I had a king 2.5 coil over for my Chevy Silverado that needed to be repaired, and they went over and beyond my expectations and in a timely manner. It s very hard to find reliable info online when making a shock purchase and these guys really take the time understand the details of your application and usage needs then deliver an awesome shock package. Bump stops are awesome. Great job on the design. I have designed a lot of parts over the last 20 years that were cut by a CNC. I have not had time to go Offroad yet. But they look great.

Just got my shocks back from Accutune, unbelievable difference. The tune that was in them before was absolutely unbearable, OK in the rocks and literally couldnt go over 10 MPH on a slightly bumpy road. I damaged both my front shocks when I dislodged the RRs off their mounts. Called Accutune and Justin walked me through the process, had record of my initial setup from 5 years ago and inquired about any changes before providing a quote. I shipped them and they rebuilt them pretty quickly and got them back to me. Quote was very close to the final cost. Very pleased with these guys. I keep telling people these are the go to suspension experts. Highly recommend.

Hi John, Ive taken my bronco a couple of times offroading, love the way it handles, my fox coilovers do a great job feels super comfortable just the way I wanted it, I havent tested them all the way because I dont have bump stops yet so I cant imagine how well they will perform with my bump stops on it, very happy with your product, you guys did a great job tuning my shocks to my specs (you understood my riding habits and did a great job!) Excellent customer service! After Placing my order for front coil overs paired with an aftermarket long travel kit we had a lengthy discussion over the phone about the application. They talked about their custom tuning process and answered all of my questions. The coil overs I received are now tuned for my application and preference. They also come with one free adjustment in the future if need be. All for around the same price of competitors, you get amazing customer experience and a shock tuned for your specific needs. I have been lucky enough to work closely with John and Accutune on my 5th gen 2nd suspension build. I loved my original mid travel front Radflo Coilover adjustable compression reservoir set up with a large rear Super Pro sway bar, long travel rear Dobinson coil over and front sway disconnect. Significantly upgraded to achieve more front end travel up and down by going with a Total Chaos 2 expedition Long Travel King coil over with triple bypass on the front. Then went with a Fox DSC shock upgrade on the rear. All tuned before arrival by Accutune to a Dual Sport tune on all six shocks. I love the enhancement!!!! Thanks to John from Accutune and Pat from Total Chaos collaborating with me on the upgrade!!! Just amazing service and design consultation throughout by John!!!

I recently upgraded to Ride Shocks from AccuTune Offroad on my Lexus GX460, and the results have been outstanding. John worked with me to select the right setup based on my vehicle s weight, driving style, and specific needs. Coming from the overland/expedition build field, where weight is always a concern, having a suspension tuned to my vehicle s exact specifications is essential not only for performance but also for safety. Ride Shocks stands out here, offering factory-tuned shocks calibrated for specific weight ranges, something previously unavailable in off-the-shelf kits before Ride Shocks came on the market. Beyond that, Ride Shocks even offers custom tuning for unique builds like mine, which fall outside standard weight categories. The result? A perfectly balanced ride that handles both on- and off-road terrain with ease. After a couple of weeks on these shocks, I m blown away by the custom tuning on compression, rebound, and the remote reservoir it s simply next level. The Ride Shocks have noticeably improved my GX460s handling on the road without adding harshness, and when tackling big G-outs or launching across a large whoop, the suspension has that bottomless feel. Compared to my previous Dobinsons MRA setup, the Ride Shocks are light-years ahead in rebound control. With the Dobinsons, I could never quite stop the rear from bucking, regardless of the rebound adjuster settings. Right out of the box, Ride Shocks resolved this issue, providing a smooth and controlled ride over every terrain. I don t know what magic Ride Shocks engineers use in their remote reservoirs, but compared to my previous setup with LSC and HSC adjustments, this setup offers the same high performance without adding any harshness. It seriously feels like magic. I also appreciated how well the shocks fit into my highly custom build. I shared some feedback with the AccuTune/Ride Shocks team regarding the reservoir brackets with my ARB and Victory bumpers. While they were a straight bolt-on, they required some finessing (expected due to my vehicle). It s great to see a company so receptive to customer input and committed to continuous improvement. If you re looking to elevate your rig s suspension with tuning specific to your build, I highly recommend Ride Shocks and AccuTune Offroad!

