Ladd's Towing in Felton

The first thing Ladds did right was hiring James. The second thing they can do right is giving him a raise. The world needs more nice people like him. I had the terrible luck of my car breaking down in the pouring rain and while I was struggling to get situated because I had my 6 month old with me, James was offering to call me an uber and carrying my baby’s car seat inside the closest establishment so we could get out of the rain while he loaded my car up. He truly went above and beyond and did so much more, and was a phenomenal representation of ladds towing so I’m assuming they’re a great company too. They should be very grateful to employ such a kind and hardworking person because they’re not always easy to come by anymore.

I recently had a front bumper damage fixed by Ladd’s auto body shop. Mike was very helpful assessing the damage and fixing it in a timely manner. I will recommend working with Ladd’s& Mike for auto body repair.

Quick shout out, These guys are awesome! My wife locked keys in the car at rite aid next door to them. I called in a pinch knowing I was asking a favor because they were closing 15 min later. Chris took care of us without hesitation. I've never posted anything but i thought I'd give them an Ada Boy for their quick response and Professionalism. From one Local to another, Thank You.

I locked my keys and wallet in the car like an idiot. I thought of calling AAA but my card was locked up with the wallet. A call to Ladds explaining my situation was timed perfectly. I caught the driver as he was leaving and he was at my vehicle in under 10min. He quickly opened my vehicle and handled everything with 3A for me. From the time I locked myself out to the time I was back on the road was less than 30min. The service I received was extremely professional, friendly and about as fast as anyone could expect.

Good drivers, good service. They all deserve a tip after they tell your vehicle! I've used Ladd's a number of times both with automotive vehicles as well as motorcycles. Very thoughtful and professional drivers and dispatch. I appreciate their work.

This company is phenomenal. We had a van and 22’ trailer stuck in a foot of snow near Yankee Meadow and they went above and beyond. They are so professional and appear to be ready for any challenge. No other company in the area was willing or able to tackle our situation.
