I can’t even front, this place straight to the point and all the employees are nice and straightforward shout-out Arthur.
Cameron was very helpful in my purchase of a new car battery and providing me tools to get the old battery out. George was also helpful in providing emotional support lol Thank you to Cameron and George for getting me going this morning.
A nice kid, Legend was his name I think, ended up helping me with my battery exchange. While other employees were less than helpful and completely disregarded my issue, he was the only friendly employee that offered solutions to my problem. I would say he exceeded expectations. But for him I would not be leaving a 5 star review. They did end up exchanging my battery and overall this location is usually pretty good.
Spent $300 on a battery and the young kid broke a cable installing it. He replaced it with a new one. Great. Only trouble is he replaced it with a cable that doesn't fit. Too bad so sad. Next time,if there is one, I'll look in the window and think," too bad so sad".
They go the extra mile at this store. I forget the young man's name (I'm considered elderly), but I bought headlights and he put them in. Auto zone wouldn't. I thought because they went out at the same time that it may be a fuse. My mechanic was too busy to just check for me after driving from Folsom to Citrus heights. I called another mechanic who said it might be a relay switch. It was just lights! ( So glad now the mechanics were too busy). Just coincidence. I will go there for more things in the future and whenever I have baked goodies this young man is always going to be rewarded! Not just at Christmas. Thank you! Thank you for old fashioned service. Thank you for caring and such a great attitude. Thank you for not taking advantage. This is how we all should be.
Went in not knowing what was wrong with my wipers. You g man came out to my car too assess what would be needed. We then purchased what we needed and he installed the new wipers. Excellent experience.
People really do make a difference. These guys help me out every time digging through my warranty history great advice. This is the best O’Reillys location in the area by far. Thanks again.
On 06-28 -2023 , 20: 00 hrs whilst I was listening to a Chat GPT training in my car and leaving my air-con on I ended up getting a dead battery . Came to the store and a young gentleman namely Henry assisted me by using his personal Ref Corvette and giving me a boost. Hats off to such a responsible Californian citizen and the management of Reilly Auto part who provided such a fabulous training for their employees or hired such a nice guy.

John Henry and Ashton were all great employees. I had a big problem with my brakes I was in the parking lot stuck couldnt drive at all. They didnt have parts in hand however they called around and found me the parts some were delivered. problem fixed all is well and they were wonderful help. thank you for the great service guys

If I could give 10 stars I would. All of the staff was helpful and attentive, but Ashton went above and beyond. His knowledge about cars was outstanding, his thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed and his customer service was outstanding. What a wonderful experience in a not so ideal situation, that could have been very stressful but was made pleasant by the staff! Thanks for your help!

Bought some cheap lug nuts the other day. Ended up buying the wrong ones. Went in to exchange them for the larger size, at the same price. The kid I had never seen before turned what should have been a easy exchange into a full blown ordeal. I didnt have the receipt, so he went searching his computer to find when they were sold, he asked were they bought here? I said two days earlier with cash. He asked if i had a number there, gave him the number which shows i have made multiple purchases over the years. after 3 minutes of him unable to help me, I said if its this much of a problem, I will just buy the right ones, their only 8$. There were people behind me and I didnt want to hold them up. So I wasnt able to exchange them and had to buy the other set. It will be awhile before I revisit this location
Worst customer experience Ive ever had, child that answered the phone claimed he cant sell parts to me because I work for the competition. Incompetent child, should be working at McDonalds

Some of the most helpful people I have ever met, willing to listen and understand your problem, honest if they just dont know what it is you need they tell you in a kind way. Shout out to Helena she said that wasnt her stationed store location and she was just there for a bit but she was very helpful and very compassionate. Thank you to everyone who helped me here I appreciate your time and your effort to go the extra mile.
David, at the Madison Ave (Fair Oaks) store went above and beyond with helping me change a brake light on my Subaru. He was incredibly generous with his time and help and I appreciate this so much. It would have cost my over $75 to take in and get fixed. A lot of people would not have helped, but he did and I just want to tell him again how much this was appreciated and valued. I will continue to shop here and recommend it because of this.

My battery died at work and after getting it jumped by a coworker I went here and had a very great customer service experience. They help test my battery which turn out to be bad and help jump it back so I can drive it back home to swap it with a new battery I just bought. Great customer service, I really appreciate the speed and professionalism they offered on a day that could have clearly been a very bad day for me. Keep up the good work!

I had a bad battery. Left it there to try to charge it and retest it. Came back and battery failed the test. Warranty was still good so the tech gave me brand new one . Thank you guys!

Matthew and Bryan were amazing representatives to speak with. We walked in feeling overwhelmed and felt hopeless when it came to some unfortunate news regarding our vehicle. However after spending some time picking their brains they were able to confidently answer each question that we had and we left with thee items, knowledge, and even a local referral that we needed to be successful. I highly recommend coming to this location for your service needs.

Im a woman walked in and asked the gentleman to look up a headlight light for me. He laughed at me, was extremely rude, and referred me to go to a scrap yard. I couldnt believe it I walked in feeling so empowered as I have changed a headlight bulb before but turns out it was an LED bar. He didnt want my business nor did he want to help me. I am in customer service and could not believe how rude this gentleman was. I wish I had his name so I could call report him and post here

Ive lived in the area for 15 years and Im constantly working on cars and motorcycles and projects. Probably average at least once a week to this place for parts. Everyone here has been very helpful but Christopher and Brian have gone above and beyond many times and both know their stuff!

Super helpful especially when looking for a specific maintenance part such as brakes, headlights and windshield wipers!
Staff are always kind and courteous, their parts department can usually get special order items in 1-3 days. They accept waste oil and have the facility for disposing of it properly. Same for old car batteries. If you have a shop account with them, they even do deliveries and are very prompt. Same team has mostly been there since the Kragen days. All are genuinely good people and if they dont know something, they can help find suggestions who does. All around great service!

OReillys Auto Parts is a very good place to get any kind of parts for your car. They are very helpful in getting what you need for your vehicle. If youre a Veteran they give you a discount for being a Veteran so it would pay you to get one of their cards. With an OReillys card you get discounts.
This entire chain sucks. I cant even get them to charge a battery correctly.
