Weve been here a few times now and Scott was great to work with. Even when we purchased tires elsewhere (we wanted a specific model that they didnt carry), they were happy to install them for a very reasonable price.

Decent first visit by far. However was told to drive my own car to the garage which made me feel like there was no concierge care whatsoever. What s the point in having me wait in the lobby when I have to get up to drive my car to the garage then get it to get my car back after everything was said and done. Kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion. You get the keys but then give them back to me just so I can move it myself. Other than that, decent first visit but I will be looking at other locations in the future.

I made an appointment for an oil change and when I got there, I am told that they don t see my appointment in their system. The rude gentleman at the front desk said that they have a flowed system and he can only reschedule me 3 days later which was an option for me. Now going back there. Do not recommend this place.

Dropped in in AM to repair a nailed tire. I can see they were very busy as they have many phone calls and lots of work orders on the table. Scott, who welcomed us, is a kind and funny person. He asked us to drop off the car and promised to patch it the same day if its patchable. He called us early afternoon, and another reminder call late afternoon to pick up our car. The tired was patch and they charged me nothing. We asked Scott to provide a quote for another car which is due for new tires soon. The price offered was very competitive. We are very happy and will definitely come back for future needs. Thanks Scott and Team!

Great service. I had flat tire. The manager did communicate well about what is fixable area and what is not. More importantly the manager could accommodate my walk in request. After fixing the tire, the manager did not charge and mentioned that fixing a flat tire is courtesy service which they offer to the customer.

Cannot speak more highly of Tire Choice. They helped me with a tire patch right away after I had a nail in it and were so incredibly kind. I watched them interact with other customers truly helping them as well while I was waiting for my car. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were on the way to the pediatrician s office for our newborn, when we realized we had a leak in our tire. We called up Tire Choice and they were able to get us right in. We brought our baby inside with us and had to reschedule the doctor s appointment. For a very reasonable price they had the tire fixed. Exceptional service and will definitely be back to them for any future car troubles.

Got my tires rotated today. Overall did a great job. Customer service can be improved though. Talked to manager Monica. Didnt really felt like I was welcome and just felt rushed. Maybe improve on customer service as this makes a whole lot of difference on customer experience and whether they would want to come back in the future. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars. Our daughter suffered a flat tire and was being towed to Dublin from Novato on Sunday. Fire Choice was one of two tire places open and we were so fortunate to get Scott on the phone. He was incredibly helpful, caring, funny, and professional. He took his time with us and ordered a new tire for delivery the next day. This was at 4pm Sunday. At 8:30am Monday morning, Scott called me to say my daughter s car was ready to go! We had a flat tire and it was almost store closing time when we arrived but Scott and his technician helped us by fixing our tire even though it was past the store closing time. I was concerned about how to drop off my kid to school early next morning. Scott did not even accept the fee for the quick and amazing service. I am very grateful for this kind and generous act. Definitely going to come back for future auto services!

Visited here to repair nailed tire. Scott, the one of most nice person welcomed me. He builds great rapports with customers. He took my car right away. I waited there and observed his kind service to others and many follow up calls he made. I am impressed. :) The nail got pulled out and tire got patched and pumped. I was able to get out in about 40 minutes, and I paid nothing. I was pleasantly surprised and he simply said that s what he does. :) I will visit him again for tire replacement next time.

I dont have enough words to express the excellent customer service we received from Scott and his team. Scott truly listens to all his customers and does right by them. Scott was wonderful, had puncture in rear tesla tire. He stayed open late to allow me to drop the car off since it was barely holding air and I kept using my compressor on the go. He stayed open to take in the car. It was ready next morning at 9AM. That was amazing knowing fixing tesla tires is a daunting task not every shop wants to help with. Surely recommend this place, amazing service.

So I called to ask him that I need to wait for my car in to fix the tire and they told me they re there until 6 o clock today to come drop it off and I ll have it done by six so it s gonna take you all day to fix a hole in the tire don t think so

Ive been to this location a handful of times and, although I moved to the neighboring Contra Costa County, I still choose to have my services here because the service & quality cannot be beaten. I called on a Friday to make an appointment for new tires because I was in need - but there was urgency since I had just found a nail in one of the tires - Greg helped me schedule my appointment for that Sunday and gave me a quote that worked with my budget. He was friendly, patient, informative, and charismatic over the phone. When I showed on Sunday, Scott & his staff had me & my nieces in and out within an hour and a half (just enough time for breakfast across the street). Scott has helped me several times and truly knows how to deliver exceptional communication, attention to detail, and honest explanations for the non-car people out there like me. Overall, excellent customer service and fast / reliable quality every single time - what more could you ask for? I will note that while I was there this past weekend, someone did attempt to walk in and maybe expected quick turnaround time... advice: make an appointment or call ahead for the best experience.