There s so many good things to say about Accutune, I m not sure where to start. My 2010 4Runner was on its second suspension setup and it was too heavy for another run of the mill system. After placing my order for the new setup, Justin reached out to me and noted a couple details, gathered some more information about my 4Runner and answered the couple of questions I had without hesitation! He was also quick to notify me that due to the weight, it was suggested by the tuners that I invest a bit more to ensure that everything was right. My 4Runner has never handled this well, even when it was stock. These guys nailed the tune, the build time was extremely quick and Justin made the whole process very smooth. Never again will I use an off the shelf suspension! There is absolutely zero comparison between the Accutune and anything else I have ever felt or driven on. Impeccable experience with these guys. So stoked on the result. I have a lifted 4x4 van conversion with mixed chevy, ram, and ford steering/suspension components and an inside camper build. It weighs ~8,400lbs. Getting the suspension right was driving me crazy. Contacted accutune blind thru their website. Quickly got a thoughtful and detailed reply back, and followed that up with a phone chat with John. Instead of selling me all new components - which he easily could have tbh - John said they d first try revalving the dampeners I already had (fox 2.0 reservoir). Sent my axle weights from the local truck stop, sent in the shocks, and got them back a week later. Cost about $600 and made a HUGE difference in the handling of my wacky rig. Probably the single best bang-for-buck mod I ve made in terms of drivability. Stock valving doesn t account for the heavy weight and high center of gravity of a lifted van with a camper build. These guys know their stuff. Highly recommend. Five stars.

I worked with Accutune since August 2023 when I purchased my GX460. Fast forward to March 2024, I finally had my lift installed. Justin and the rest of the sales team Diligently helped me throughout the process answering all my questions. They even helped with last minute questions during the installation. 03+ 4Runner And 10+ FJ Cruiser Mid Travel Suspension Kit, Stage 4 Fox is what I ordered and I was very happy with the instructions provided via .pdfs. Parts came in relatively quickly and although expensive this set up is worth it.

Customer service is top notch - quick to respond and answered all my questions to set me up right. For a HD truck, its the best riding solid axle truck I have driven and anyone else that has driven it has said the same. My 2021 Ford F250 6.7 is a daily driver (30k plus miles/year), take it to Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan, tow tractor/camper/snowmobiles/etc... awesome all around set up. John at Accutune was one of the best salesmen I ve ever dealt with. I did my homework by researching their products and looking at their website. I decided to give him a call with the information for my TJ. He asked me if was able to make a few modifications to make the best package possible for what I was wanting to accomplish. He told me it could take up to 6 weeks to get my shocks, however, 2 weeks later they were delivered. I loved the fact that he was honest about possible wait times. I will never buy from anyone else. I got a king shock kit for my tacoma here. For the most part its great. But I could have gotten for much cheaper somewhere else. And I wish I had. A couple of parts that they sent were defective or just completely wrong for my truck. Its been about a month since Ive brought this up to AccuTune and theyre pointing the finger at King. Instead of fixing the issue. But thats sales I guess. They dont care. They just want to move on to the next sale and give you the finger. If you have a Toyota go somewhere else and buy some rock sliders with the money you save.

Having your shocks revalved and tuned is not inexpensive, but worth it. Deffinitly more then a step up above off the shelf shocks.

I had so many questions and concerns as once should have when spending this much money on a full suspension for their truck. I have had many interactions with multiple customer service representatives and have been satisfied with every engagement I ve had. Ride quality on my stage 3A King kit for my 4Runner is much better than stock. Upgrading to adjusters was worth the money for me, and adjustments can be made in seconds.

Incredible Customer Service! I simply called to discuss my build and get some recommendations to address poor ride quality from another suspension lift I installed. I was so happy with the experience at AccuTune (with John) that I pulled the trigger and bought a complete FOX 2.5 DSC package. They did not try and push product, simply listened and offered unfiltered advice. Products need to be good, but the people make them great. The ride quality is amazing and the adjustability is so much fun. The ride height was dead on on all four corners out of the box. Just wished I had gone with them sooner and saved some time and money.

I got a great suspension from a customer focused company! I went with their Stage 3A Fox Performance Elite Series for my 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro and couldn t be happier! Definitely improved the ride and feel over OEM and I love the lift it gave it. Accutune is the place to have a one stop shop for suspension! They even tailor/tune the shocks to your specific vehicle based on your mods, haven t found another place that does that!

