Dick's Rancho Glass in Fair Oaks

Had them replace a broken house window after my dog jumped on it. They came out, did the estimate, and replaced the window all within an hour—can't beat same day service! I’d called four other vendors, and Dick’s had the best price and the best availability by far. Others quoted 2–4 weeks and with Dick’s I called on a Thursday night and had a new window by Monday morning. Also, they're techs we're extremely professional! Great job all around Dick's!

I'm a renter and had a window that cracked on its own during a really cold season... Very strange. Anyway, had a screen fixed here and decided to use them to get this sliding glass window fixed here. Simple ordering process and quick fixed once they received the glass. Will def use them again

Had broken window from last storm. I called for estimate and how long it would take. They said get it here in half an hour and be done by 4, They did a great job. We brought them some fresh oatmeal cookies. Great Store!

Amazing customer care, excellent price, needed a custom table top glass, was ready in less than 24hrs, placed order over phone and they called next morning to inform glass is ready! While I was picking up glass, I need another custom size window glass for garage door and they got it ready while I was waiting! Highly recommend this place!

Personable, takes pride in their work, very attentive to detail. My screen door that came with the house went bad about 6+ years ago. Had it replaced from this place. Back then I was a little annoyed on the installation instructions because they were pretty non-existent for how to level out the rollers for the best fit. 2023 - It dropped a fair amount of rain and now both my screen door and my glass slider are being difficult. Both had rusted out/dog hair build up. Nate came out at the time window specified and gave me a quote. Did a great job, despite having an observer over his shoulder to see how this is done. He really worked at getting the fit for both doors just right. Very smooth on the glass door - like I don't think it was ever this good. Definitely worth checking into for any repairs/installations.
