The receptionist and the repair technician were incredibly nice and very friendly. Service took about 20 minutes including the conversations so very simple and easy to work with.

My old thermostat stopped working suddenly in January with no indication it needed new batteries. Having had good experiences in the past, I contacted Alex of Airmech to schedule an appointment to have it checked out. He was able to schedule Alejandro who arrived within an hour or so. Upon inspection he determined that it needed replacement due to the way it was malfunctioning. He had a new thermostat on hand, installed and reviewed how to operate it in a very efficient manner. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Airmech. I found them professional, reasonably priced and trustworthy.

We just converted our 19 yo HVAC system to all electric and the customer experience was outstanding. Just had our HVAC filter replaced by Airmech and of course the process was easy and quick. This has been one of the most pleasant, honest, and efficient experiences I ve had with an in home service. I had a problem with our heater last night and I called this morning and had Christian out here this afternoon and problem is fixed. Christian was very professional and took the time to explain his findings. He didn t try to upsell me or put any pressure on other services. He did make a recommendation for a service but he was not pushy about it and it felt genuine.

I was very pleased with Alejandros and Airmechs services today! Alejandro was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and able to accommodate my pet environment with several dogs in the way! He changed my thermostat batteries, set my upstairs and downstairs thermostats to my specifications (which were not user friendly) and he demonstrated how to change my air filter (which we discovered was very dirty from neglect!). I will definitely want to have Alejandros services again! Sorry, I am new to posting and didnt mean to post the same one as last time. I am very happy and pleased with Airmechs and Alejandros service and I love being a platinum member! I have found getting an appointment to be very easy. This company answers their phones without long hold times and Ive always been able to talk to a live person without being transferred to another department. In addition, I have found the house calls/visits to be very reliable, efficient and prompt. For example, I recently needed assistance with installing a new air filter and was unable to do it myself. I called Airmech and they scheduled a technician to come out the very next morning. Now, all is well and I am no longer worried about the hot summer days soon to arrive. I was delighted and pleased with Alejandros service at my home on Tuesday, October 29th. He is always friendly, courteous, polite and efficient. After checking my attic, he answered all my questions and concerns. In addition, before checking the heater unit in the attic, he replaced my air filter for me and brought it outside for me when he left. I love all of Airmechs services! They are easy to reach by phone, easy to schedule appointments with, and they return calls quickly. Fast, reliable service! My 2-year-old air conditioner started running hot, on a day when the forecast high was 98 degrees! Fortunately Airmech was able to fit me in. Alejandro was very professional and pleasant, and showed me what the issues were. He was able to do the repair quickly, so that I could cool down. Our heat pump was acting up and made a call to Mary who is a great office manager. She had Alex, the General Manager come over and arrived 20 minutes later and diagnosed the problem and gave us our options. We chose to purchase a new unit (Bosch). Being that the temperatures were in the 100s they provided a portable air conditioning to get us through the weekend. On Monday morning the unit was delivered with a large crane to remove our old Trane and replace it with our great new quiet Bosch unit. This took 4 technicians, a crane operator, and Ali, the owner of Air Mech. So wonderful to know we were in great hands and with such great customer service especially during this heat wave!!

Representative came on time and provided estimate on time as promised. I contacted another company based on price appropriate for my budget.

I utilized Airmech for regular AC maintenance. Originally chose them since they were trained to use Trane Equipment. Antonio helped me and he was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided great insight on my Trane equipment (prior AC person did not know the equipment). He finished the job quickly and went through everything he completed. Would recommend again, however, the price for services was more expensive than others that consulted.

My air conditioner was putting a musty smell out into my home every time it ran. I called Airmech around 4pm and a very pleasant woman answered the phone and said she could have a technician out the following day between 11am-1pm. Alejandro arrived the following day around 11am and was very friendly and kind. He used disposable booties over his shoes while working in my home and closed the doors very gently as he came and went. He showed me what he was doing and answered all my questions. I asked him to check everything to make sure our air conditioner was in tip top shape for the summer. He ended up changing the capacitor too as it was on its last leg. My house smells so much better now and I have peace of mind that the air conditioner will get us through another hot Sacramento summer. Airmech s prices are reasonable and they charge you a set amount for each service which they clearly display on their iPad. No surprises. Alejandro also offered solutions I might like to purchase in the future without being pushy or deceitful. Airmech is a very nice company to do business with.