These guys rock! I placed an order for a Fox mid travel kit for my 22 Tacoma. Almost immediately I was contacted with specific questions about my trucks front and rear chassis weight and what modifications I have done. Accutune then took this info and custom tuned my shocks directly to my specifications! I initially ordered a more stiff coil and leaf spring pack, but after conversing with Justin (who was a huge help) he determined I didn t need such a stiff leaf pack, or the upgraded coils on my coilovers. Saving me roughly $300. On top of that, Justin said once I add more aftermarket parts, adding more weight, I can send my shocks back to them and they ll retune them to the new specified weights at no cost! After all that, I got my order fairly quick! Once I received my order, I opened the front coils and discovered the low speed adjuster knobs on the remote reservoirs had been rubbing into each other in transit, causing scratches on both knobs. I sent Justin some photos of the issue and without hesitation, he threw together an order for a new set of knobs at no cost. I had them within 3 days! Such an awesome experience with accutune! I highly recommend them for sure! Thanks guys! Edited to add finished photos.

I ve been wanting to upgrade my suspension for the longest time and all along doing my research so I d avoid issues many seem to have when piecing a lift together. After hearing a lot of people having great results with Accutune Offroad and knowing the value of custom tuning the shocks, I decided to go with their services. I had a bunch of conversations with their rep who listened to my concerns and worked out a great package and tune for my needs. My truck handles so much better than the stock suspension both on and off road; very happy! They no longer do installs but gave me contacts for several top notch shops. One local to me that had a long wait list and the other in Chula Vista who was able to work with my limited schedule and was also a great experience!

12.05.23 Update: Justin took care of the issue promptly, great customer service. Much appreciated! __________________________ Sales and after-sales support is extremely responsive, but beware of additional costs if there are any defects from their work. In less than six months after paying $4,361.87, my front shock reservoir is leaking from the top cap. AccuTune support instructed me to reach out to Fox for their 1-year warranty even though it was re-valved/tuned by AccuTune. The alternate is to have the defective shock shipped to AccuTune for a billable cost at the customers expense. Though, they did offer to expedite the service. I expected AccuTune to stand by their craftsmanship, but that was not the case here.

I was very hesitant to order because I already had fox 2.0 from a competitor and was just not happy right from install, actually sent them back and had them revalved and was still not happy, after talking to another friend with a lot of suspension experience, he recommended accutune, I filled out the order form got the shocks on and went for a test drive. Steve spent much time with me on the phone figuring out what was best for me (we had similar trucks) and what he had done to his. Took a week to tune the shocks. Another 2 days to ship. Can not recommend them enough and will send my friends their way!

Ive been shopping around a lot of different websites for a good GX470 lift kit package and stumbled upon AccuTune with their Fox stage 4 kit. I reached out via email to let them know my plans for the vehicle (bumpers/winch/drawer system) and the recommended the a setup that would fit my needs. I worked with Justin from their sales team the whole way through, he was super knowledgeable and gave a lot of insight in to what goes in to suspension components. He put together a kit with the correct spring rates for my setup. From ordering to shipping it was less than a week. Spoke over the phone before ordering to answer all my questions. Its so refreshing when sales actually know technical/functional knowledge about their product. Have yet to hit the trails but so far loving it. Excited to test their custom tune!

I had AccuTune perform a tune on a pair of Fox 2.5 Factory Race shocks with reservoir/DSC adjusters. I had them tuned for carrying a truck camper so the rear weight was over 9,000 lbs. The tune was done within a week and the difference is night and day. Ive had these shocks before on a different truck, without a tune, and believe me what a difference it makes. All the contact over the phone, email and in person was exceptional. My only reason for not giving them a 5 star rating is that I had to go elsewhere and pay to have the shocks installed. I would have like to have had them install them on the truck (for a charge of course) and not have had to find an off road shop that knew what they were doing.

I was not sure about custom tuning for shocks and if it was money well spent. What I can say with all certainty is that it was worth every penny. I was searching for that great on road ride with the ability for off road performance. The Fox 2.5 coilovers were adequate but not exceptional. I decided on this new set I would have AccuTune custom tune them. I can tell you there is a huge difference and is exactly the ride I had been searching for. Customer service was outstanding. They answered many phone calls and spent as much time as I needed to get what I was looking for. Moving forward I will be having AccuTune custom tune all my shocks moving forward.

I can say I am honesty amazed at how well the shocks I ordered feel. I went from an off the shelf set of leveling shocks that rode very well in my opinion to a custom setup fox 2.5 and my truck rides amazing. So much more plush and controlled at the same time. They definitely did an amazing job and I will definitely never buy off the shelf shocks again after this.

