If you order online and use a pick up person, make sure you give them your credit card to show at pick up or youll waste time and gas.

Ordered golf cart batteries on line. The store called almost immediately saying they were out, but would have them in the morning! True to their word called the next morning that my batteries had arrived and I could pick them at my convenience. I picked them up a couple hours later - loaded them in my vehicle without being asked to do so. Told to bri f the old battteries back which I did several days later. The unloaded the batteries and gave me an immediate refund for the core charges. All associates were friendly and helpful and whether I needed any info, etc. Everything was no hassle and efficient.

Services were fast and easy with the exception that I wasnt shown your best product first. I spent more because I asked for the best.

Ecpensive

I went to purchase a deep cycle marine battery for my sump pump. It was a quick and simple transaction, good prices, close location, friendly service, and they had the product in stock. The only downside is that the new battery had a positive bolt terminal of a different size than my old battery. I was not aware that happens, but the store employees sure should have been aware of that. I called the store to suggest they should always compare to help the customer. I had to retrofit my system to use the new battery.

Been there several times to have batteries checked on vehicles. They were able to tell me that I had a bad battery, and a good alternator, and in another instance my battery was good. Its nice to know they arent always looking for a sale

Quick, no-hassle service that out-serviced an auto parts store with an auto part! They did a terrific job for me, no waiting, installed a new car battery in 15 mins when Advance just up the road said they couldnt do it!

I try to make sure I reserve my 5 star ratings for locations that I deem as exceptional. We took a first generation, 2016, Iphone SE into this location today for a new battery, $52.99 out the door, and they cleaned the inside of the phone so the charging connections work better as well. The staff was so knowledgeable and professional that we did not stress even for a moment about having them open our phone and work on it. Will definitely return to this place next time I need something similar done.

You carry the best batteries, Duracell for my mobility scooters. you have them in stock and the people at the shop are great and put them in the car at curbside.

I called for a set of Wheelchair batteries and they have them in stock and on a Sunday.

I feel good they have batteries they can fix. Most of my stuff have batteries.

Do not, I repeat, do not get your phone especially your iPhone fixed here they will mess it up like they did to mine. They dont use apple parts but instead third party parts that will only destroy your phone. I spent about $500 in repairs here only for my battery to start overheating then now my screen is literally lifting up from the body of my phone to the point where you can see the interior of the phone. Now I have to get a new one.

Everything went as expected except for one thing. When I went to checkout online the price was listed including the 10% discount and the sales tax. What was not listed was the $18 core deposit that I would be getting. When I called the number on the Web site to ask how the core deposit would be handled the person I talked to had to call the store to find out how that would be handled while I waited on the phone. You would think others would have asked the same question and they would know the answer. After she explained how it would work, everything worked out and I got the $18 core deposit taken off my credit card.

Needed a battery for my truck. Shopping around for the best battery for the price I came across Batteries Plus through google. Online it said they had limited stock so I called to make sure and they had it. I placed my order online and it was ready by the time I got to the store. The whole process was simple. They had it ready behind the counter and was in and out without any wait at all. I feel like I received a high quality battery with a warranty that was 1 year more than any other local auto part stores in the area.

I was looking for a couple of deep cycle batteries for my motorhome and started looking online. Most of what was available online was cheap imported stuff with a 1 year warranty. I paid less than $10 more at Batteries Plus to get made-in-the-USA Duracells with a 30 month warranty. Add on that they schlepped my old batteries out of the RV to the store and then schlepped the new ones into the RV, and it was a win win purchase.

I walked into the store and a very pretty woman asked if I needed help, I told her I needed a lithium ion battery gave her the specs. And she had a battery in my hand in 5 minutes and I was out the door. While this really nice woman was processing my purchase I got to see a guy momentarily blind himself with one of those super bright LEDflashlights, it was pretty cool, out of my perifial vision I see this guys face light up really intense white light and then he quickly turned it off. Ha Ha it was pretty funny, the guy behind the counter says dont look at it and turn it on. Uh oh ....too late.

Bought a car battery online and picked it up at this location. Joey had the battery ready for me and promptly installed it, recycling the old one. Joey made my customer experience great, he had a positive and easygoing attitude even while working in the cold, around 20° F.

Dont get a watch serviced / battery replaced here... I took my expensive watch to this location and they scratched it all up. Its a $300 watch dude. They could not even replace it (as the person could not open it up from the back).

Found the car battery I needed on line cheaper than the local big auto store. Add on to that the buy online get 10% off and then another $10 off rebate and its a no brainer. Bought online - and within the hour it was installed in my car and I was literally good to go. It was a very easy transaction, the battery was waiting for me when I arrived and installed quickly. Batteries Plus had the hard-to-find battery I needed to stop the problem alert alarm going off every four hours. Extremely pleased that they had they exact battery and were open on the weekend.

My buick enclave has somewhat awkward location for battery but these guys are willing to help and installed it for free after purchasing the replacement here. Its much cheaper than what a dealershop would charge.

Rip off I came here 5 years agoto change the remote battery and got it fixed for only 2.50. I thought it was a great price and now when it happened again they want 8 bucks 8 dollars for what 1 minute of work. I you tubed it and did it myself for 3 bucks.