Airmech crew did a great job replacing my old HVAC system with a new one and even fixed the original incorrectly done zoning plan. They also took care of the rebates upfront. A friend of mine recommended Airmech but I still did my research and got several other quotes and Airmech gave me the best quote and also did a great job. Great, knowledgeable, and punctual and gave us straight info on a suspected heat exchanger leak. The tech inspected the unit and tested for leakage and Carbon monoxide level, reported everything looked good. Saved us from unnecessary repair or replacement at the tune of 2500 for repair to 10,000 for a new unit. They will be at the top of our call list for future work. Very impressed.

We received 3 bids for a new HVAC and Airmech was by far the least expensive. Not only were they the least expensive, they arrived as scheduled and did a great job. They replaced a very old system and it took them into the late afternoon but they completed the work as planned. The next morning we woke to find the water heater had gone out so we called them back and thankfully, they were able to respond to put in a new water heater. Thank you Airmech!

The Airmech technicians came in and were very kind... the gentleman who was the team lead ....I cant remember his name ....but I believe he was from Memphis. A very respectful man ....he even responded to my wife by saying maam ....which you dont hear these days....especially in California. However his team did a great job...they were not in our way.... they didnt make us feel uncomfortable... they were there to get the job done and they were very helpful in all areas.... cleaned up everything very well ....put the piles in a place where we can still leave our driveway and he gave me feedback on some things....the team lead even pointed out something with my water heater and I actually addressed it. I ve had 3 maintenance checks with them and all have been great. For my most recent maintenance check, Freddy completed it. He is very friendly and professional. He was very thorough while explaining in great detail how the HVAC system works and why specific parts are important for it to function correctly and efficiently. He allowed us to ask questions and answered them all in layman s terms. I learned a lot of things about my HVAC system that I never would have learned if it wasn t for Freddy. Very pleased with Airmech company. Installers were on time and super hard workers! I had a complete new HVAC and duct replacement done. The old ducts were under my house and it was difficult to work under the crawl space with little space to work. No complaints from the workers at all and they kept doing the work. I also liked that the owner actually came several times to the job site and made sure his employees were taken care of and if there were any issues to be addressed. I wasn t going to leave a poor review, but I ve gotten three or four emails nagging me for a review, so here it is. The tech was courteous and prompt. He rapidly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad motor on the condenser coil fan. He looked up the motor and said it was unavailable at two parts warehouses. He said it was no longer in production and it might be months before he could get one, and there might never be one available. The only options he left me with were to wait and hope with no a/c or to replace the entire a/c unit. I took a photo of the motor nameplate. A five minute search on the internet for the motor model number revealed that the motor indeed was no longer in production, but had been superseded by another model that was readily available. I ordered it, had it in hand two days later and installed it myself. It took an hour or so. The motor was an exact fit. I didn t even need to change any wiring. It was literally plug and play. The service call was worth the $89 to diagnose the problem. I m reasonably handy, so I easily replaced the motor myself and saved myself an hour of labor cost and the markup on the part. I don t understand why the tech couldn t find the correct replacement part when I was able to find it easily. I saved a few bucks doing it myself, but had to deal with a hot house for a couple of days longer than I should have.

This company is fantastic. If youre looking for an HVAC company that is going to do the job right from assessment to installation these are the guys you want to call. The estimator, Alex did a fantastic job of assessing my current system. I am going with a Bosch solution. The reason Im having the work done at all is because the previous company, Buetler did a substandard job. And after many attempts to get the system right over the years Buetler just failed to do so. So now I need to replace the system and AirMech is the company I have chosen to replace my current system and to get It replaced correctly. In the meantime, living up in Sacramento, I have beefed up my Quiet Cool (Attic Cooling and Exhaust) functions to ease the issues of higher temperatures.

First off, I was very surprised to be able to schedule a service so quickly. I had an appointment with a couple of days! It was super easy to make an appointment and a rep called me to confirm and to get more details pretty fast as well. Well, today the technician came out. His name was Freddy and he was great. I was given a 2hr window and he came at the beginning of it! He let me know of the cost before doing anything. He said if it was this it would cost this much or if it was this, it would cost this much. I let him know I was comfortable to pay for the compressor, if it was the issue and thank goodness that fixed my issue. I will definitely keep this company in my contacts....if anything else happens...cause my unit is pretty old.

