done. I have never been so impressed. In addition to that, during the ride from highway 5 to his shop, Valadez told us the story of how he came to the USA and built a Recycling business from the ground up, working 24/7 until he could buy 9 acres of land and transition to his Tire Shop & Auto Towing business. A real American success story.
Our car broke down just after Pacheco Pass on our way home to Fresno from the Bay Area. Jorge was quick, professional, and kind. He made sure our car made it safely to our mechanic, over 60 miles away. I would highly recommend Valadez Tire Shop and Tow; Jorge made a stressful situation less scary. We are very grateful.
We were traveling down the 5 to LA when we blew out the sidewall of our tire. Jorge and his son went the extra mile (they literally had to run all over to find the right tire for our vehicle) and came out in extremely hot weather to change the tire at the rest stop and got us back on the road in short order. He has an impressive mobile setup with all the tools to properly install tires of all kinds. So grateful!
For this place If we could add more stars I would. Mr. Jorge Valadez is a true professional that really goes out of his way to help people. I got a flat tire on 4th of July at 12:30 am. As his business states 24 hours, he was good on his word. He came as quickly as he could and provided me with a new tire and a spare as both of these were damaged. Mr. Valadez made sure everything was good and thanks to him was able to get home with my family.
Sunday evening, Mother’s Day and suddenly tire blows out on I-5, south of Firebaugh. Run flats don’t and we are stuck. Jorge Valdez is only shop that answers our call. He searches for right tire, drives 25 minutes to our location, removes the blown tire from rim and mounts new tire! He literally saved our trip, charged very reasonably and was scrupulously honest. Highly recommended!
Driving back to Orange County from San Francisco I hit a screw or something and it caused a rapid leak in my rear tire. I called roadside services and they said they didn't have anyone who could help for about 3-4 hours. I found Valadez online and he was kind enough to drive 20 miles to me. He managed to put a plug in the hole and I was able to drive home. Great customer service, and great family, price was fair, I actually gave him more than he asked to show my gratitude. From the time I called him he made it to me in 40 minutes, I was back on the road an hour after I spoke with him. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
Jorge is great at what he does. We were in a pinch, and he was the only store that had the tire we needed. As our car limped in front of his shop on a spare, he was happy to help install a replacement with no hassle. We were in and out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend his service!
Jorge saved my day by coming out to I-5 with a new tire to fix my flat. He communicated his estimated arrival time and was right on time. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly throughout. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Jorge Valadez installers ruined our trucks trucks tire because they incorrectly installed it. This caused over $3,500 in damages which Jorge Valadez was not willing to cover. Jorge Valadez then agreed to pay $1,000 in damages and when we went to invoice him, he gave us a fake e mail address and we never were able to collect payment.

Had a flat tire on the I-5 and thankfully discovered Valadez Tire Shop. Seriously they are amazing. Got me new tires at a reasonable price, and got everything fixed in a little less than an hour.

Valdez is a guardian angel on the I-5. If you are ever stranded due to vehicle issues near Firebaugh, CA (2 hours southbound from San Francisco and 4 hours Northbound from Los Angeles), you can be rest assured that George from Valdez tire shop is there for your rescue. I was so fortunate that I had a flat tire a mile close to Best Western in Firebaugh, I managed to slowly drive until the parking lot of the hotel. I checked Google and Valdez was the only tire shop that does on-call service for 24 hours. I called him, he asked me all the required details. I told him I already checked in the hotel as I had kids with me and didn t want them to stay up in the car. He told me to go and sleep and he said he will come, fix my tires and then give me a call, after which I can come out, check and pay. He came exactly at the time he promised, started doing his work and finished his job. When I came out he was almost done and even told me, I told you to take a nap . His rates were very reasonable for the timely service he provides irrespective of the time of day/night he comes to assist you. It is a heck of an experience for me to have a flat tire on a freeway but obviously a day to day work for him. Highly recommend him and his service. Cheeers.... He mentioned that if I was on the freeway and not near the hotel etc he would have certainly come earlier as one way or the other he makes sure his customers are back on road in an hour max. I believe that he is genuine after seeing his professionalism.

Jorge I believe was his name never asked for his name because I was worried n stranded for almost 2 hrs. 26 miles away from Firebaugh we suddenly get a flat tire no spare I Googled and 1st thing his tire shop pops he never gave up in finding the correct size with a rim to out suv I highly recommend this Guardian angel he drove those 26 miles and got us back on the road
Jorge totally saved our road trip. We got a flat between Gilroy and Gustine, near nothing, and just as lots of tire shops were closing. Out of the 10+ shops I called, Jorge was the only one who had the right size tire. He came out promptly, changed it right on the spot, and caught another tire that would ve blown on the trip too. Thanks Jorge you turned what could ve been a ruined trip into a minor setback.

Scam...Run away..Dont give him your card info. I needed 2 used tires for my truck. He told me he will go buy 2 and install them. Told him not to do ANYTHING without my approval and consent. He called telling me he got 2 new tires for $900 each without installation and fees. Told him i can buy new Tires for $350 so I dont need his services. Called me Several times to ask for my card info to charge me. When asked several times for invoice he hang up and call again. Several hours later he sends invoice and call so many times with threats and demands..in 10 minutes.. Run...dont be a victim at this scam..
I had been stuck with a front popped tire and I just so happened to be in the city of Firebaugh and I am a resident of Los Angeles.. I called Valadez and let him know that I was stuck for 2 days and didnt have enough money to pay for services. So he had a good heart and let me slide on a discount. Definitely recommend huge heart, forever greatful told him I didn t have much that I had a flat n spare also flat middle of nowhere he heard my baby crying told me sit in the car with him and not to worry. Their service was incredible! My mom, sister, and I had a flat tire on the side of the freeway and they responded immediately, drove out to meet us, and replaced our tire in no time. Definitely the first person you should call! Jorge was extremely helpful. Truly the only 24hour road side assistance man you can depend on to show up and get you back on the road. Jorge came to the rescue at 2am when my truck got a flat near chowchilla. He was friendly, knowledgeable and showed up to my location with a replacement tire.
Jorge went above and beyond any service we have ever recieved. We were stranded 8 miles outside Firebaugh, he sacrificed his Friday night and searched til he found our tire and made sure we were on our way. We are so thankful for his help!

We unfortunately had a flat tire on the way to LA. Thankfully, we found George from Valadez Tire Shop. He answered the phone and was upfront about the services and costs. He was pleasant, honest and provided good service. Although google lists this as 24 hours, the shop closes and there is a fee for services done afterhours.
These guys are the best! My tire blew out on the way to LA and they helped me get back on the road quickly. The owner stayed later and waited for me to arrive. They saved me so much stress and time. Can t thank you enough for your help!!
