Crash Champions Collision Repair Elkhorn in Elkhorn

Crash champions did great with the body work on my truck! It looks great! However while they had my truck it developed a couple issues. One was caused by a mouse they say that got into some wires.. but was not there before I took it in.. now it overheates and says oil pressure low. They suggested i take in in to a shop to get it fixed... i thought they were a shop that fixes cars.. now i gotta find another shop, get another rental car.. and move from one house to another with a truck that overheats! the other issue is my truck shakes after going above 55.. again was not like that before I took it in.

Second time that I have needed crash champion services. Both times have been top notch. Ryan got the part ordered and on hand and my appointment was scheduled within a week of my estimate. When I brought my vehicle in for the work it was completed very quickly and ended up costing less than the estimate. Very pleased with the service provided. Competent, courteous, and professional.

Literally it was the best experience working with the team at Crash Champions Elkhorn. From the beginning the communication was above and beyond. Jess at the front desk is amazing, made me feel so at ease and not stressed about the process of getting my car repaired. The guys in the front were also amazing at making sure I understood everything that needed to happen. Exceptional customer service all around, not to mention the actual repairs on my car are great.

Communication from the start was okay. The receptionist is a rock star. I called a couple times when I decided to go ahead with the repairs and did not receive a call back. I did finally get my pickup to them and that is when communication went to very poor! I never received a completion date. I didn't receive the final estimate until I stopped in to get something out of my vehicle and the vehicle was already taken apart. Once completed I went to pick up my vehicle and it seemed like the only concern was getting my deductible! I wasn't given a chance to check over the vehicle. Once I got home, I found some issues of missing screws and some parts not installed properly. I did go back, and they did fix immediately! The thing that bothers me is that there was an hour of labor put on final bill for removing the bed cover which was not on the vehicle. Also, there was one expensive part that was broken by the tech, and yet they charged my insurance company. Also noticed a part that was not damaged, but yet replaced!

Getting in an accident & dealing with insurance is the BIGGEST PAIN. Luckily Clay made it so much easier to deal with. We were having a hard time getting a straight answer from my insurance, but Clay continued to follow up with them , while keeping myself and my husband informed. We could not be more appreciative of how he handled this huge mess handed to him. My car turned out great. I am super thankful to have gone here.

Probably one of the worst experiences with a body shop. They promise to keep you informed the entire process and never called or texted till it was completed. Didn’t get approval from our insurance for the extra work needed until the work was done. Took for ever to get in and complete the work and then wanted payment the same day even though our insurance hadn’t approved the extra work. We will never use this company again and don’t recommend you do either!

Terrible experience zero stars, Went to pick up my vehicle immediately noticed damage not repaired. Were they had parked the vehicle there was grass clippings and fine dust all over the vehicle .So I was unable to inspect properly. The interior smelled of solvent. they are preferred vendor from my insurance company, obviously they cut corners because of that. I would highly not recommend the Elkhorn Crash Champions .

From the first phone call for an estimate to the time I picked up my vehicle the service was top notch. There was an open line of communication through the entire process and the entire repair was painless. I was absolutely blown away when, after picking up my vehicle, the interior was also vacuumed and the exterior washed. Although it's never ideal to be in need of a collision repair center, it's nice to have one in the neighborhood that does such an excellent job.
