I just left there and I met with a guy named Brian he was extremely honest straightforward to the point and told me exactly what I needed to do. They quoted me a very fair price to adjust the timing on my service van that was pinging out of control and i thought id for surely have to replace the heads or engine. Im what you call a nosey difficult customer,and i like to be in control. I stood around and watched what they did,and you bet the adjustment took way longer than expected leading to believe the bill would be more,but it wasn't! Not only was the original estimate the same "no tricks,no games", but the pinging is completely GONE and it runs smooth as silk. Ill be coming here again,definitely!