I don t know what I m doing wrong .but today Airmech sent the technician, Freddy. This time got our Air conditioner. It was not working correctly. The service from these guys is great! Although my issue could not be fixed due to my complicated system, the techs were very honest about this and did not try to pressure me to pay for unnecessary services. I really appreciated this. Years ago, I previously had experience with a different company (Bonnie) that convinced us our vent needed to be bigger because our unit is too big for the house and that our ducts needed to be replaced because it was dirty. After cutting a bigger hole and also replacing the ducts, our issue with the heater was still not fixed. (Plus I overheard the techs who came out to replace the duct say that it wasn t even dirty). Thank you Airmech for your honesty about not being able to diagnose my issue and not charging for your time to come out to my house. Eventually when I need a new AC unit in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to your company.

Aimech installed our HVAC unit two years ago and when I called them because we had a leak on our ceiling they came out within an hour unclog the AC drain and got it working again properly mind you this was all within two hours of me calling for the first time. They have the best customer service that you don t find that much of these days. Antonio was friendly and kind and fast and I recommend them to everyone.

Service experience was good. Freddy was knowledgeable and friendly but it was odd to initially be told that the upfront diagnosis would be $59 but then later it became $89, which is high compared to others.

My AC unit suddenly began putting out only outside temperature air, so I went online looking for repair service. Based on their multiple 5-star reviews, I called Airmech and was scheduled for service the following day. Antonio was on time and after only a few minutes discovered that the problem was a plug had come loose next to my outside unit. It was a quick and easy fix and only cost me the service call fee, which is considerably more reasonable than some of their competitors. I appreciate Antonios professionalism and punctuality and I will definitely call Airmech in the future for AC maintenance and repair.

First, Airmech s proposal was thousands of dollars less than what my normal HVAC contractor charged. Airmech arrived when they said the would, covered the floors with tarps so as not to damage the floors. The crew worked steadily throughout the day. They cleaned up after the work was done and arranged to have my old unit picked up and taken away. I would highly recommend them.

Complete new replacement of our 25+yo system. Chose a high quality heat pump to replace the inexpensive AC and gas furnace. Added a whole house fan. Install was excellent. Needed an adjustment to the compressor outside which happened quickly. Had an issue with the thermostat chosen and Airmech was able to give us one we wanted. Everything done quickly and on time.

I used their services for my house last year it was good service, my air conditioning system works well. I called them today for my rental home, they came on time and diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts will replace it tomorrow. So far I m happy with their business. Two thumbs up.

NOT recommended.. after a less than thorough hvac tune-up and inspection only one month previously, I needed to call them back after my heater stopped working completely turns out I had a Freon leak for which they gave me a crazy price estimate for repair and an even crazier price for a replacement.. after getting several other estimates from other companies, turns out AirMech was the highest price of all of them actually I was able to get an entirely new unit for the price they wanted to charge for a repair.. nothing good about AirMech

Freddy Alavarez came to check the inconsistency of the way our air condition cool or heat our upstairs. He found the issue of our motor damper that controls the air upstairs not closing because it was broken. He came back with the part and replace it. He was excellent and easy to talk too.

Antonio did furnace maintenance that was included when I purchased my new equipment. He also changed all my filters. Airmech s service is always good.

Every time we deal with Airmech we are more grateful that they installed our HVAC system. After a mistake by another contractor, our system stopped working and we were without heat for three days. We are extremely pleased with AirMech. We needed to replace a failing 27-year old HVAC system. We had gotten bids for both gas furnaces and heat pumps but none felt quite right. We went to the Sacramento Home Show specifically to talk to HVAC contractors and are very glad we found AirMech there! We live in Roseville and were very strongly leaning toward a heat pump. AirMechs booth had a display with a running unit so we could gage air flow, sound level, etc. of a Bosch heat pump that does not need heat strips. Their pricing was competitive with the our prior bids for a system with higher energy efficiency. Our overall experience with Air Mech has been more than 5 stars. The quality of their management staff and crew, their work, and their responsiveness to several after-installation questions has met or exceeded my high expectations every time. They really care about their customers and the quality of what they do. . Feb 2024 Update- had our first year system check a few days ago. We were given an appointment sooner than we expected and received a confirmation text with the technician s name so we knew to to expect. Antonio arrived in the middle of the service window He was very personable and knowledgeable about our heat pump. He performed a detailed inspection of all the components and answered all my questions. I am still very pleased with Airmech and glad I chose this company.

I interviewed many HVAC companies, including well advertised companies and Amertech had the best price for best brand HVAC. Their price included many extra things like extended equipment warranties, 3 years free serve maintenance, took care of paperwork for governmental and utility rebates and deducted them from the price, etc. Ameritech also did an excellent job in installation and there was a detailed highly professional, and honest presentation. I think it would be a mistake for anyone to not include Ameritech in ones interviews with competing HVAC companies. I am happy with my choice.
