UPDATED 03/04/25, they responded to my review & asked me to email their customer service to discuss. I emailed them multiple times with receipt & proof right after the incident, but they never responded. They don’t care about customer service at all DISHONEST..! I just came in today for an oil change for my 2019 subaru, and they suggested me to change my rear brake which cost $219.95 with online coupon. Once done, They CHARGED me $300. I asked them to explain to me the difference but the guy kept saying he didn’t understand why the coupon says $219.95

I wanted to change my brake pads, when I called I was told that it would cost me $ 190, and when I came over I was told that it would cost between $250 to $300. I don't understand. Hard to trust!

The people at the counter are good and professional as always. The only problem I had was my appointment was 830 and my vehicle was pulled in an hour after and almost made me late to my next appointment. The service was partially done because I needed my vehicle. They offered me to come back just to reset my computer to finish the service. Other than that I would give them a 5 star.

Kenny was approachable and understanding! Brake Master services were amazing and rate is competitive. Recommend if need brake services for your vehicle!

Brake Master staff looked at a car I wanted to buy and they did a diagnostic for free and checked it out. I bought the car. I trust their advice and work. They have the best prices on an oil change. I have 2 Subaru Outbacks and they are well cared for. A special shout out to Kenny in the Elk Grove, CA store.

I came in for brake check appointment and Sam, Nathan and the rest of the crew were so nice and helpful. They gave me a free inspection and found out my front brakes needed to be replaced. I’m so glad they were able to inspect my car and find the problem of the noise when I back up my car in the morning. The price was really reasonable and the staff were so nice and helpful thank you !!

DO NOT take your car here unless you want severe damage done to your vehicle. Blatantly negligent and inexperienced people are being allowed to work on cars. Didn’t connect things back together, completely left the radiator cap off. Nothing was wrong with my car before leaving it there for simple maintenance and now we are dealing with a mountain of expenses and inconveniences. Do not waste your time. Go to Meneike right down the street.
