America's Tire in Dublin

For our Midwest and East Coast friends, this is a Discount Tire! This is really a top notch location. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had called to make an appointment and they were booked out almost 1 month, but fortunately told me I could bring in my car first thing any morning to have a slow leak (apparently a nail) in my tire checked out and be on my way within a reasonable amount of time. Arrived right at 8AM with about 7 people in front of me but was still in and out in 1 hour - tire fixed all for FREE!

I went to this place a couple of times first few times I felt this is a very good place for tire replacement tire repair. But never ever recommend this for tire repair. Looks like they don’t even know the basics, standards are too high so they cannot repair anything. Always try to re-place with no good reason.

Needed a tire for my 5th wheel after loosing one on a road trip. Was a little worried about getting my rig into the lot, but management was very helpful and got it done. Had a better option for me once I arrived and performed the work quickly. Thanks guys!

Cory was amazing from start to finish! I used my warranty to get $113 off each tire for new tires! I love the help they provide!

Great customer service and great service provided. They answered all of my questions and were very clear. The only little snag was even though I made an appointment, after checking in, they told me they accidentally forgot to add me to the appointment line and had me wait with all the other walk-ins instead so I ended up having to wait for a long time and was there for hours. I was just unlucky that I was there on an l abnormally busy day. I heard it's usually not that bad.

We got a flat tire and took it to America' Tire in Dublin CA. Much to our surprise, they took the car in right away and told us there was no charge for fixing the flat! Amazing! Everyone there was very nice and very professional. We really appreciated their help and recommend them very highly. Thank you America's Tire!

Overall rating I'll give it a 3.75/5 All the staff here is friendly and reasonable so I'll give them a 5/5 I had an employee here order the wrong tire size so when I went to my appointment they couldn't finish the install. The service manager was nice enough to give me two tires to get me on my way while the proper tire size got shipped. Again as mention the staff here is friendly and reasonable. 5/5 for taking care of me Now this is where I wasn't happy with the outcome of my car. When I got the new tires installed I started to get a horrible steering wheel shake at freeway speed. When I took a look at my wheels. I noticed a lot of wheel weights. Naturally I called them and let them know about my issue, and I requested for them to completely strip the weights off and rebalance the wheels. All they did was add more weight to balance the wheel out. The issue still persisted, so I went to Wheel Work down the street gave them the same request and now my steering vibration is gone. When Wheel Work rebalanced my wheels after stripping off all of the weights I had significantly less weights!

I recently had a flat tire with a nail in it and took my car to America's Tire for repair. They offered a free repair and rebalance service, which was fantastic. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly, and the repair was done quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend America's Tire for their speedy and excellent fix!