These guys know their stuff! I purchased a set of Fox 2.0 shocks with adjusters for my Silverado 2500HD. I described my truck, towing configurations, and all use case scenarios. They built a custom tune that is spot-on. Its tough to describe the difference over a stock set-up. You need to feel the difference. About 6 months after install one of my front shocks started to rotate in its mount, and I couldnt tighten the top mount any further (issue with the Chevy design of the top shock mount). I called AccuTune and they promptly sent me a new set of bushings that fixed the problem, free of charge. Fantastic customer support! These guys are great and I wouldnt look anywhere else for my shock purchases in the future.

No salesman pressure, just advice based off of the suspension packages I chose, and the way I want the suspension to perform with how I drive. I went with the Fox 3A Mid Travel package with the AccuTune Street Tune. The upgrade came out amazing, performance is more than expected. Looking forward to doing more work with the AccuTune team in the future.

Ordered from them in the past and everything was fine. Recently ordered leaf springs from them and saw the invoice shipping to my billing address, I emailed immediately to have this corrected. 3 Days later I get a shipping confirmation to my billing address, call to have this corrected, I m told there s nothing they can do its on another department. So now Im looking to drive 6+ hours round trip for an item I paid shipping for. Update: They reached out, apologized and worked out a solution to remedy the mistake. I appreciate the effort made and can tell they value their customers.

Accutune did custom valving for my king shocks and shipped with the eibach race springs. U cannot say enough how absolutely ECSTATIC I am over them! They are valued perfectly for my truck and the ride quality is beyond anything I could imagine. I berated Alex with a million questions and all of his answers were knowledge filled and he even linked articles to further explain. This company knows ehat they are doing and provide absolutely top notch service. If youre dropping money on a high end suspension then you need to be going to these guys. Their free valving service is crazy. They could easily charge 2 or 300 bucks for it but provide it free just so their customers can have the best. 12/10 would recommend!

I was looking for a pair of Fox 2.0 for my Jeep XJ. Given the supply issues plus Fox moving production it was difficult to find a set that wasnt backordered. I contacted AccuTune Off-Road who actually looked in their stock to find the set of shocks I needed. On top of that, they got all of the details of my Jeep to tune the shocks, and got them on my doorstep in under a week. After battling customer service issues with other companies (making orders of in stock items just to find out they are back ordered) AccuTune remained transparent and informative the entire time.

Alex has been super knowledgeable and helpful through out my suspension purchase for my 4Runner. Not only have they helped me but also my brother and his suspension kit for his Tacoma.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this company. I spent $5k on a lift to have it delayed by four months, one coilover is inop from FOX/Accutune, and the order was partial. I understand everyone uses the COVID is causing delays excuse nowadays, but these guys take it to the max - maybe they should wait to take payment until they ship the product? In addition to this, one of my adjustable reservoirs does not adjust; Accutune blames FOX and wants to charge me to have me send it back and have it serviced - who knows how long COVID will cause a delay for that service?? Finally, the kit shows extended rear brake lines; Accutune claims this is new to the kit after you purchased it so they want to charge me another $100 for them! All in all, these guys are price gouging and present a headache not worth the price. I am leaving the Accutune stickers on my shocks so that when people ask is that the company you went through? I can tell them yes and then advise doing business with ANYONE else.

Custom Val valve tune of my king suspension on my forerunner . Anybody considering getting their king shocks tune . I noticed a considerable difference . When I began to research upgrading the suspension on my Tacoma I was left with more questions than answers. I reached out to Accutune on a forum and quickly had a reply. Our conversation helped guide me to an adjustable Fox kit. I received the custom tuned shocks/coilovers within a month, which seems incredibly fast these days. They continued to give me top notch customer support regarding installation both on the phone and forum. When I installed everything, I was expecting an improvement, but not by this much! Even on the test drive without a proper alignment, which included driving over dips and railroad tracks, the truck felt completely different soaking up every bump for a comfortable ride. I am glad I didn t go with any of the common cheap methods of lifting, you definitely get what you pay for. Looking forward to taking it out on trails and desert runs!