Wow, just wow! Scott is seriously the best in the business. After being turned away by so many other tire shops who claimed they were swamped with work, it was a breath of fresh air when I called him up. All I need it was a patch in my tire since I drove over a nail. He listened attentively to my predicament and without hesitation booked me for the day in the morning! Had a flat tire in the morning, replaced it with the spare and brought the flat to this location in the afternoon to see if it can be repaired. There was a large visible nail stuck in the flat so I was not hopeful. This is the third time Ive ever had to deal with a flat, and this was by far the best experience. Owner was extremely helpful and understanding, keep me informed, never got any sales pressure, or concern about being ripped off. Just patched and installed the flat without issue.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP. Ive brought my car in 2x for a flat tire here and Scott gave some genuinely exceptional service. The first time was around shop closing time but Scott took me in anyway and quickly repaired the flat. The second time was today, very early in the morning. Their shop was full of cars and I was desperate for the repair and short on time so Scott squeezed me in and got the job done in an hour! Their customer service is something to praise. Scott was very empathetic and kind throughout the whole process. 5/5 stars, dont think 2x!

This tire place is awesome. I hesitate to tell how great they are because I get such incredible service. The captain running the ship (Scott) is amazing. Friendly, efficient, best deals, and has the coordination of customers and mechanics running in perfect synchronicity. In addition, all of the mechanics are incredibly friendly and personable. On a Sunday morning, we were driving from San Ramon to Sunnyvale. Right at the start coolant level low indicator went off. Concerned we called the nearest open auto service shop. Had a flat tire Saturday night (my 1st time). Couldnt find anywhere to fix it on a Sunday except Tire Choice. I have to drive two kids 50 miles to work and school every day. This is my 4th visit here and I love this place. The first time, they saved my family s life not only by changing the tires, but by doing safety-critical axle repairs that eliminated a long term ride problem the dealership failed to diagnose. Why are they exceptional? They are the most knowledgeable about tires and options, they re very efficient, they have a full mechanical shop with a master mechanic (she is the best), and they don t try to sell to you at all.

Great service, highly responsive, great quality work on my tire. I highly recommend this service center! I called early in the morning, around 8:20 am and they slotted me in at 8:30 am to repair my flat tire. They were done by 9:00 am and I was on my way. Couldn t be happier. At other shops I ve had to wait much longer to get in and much longer for the actual repair.

Scott the manager, was very informative regarding the estimated time our car would be ready. He even gave us a update. When we went to pick up our car, he took the time to go over all the issues that are in need or soon would need to be replaced. He was the best. Fantastic experience working with Scott, who resolved a low tire pressure issue with my Tesla Model Y, right before a road trip. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully I won t have tire trouble again but if I do, or if I need a new set of tires, I ll certainly be back!

When Americas Tire told me I had to pay over $200 dollars because I tried to repair it myself I brought it to TIRE CHOICE and Scott fixed it for me for free in minutes. The employee and manager were rude to me at Americas Tire and I was never one rude nor did I have an attitude.

They also when above and beyond by recommending a nice local restaurant and some other cool spots to see in the neighborhood while I waited! If I could give them both ratings on professionalism, friendliness, and quality of service, these two would get 5 stars in each as well. I came here a few days ago to get a new tire for my car, my tire went flat and had to use a spare for about a week so I decided to come here for a repair. Right away I noticed how good of an attitude and positive energy from the mechanics had. Shawn and Scott did an excellent job helping me find the tire that I needed. Scott even allowed me to choose what ever music I wanted to play for my mother while waiting inside until the repair was done. Shawn did well going over the details explaining the costs and fixed a few minor things for us. I believe I got a good deal on the tire I purchased because any other repair shop would had charged 270$ above probably. I only paid 217$ all together and the repair was done within 2 hours so very impressive. Thanks for the help guys keep up the good work!!!! I recommend anyone to come here for a repair, you will be pleased.

We were passing by Dublin and suddenly the low tire pressure indicator popped up on my car dashboard. I got off the highway and found out I had a flat tire. Called Scott and despite his busy schedule managed to squeeze us in get it all fixed up and have us on the road again. Scott is amazing and he is super friendly and chatted with my son to keep him busy while they fixed up our car. What could have been a very bad day turned out to be great. Im new to this community, the dealership told me that to just check my tire for a possible tire puncture, it would be over $80 not including repairs. I turned them down. I googled a tire shop near and I found this great business with good reviews. I took my car in this morning along with my family. Scott was very friendly to us and after about 40 minutes Scott came to me and told me that the small puncture had been fixed. The best part of it all was that there was no charge. He fixed my tire at no cost, I couldnt believe it. I will for sure be coming back to him for future car repairs. You can tell Scott is very professional and a family man. You cant find very many businesses like this one now a days. I highly recommend it. Once again, Thank you Scott.

