Battery Centers of America in Ferndale

Bought a battery from their Ferndale store for about half the price of other stores. However, I still wasn't getting power. I called back to pick their brain as what else could be the issue. Tim said he would come over on his back to the other store. This man went several miles out of his way for a person that he did not even know their name just out of the kindness of his heart. Come to find out the battery cable was bad so he cleaned it up and put a new terminal on it and my vehicle started right up. Thanks so much.

Great service shop! Otis was quick to help test my battery and get me a replacement. He answered any questions I had and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Will recommend to friends for sure if they need a batter or related products.

Thieves holding funds from a debit card going on 16;days , didn't need the battery,still hadn't returned the monies ,also damage positive the terminal post trying to upgrade a battery i didn't need , finally admitting my battery good , owner showed up called the work shabby and tried to fix the plate to the terminal,it's been screwed to tight ,don't know what to do ,how about replacing it your employee destroyed it ,my car came running when I asked for a diagnostic view ,so now you have your battery and my monies going on 17 days ,not put back on the card $90.00 and cash $11.00 where's the money ,why is the stealing and deception going on with Battery center in Ferndale ,when you need a reliable business and you been there before no issues,why start stealing why start blaming the bank when you got deep pockets, apparently your business is sent blooming as you described,cause awe stealing ya awe doing

I was able to pick up a refurbished battery at great price. And the battery still going strong.

Great experience with these guys today. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable. Definitely recommend anyone to go here first when you need a battery at a great price and are in the Ferndale area.

Would have liked to purchase a battery from here in support of locally owned businesses, but…after leaving work a half hour early to get to the store before the 5PM closing time, I pulled in at 4:45 only to see the taillights of their last worker pulling out of the parking lot. Store was already dark and locked.

Tim was amazing and very knowledgeable helping us out when our car battery was failing us. He kindly did multiple tests to identify the problem and was very fast and efficient at selecting and installing a proper replacement! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!! I am definitely going back when i face another battery dilemma! 👍🏻😄

Went in the store because I needed to buy a battery for my car. It was an emergency and I wasn’t close to home. I worked with Matt and he was not only knowledgeable but he was also very personable. The storefront and the inventory seemed to be held up pretty well but really Matt is the reason I’m giving a 5 star review. He was incredibly helpful. In the future I would gladly drive out of my way to work with him in the future.
