This store feels like it is on life support. The shelves are mostly bare and have been for a while. I wish they'd just close the store down so we could have something more useful. I guess this is what happens when corporations push opioids on people for money 🤷♂️. Employees are always nice though.
Bathroom needs a handyman & deep clean. Couldn't open the door without body slamming it. And nothing flushing or refilling fast.
I like most of the employees at the Felton store except the fact that I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and 4 times I have gone to this store the same old lady is standing in front of the doors within like 6 feet of them smoking a cigarette. I’m pretty sure her name is jori I saw on her name tag. I also have seen children walk past her while smoking And cigarette smoke is very unsafe for children.
Staff at this location are overworked and the pharmacist is particularly rude. When I picked up my medication I was encouraged to decline an explanation of medications due to their busy schedule. Next time I needed my prescription filled, antibiotics, I called 3 days ahead only to find out later my prescription had not been filled or transferred and I was not notified. Prices are also much higher than other pharmacies here. I will avoid this location like the plague. I wonder if other reviews are from before Covid?
I love coming to Rite Aide on a nice sunny day seeing young kids enjoying their life skating and having a fun time while they are still young. It brings joy to my face. One thing I would like to say to the Rite Aide employeeys is that they should be less harsh to these young kids! Skating is not a crime and they deserve to be treated better
I love and appreciate the workers at the Rite Aid pharmacy they are really nice and polite, The ice cream is really yummy and I love seeing kids enjoying your day skating having a good time or what not.:)
RiteAid in Felton is my favorite pharmacy. I get my prescriptions and vaccinations there.
Paper sign store hours 10am-6pm on a Saturday, reg hours until 10pm. Lame.

It would be nice e if they would answer the phone. Im calling to confirm a prescription is ready before driving from the other end of the valley. But no one is answering (10 calls so far)
They acted like it was a hassle to provide a consultation for some prescriptions I picked up on behalf of someone else. I sympathize with possibly being overworked, but there was no way I was going to mess up someone elses prescription by not getting proper directions, and the pharmacist was obviously annoyed. Go to CVS instead, if you can.

I ve never seen a better rite aid all the employees are so nice. All the skater people look so happy and there s no ice cream better then rite aid ice cream it s the best ever.

Rite aid is overall a wonderful experience and I would tell everyone to go here except all my older friends complain about little kids skating and ruin the experience
Love this store the prices are just right and they customer service is very well. always see the cute youngsters skating and having fun. Love this community and it s my go to store.
Love the area and the store
I love coming to my local rite aid and seeing kids skating outside. I remember when I was younger I skated all the time with my friends and it s good to see others do the same and not sit on their phone inside all day. Also rite aid has everything thing you need.

Rite aid is okay because they allow you to pick up a Western Union later than most places. They also have good prices on candy
Good place to grab things youve forgotten to bring when camping at Smithwoods! Prices are high though.
The manager at this store (Daniel) is not normal, he is really creepy and he is probably a serial killer in the making. He has the most disgusting comb-over you will ever see in real life. He needs to shave his head, or if he is that attached to having hair he should just get a rug.

They are carding for lighters, people who are obviously senior citizens.
