I'm glad I found this place! They did a great job replacing the brake pads on my Ford Fiesta for a reasonable price and they listened to all my needs and concerns. They didn't try to push to sell what I didn't need. Thank you Alex and Francis!

I have been coming to Dr.Auto for probably 10 years and have always been happy with the cost and speed of their repairs as they quote fair and don’t upsell or take advantage of you. Honest family owned business, I’ll never bring my car anywhere else (especially after an auto shop on river st quoted me double what Frances quoted me) Best auto repair in town !!!

This is my local SLV mechanic of choice. Have had sketchy experiences elsewhere in Ben Lomond / Felton, but am happy to have found these dudes. My truck is a sketchy old beater, and they did a thorough, fair, honest job getting me back on the road. Competitive labor rates, and at no point did I feel talked down to or upsold. Thanks guys.

Have had 3 vehicles here with these guys, in both scheduled maintenance and emergency situations. They are super helpful, very honest, and really I just love that I have neighbors like this close to me, as far as my automotive needs go. Will also be coming back!

This is an honest family business, something harder to find thes days.They don't try to upsell you or tell you something needs to be fixed when it doesn't. I have brought my car there many times for service. Reasonable pricing, almost always lower than other local places. Frances is pleasant to work with, skilled and efficient and his brother is an excellent mechanic. Glad a friend told me to go there!

Very, very overpriced. He'll get you in and quote a price for fixing your car but then it won't be fixed and so he'll quote another price for fixing your car and then it still won't be fixed. This happened four times. The total for fixing the car with astronomical. For a simple alignment he wanted 4 times as much as Lloyd's tires charges. And Lloyd's tires does a very good job

I've been taking three different vehicles to Doctor Auto for 5 years. Alex and his crew are as honest and capable as it gets. I have dealt with a lot of different repair shops and put Dr. Auto at the top of the list. They are all about excellent work and fair pricing. American vehicles or foreign. It's all good.