Im from out of town and woke up in the morning at the hotel with a flat. I ran to a bunch of places and no one could change it, or was even willing to give advice as to where to go or what to do. Tire Choice wasnt able to fix it(the tread was too low) but they refilled the donut spare, tightened the lug nuts and reassured me I could make it home(60 miles)

I had a Mother s Day emergency and got a nail wedged into my tire. Within minutes of talking to Scott, he quickly understood the situation and squeezed me into his schedule, despite having a full scheduled day. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and my wife, son, and I were able to get on with our day without having to cancel plans. I would 10/10 recommend this place. Amazing service and value. I will be a customer for life.

As I go to my meeting in Dublin , Im having hole on my front passenger side tire then my spare tire lost my valve and it was on a Sunday almost every tire shop in Dublin is closed so I decided to go to tire shop which is very busy on that day. This guy Scott understands my situation and help me from the bottom of his heart, not only he did it in a timely manner, he is also very honest and very knowledgeable and reliable at his business, I can so much good thing about this guy . I love this guy.

Good Experience ! I had tire shipped as periodic replacement from tire rack and Scott was amazing in handling the whole process. He made sure to call and give updates on tire shipping and installation. Overall very positive experience and easy going.

I didnt buy tires here but I would have the staff was very helpful in my time of need, directed me to a competitor store because he knew they could help me.

Scott Hammons, store mgr and Gage helped me more than I could ever expected. This specific shop is the best Ive ever experienced in any tire shop in my life. I was traveling on HWY 680 when my rear passenger tire blew out. I called about 5 tire shops and none of them could help with fixing the tire even though I shared with them I was traveling with 4 elderly persons. They all said we would have to wait 2-3 hours. EXCEPT for Scott at Tire Choice, 6028 Dougherty Rd in Dublin. I GOT REALLY LUCKY to have found this place. They made an exception to help me and was empathetic to my situation. We dont see this kind of service and people much these days... I so appreciate what they did and if I live in that area, this would be my go to place for the rest of my life. SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE with Mgr Scott Hammons and Gage!!

Fast and professional service when you really need it!

Needed a tire within 4 hrs to replace flat experienced by a fleet customer late the night before which i immediately replaced with spare. Shopped around early morning but only Scott had what i needed and answered all of my questions on autopsy of flat and price, warranty, and mechanics of new tire. Customer was thrilled I could acquire and install so fast.

Scott went over and beyond to secure and transfer the tires required from another location (uncommon size) and have them installed in record time. Visited them hoping a tire leak fix, turns out the tires were almost done. Scott guided me from the moment I entered the store till I went out riding on a new set of tires. Extremely professional and helpful staff. Would recommend them to all.

Had a punctured tire and I called in to check whether they can fix the tires. Scott was super friendly and funny at times. He loves his work and you can tell that. He quickly reviewed the tires and they were a goner. He helped through few options based on my needs and found the tires that met my needs. I had come to TireChoice after two failed attempts to obtain tires at a competitor. I came to TireChoice, because they had helped me out in the past with a wheel replacement when their competitors were either too busy or simply refused to do the work. Both the shop owner and shop manager were very friendly & helpful. They worked with me to find a suitable set of Summer performance tires given challenges obtaining inventory. They even managed to get tires installed the next day - very impressive!

Tire Choice Auto Service was very helpful and attentive when I visited them. They were understandable to my situation and took care of me with great service and excellent professionalism , they took care of me when the other tire shops wouldnt help me because of the small job I need done on my car. Scott took care of me without any hesitation and did what the other big name brand tire store didnt. I will be back to do business with them in the future !

Absolutely the epitome of customer service. The manager Scott is such a great guy and helped me going through a otherwise nightmarish tire problem hassle-free. I will be a life-long customer from this day on.

I discovered a nail in my tire and didn t know quite what to do. I googled for the nearest tire repair place and am so glad I ended up here. Scott and Brandin managed to get the tire patched in less than an hour and even topped up my wiper fluid and checked my wipers and air filter. And I wasn t even charged anything! Amazing service! I m definitely coming back in the future for any car maintenance needs.

This place is awesome. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and considerate of costs. Scott normally works the front desk and he is really friendly. Ive turned to Scott and Tire Choice Auto several times when having some tire issues over the last few months and their service and guidance have been priceless. For example, when the dealership wanted to charge me $380 to replace a tire even though the nail was in the middle of the tire on the thickest part of the tread, Scotts team patched it for free. As another example, other places wanted to charge me $300 for a simple alignment because they said my tires were wearing abnormally. I didnt see any abnormal wear patterns so I decided to get a second opinion. Tire Choice was only going to charge me ~$110 for the alignment but when I got there, without even telling them what other places said, they did the alignment inspection, told me I didnt even need an alignment, and didnt charge me a dime!

I am thankful for the expeditious and friendly service provided by Scott. Although I am sure they were very busy, he took the time to inspect my tires and help me be on my way promptly. I will be recommending this shop and return as a customer specifically due to Scott s level of professionalism and care. Thank you!
