Oil Changers in El Cerrito

As soon as I arrived I was greeted & acknowledged.. Which is huge to me since I myself work in the customer service industry.. Super Sweet Young Men & Very Efficient in their work.. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience..

On 3/20/25, I stopped in at the El Cerrito location to get my car oil changed. On that date there was no waiting line, so I was seen very quickly. Job was also done quickly, and I was out in about 20 minutes total on site. Very pleased.

I have been coming here off and on for years. I moved to Central Valley but when I’m in the bay this is the place I go to. They have good customer service all the guys are friendly. Yesterday same experience however I had my transmission flushed and filled. On my way home my check engine light came on, the traction control light can on, tire pressure light and the A/T oil temp message showed up on my screen and said pull over and put in park. I was on the freeway. This was very alarming and I’m afraid the messed up my transmission . Now I have to take the day off work and go to a transmission shop to have it diagnosed. I’m beyond upset and appalled. I should have never had them do this service, I may need to contact a lawyer if my transmission is messed up.

I decided to give Oil Changers a try and I’m so glad I did. They were fast and professional. There was no upsell, just fantastic service. The staff were incredibly friendly genuinely eager to be helpful. They’ll be seeing me every 5,000 miles!

Straightforward service & best prices in the area. I went to get an oil change before heading out on a 2000 mile trip and they performed all services as promised and they checked and topped off fluids. I highly recommend this place.

I'm glad I still mess with this oil changers. They took real good care of me when I had my Volvo. Now my Infinity because of the service I got done is running better than ever. They are very thorough and take care of everything! It's good to know there's a place in business for the people and not just for profit all the time!

I didn't have to even get out of the car. From time I got there to leaving their garage was probably 25 minutes, maybe less. The young man that did my oil change was very respectful and nice. Overall great experience.
