Jiffy Lube in Fair Oaks

The service here was OUTSTANDING. They didnt have the air filter for my car so one of the techs drove up the street and got it from another store. Service was fast - in and out in less that 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation and they vacuumed my car and cleaned the windshield too. Everyone went out of their way to make my experience a good one. Will be back for sure

always been a jiffy lube lover but this location is immaculate, i told the staff that i needed to get to work and they had my oil changed in less than 30min! wont go anywhere else, very friendly staff very knowledgeable as well considering its a newer location

Really good shop. Just got an oil change, but they were able to get me out within 10 minutes.

On 11/14/2024, the clamp to my exterior transmission oil cooler broke on my way to work, causing all of the ATF fluid to leak out. I limped my car to the side of the road in front of this Jiffy Lube. I knew at this point that my transmission was toast. In this stressful situation, this extremely kind young gentleman who works at this store named Brendan, asked me if everything was alright. He offered to check what the problem was and when I told him that my trans cooler line clamp broke, he had an extra clamp in his personal vehicle and installed it, so no more ATF leaked out. He asked if I needed any transmission fluid added to see if that could help me on my way home, but I told him that I was going to call a tow truck to take my car to a transmission shop. This interaction with Brendan turned a terrible experience of missing work and most likely needing a rebuilt transmission ($$$) into a positive one. I always change my engine/transmission oil myself, but I will now take my car and my wife's car to this Jiffy Lube. You don't see excellent customer service like Brendan displayed nowadays. Brendan's customer service was exemplary-he was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly kind and understanding. I truly appreciate Brendan's professionalism and dedication and just being an outstanding person. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!!!

I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years getting top offs and having my oil checked, tires, coolant, all that stuff. When they rang me out, the rep said that there was no dipstick to check the transmission fluid and that I needed to go somewhere else which frustrated me because I knew the dipstick was there so when I asked if he could check again, I could tell he was a little frustrated but he found it and when he came back in he admitted he just couldn't see it the first time and took care of it with no extra charge. That was the only thing that bothered me but they fixed it which I really appreciated and on top of that, the staff was polite and professional.

I am thankful for my experience at Jiffy Lube this morning. I arrived at 7:45 am for an oil change and was greeted by a gentleman who quickly set to work. I’ll be back for the quality service, timeliness, and friendly environment.

The jiffy lube on sunrise has moved to a very nice, not very busy spot just 1.2 miles away. Since nobody knows this yet it is the perfect spot for quick and professional service. Jiffy lube has one of the greatest business models and capable of maintaining 22 trucks of mine with accuracy and reliability, check them out.