Where do I start? Well it all started when I was calling around about suspension for my 08 Tacoma l. I ve heard through the grapevine about this company called Accutune. So I gave them a call, Kenny answered the call. And boy can I say that I m impressed. Strongly recommend this company. I was looking to upgrade my coilovers and rear shocks on a GX470. Most companies that sell them are just an intermediary for the transaction. When spending up to $4k on an upgrade, one would want a little bit more than that especially as not every use and build are the same. So I stumbled online upon this company. I liked their presentation and the prices were the same as the passthrough competition but Accutune would custom build the shocks to your application in same price. It was an easy choice to go with them. Great customer support and speedy resolution. The leadtime is the shock factory leadtime so it is not Accutune fault if the order takes longer. Accutune will build and ship within a week after they receive the parts. In this environment this is super fast.

I had Accutune install a suspension lift on my 4runner about a year ago - and Ive been very happy. Everyone that rides along with me comments that it is super smooth on and off-road. I ordered a pair of 2.5 shocks for the back of my Dodge Ram. Salesman Mike asked all the right questions and was great to work with. My shocks arrived within the quoted timeframe. The ride is much better than the off the shelf shocks I was running. My front shocks were built by someone who specializes in these trucks and the front works just a bit better than the rear, but I believe with a few minor adjustments from Accutune it will be excellent. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

I recently decided to go all out for my 4Runner and ended up ordering a version of Accutune s Fox 3 kit (2.5 remote reservoir shocks). Ryan was helpful and patient with me as I deliberated over several different options the company offers for my ride. I wanted different UCAs than the Icon pair that Accutune includes, and they adjusted the kit to my needs. I m very happy with how my setup looks and rides. Their products are excellent and they will work with you to be sure you get exactly what you want. Moreover, Accutune s customer service has been a step above the competition. If you want quality suspension done right, Accutune Off Road is the place to buy from.

I drive a 2018 Canyon 4×4 lifted on King 2.5 coilovers. The Canyon apparently needs WAY less spring rate than the Tacoma despite being similar trucks. I wanted to say that AccuTune Offroad are like wizards of the suspension world. I originally overestimated how much weight my steel half bumper and winch would add so they set me up with 550lb 14 springs. This setup lifted my front end by about 3 which is too high for the GM Twins if you actually care about off-road performance. I worked with the guys to try and figure out why my truck sat so high despite having no threads showing (collar was as high as it would go). I gave them a bunch of measurements and they ran the calculations and came back with a sugggestion for 450lb 14 springs. I couldnt believe it. The OEM spring rate on my truck is 550lbs but I have added a bunch of weight. How are 450lb spring going to provide lift? After a few months of adding sand bags and steel plates to the front of the truck to try and weigh it down, I ponied up for some PAC 450lb springs and well, they work. Im still getting over 2 of lift and the front end feels more controlled and better dampened by the shocks. The springs arent as pretty as Kings but thats what I get for being cheap. :) I just felt like letting folks know that the guys really do know their stuff, even on newer platforms they havent had as much experience with. :thumbsup:

One of the few shops in LA county that actually knows how to properly lift trucks meant for off road and not just trips to Starbucks. It s a comfortable atmosphere too, no looking down on you for not knowing what you need and none of the usual attitude from some off road shops. Best off road shocks anywhere

I recently had some work done to my jeep Cherokee, I wanted suspension that would ride like a Cadillac on the street, be able to hit bumps at speed and go fast through the desert. Accutune Offroad nailed it. I called them up, told them my situation and told them what I wanted. They sent me some tuned fox 2.5 coil overs for my jeep, and I couldn t be happier with the results. Not only did they come nicely packaged and protected. But the customer service was phenomenal, They really took the time to explain things and listen to what I wanted and what I needed , and they made it happen. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and know what their doing when it comes to setting up coil overs for vehicles and rebuilding damaged or used shocks. The jeep rides just like I wanted it to AND THEN SOME! I don t think any other company could ve dialed in as much as Accutune did. Thanks a lot guys!

Orderd a pair of fox 2.0 resi all tuned up emailed me and said order ready for shipment I said heck I cant wait and their local emailed them back asked if I can jus come by and pick up bam! DGot my shocks no wait couldnt be any happier didnt think I would have been able to pretty sure they get loads of shocks to deal with thanks guys and the shocks performs wonderful my 2017 F250 4x4 6.7 diesel feels smooth! Dealt with Ryan on some work to my shocks, they did a re-build, I thought I had a leak months later and even though I was wrong & it was a power steering leak, they took off my shock to verify everything was working properly to make sure I was satisfied. Couldn t be happier with the work and customer service I received. Great shop they do things right here.
