Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to refer me to a place to get my car repainted for free, in addition to replacing my windshield for a great price! He was professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with my new windshield!

I had a chip in my windshield repaired by Jimmy and his team. He was very affordable, came out promptly and took care of my windshield!

Everything went smooth. Jimmy and another gentleman arrived on time and started work immediately. They were friendly and polite. Replaced my driver window fast and now working. One problem was left, and still unresolved as I tried reaching out to address this issue prior: my seat setting no longer sets to memory. The button itself does not work, and also come to notice my lock switch on the door should not lock as before jimmy came out. Yes, it locks, but it’s not left in the same condition as prior to the completion of work. 1 start because I have not received a response regarding my issue, but customer service is great.

I’d give a zero if I could. Totally unprofessional. In short, I made an appointment a week prior, he canceled the day of. I tried to reschedule multiple times. No response to my texts. I can’t comment on the quality of his work because he never completed any but I can tell you the communication and professionalism is not what I’m looking for when hiring a service.

Not reliable, although the work ehen done was fine. Lots of rescheduling. Sadly, a receipt was promised and excuses were given and after repeated sent text messages that appeared to be read, no response was ever given at all. That prompted the question of them being legit to cover a lifetime warranty.

They gave me the cheapest quote for my hard to find windshield. The first one ordered was delivered broken so they reordered another one with next day shipping. They came out to my house and replaced my windshield as soon as they could. Great customer service, great prices, and speedy work. The replacement was done within a half hour! And there was no hidden fees of any kind. The price quoted is what I paid and I couldn't be happier with the service! I will be using them if I ever need to again and will recommend them to my friends if they ever need it as well!
