The guys at this Napa are great and very helpful. I needed new batteries for my Jeep and they quickly located the two batteries I needed and got started replacing right away.
Vefy freindly service! They offered to replace my cars wiper blades for me for no additional fee. I accepted so i knew it was done right. To the team at NAPA, Keep up the great job and the great service!
Great service and staff. Shelf’s are full but not organized and very dusty. Price tags are not in the right location. large variety of different brands. They will also mix paint match for you
Thank you Bob and Dave I called about a battery for my vehicle and Bob was helpful on the phone. When I came in Dave did a great job replacing the battery and everyone was kind, helpful and nice to each other. I appreciate Dave double checking the battery and going over my steering fluid too I’ll be back.
7pm at night one of my low beam bulbs went out. I found NAPA was open and only source for parts at that time. Only one employee was working but he was friendly and prompt. I don’t have his name but he offered to swap the bulb himself to ensure I got the right one. In 35 degree windy weather we pulled a few parts away from the light and successfully changed it via flashlight. I can’t say enough as this helped ensure my hour drive home would be safer. Appreciate the help!!
I'm not a car person, so my first time going here I came just for wipers, thinking I'd have to find it myself. But they were able to look up my model and grab the brand I needed. They then installed them for free in like 60 seconds, I swear.
They are the best! They have what you need and are courteous, friendly, and so helpful. Brad was kind enough to give me a lesson in installing my car cabin filter. Of course he had to actually do it to show me. That is real customer service!
I had to go in for parts for my husband's classic car. The store is bright and clean. They are well staffed and I was waited on immediately. Bob helped me determine which parts were needed and happily called my husband when I couldn't answer his questions. Another amazing local business!

Cannot speak highly enough about the service I just received from Brad at NAPA - Went to start my truck and leave work and it would not turn over. Had to get a jump from a coworker and once it fired up, figured Id better get to somewhere that sells and test batteries. Brad checked my batteries and told me 1 of the 2 were bad and the second battery was on its way. It was cold and dark and he offered to help me install them in my truck. Not only did he help me disconnect and reconnect everything, he even supplied the tools which I did not have on me at the moment. I will go out of my way if need be to return to this store. Thanks Brad. Its people like you that make lifelong customers.

My battery died in the parking lot of Evergreen Golf Course after having a Fish Fry. Was able to get it jump started and stop at NAPA at 7 pm get it changed (they did it for me) and be on my merry way in 15 minutes!! Great service and very polite!! Thanks!!

One of the employees, Cody, was super helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the information we were receiving.

Needed a headlight, simple right? Um no. Apparently a Chrysler Town and Country van is an exotic vehicle. 5 stores including the hated Walmart. I drove up there walked in , guy went and found the correct light (also a huge issue) then cut me a deal on the price. Super helpful and polite.

Better than the rest
Saved!! We discovered a lug nut was missing from our wheel while on a road trip. 6 miles from Elkhorn, we made an emergency stop at Napa. Brad helped us out! He even checked all our other wheels to make sure they were all tight. Thanks Brad, youre awesome!!
