"The clerk was very professional and helpful. My battery fault light came on multiple times, so I went to Midas for testing. They told me it would cost over $800 to replace the generator. However, I went to a nearby repair shop for a second opinion, and they found that the generator was completely fine. Later, I visited O'Reilly again for a free test, and everything turned out to be normal. Therefore, I decided not to replace the generator for now. I'm very satisfied with the service I received."

So nice and helpful!!! I've been there a couple of times and had great experiences each time. We just went in at a perfect time when it was not busy. We explained and shared pictures of what was wrong with our car and what we needed. Jose helped us find the items and the right sizes. Not certain at first, he took the parts to our car to make sure. He ended up helping us install them (just a 2 minute thing). I bought the tool he used in case for next time. Saved me at least $150. Thank you, Jose!!!

Tried to return the refrigerant container for the $10 deposit and was denied because the counter agent shook it and determined that there was something left in the container. There were no written instructions that the container needed to be completely empty (hell, they charged me for the container deposit when it was full).

Had a great experience this evening. My moms car died, and I came in for a new battery. Hamza was the only employee on the floor & was getting off soon. He very nicely asked me to wait for one of his co-workers to assist me. They never did & he apologized & tested the cars battery, starter & alternator. Everything checked out. He apologized again for my wait time. Hamza deserves a raise. Great job!!
Computers are down read the sign but why were the doors locked? Me and several customers were confused but I was able get what I needed once they opened the doors again.
I cant express my gratitude fully on here. The awesomeness of customer service goes beyond my review! They take good care of me! I always am shopping for all kinds of stuff for my car. I have gone here multiple times. They are always low on items which is annoying. Went to get a replacement bulb, there were several spots out and the ones that had bulbs had only one in stock. Staff are not friendly or helpful.
Great experience today! I called first to inquire about a battery replacement for my Honda Accord , I was happy Quan was able to answer all my questions and hold the battery for me. Once I arrived Quan knew who I was and gave me a warm welcome and greeting, he even installed my battery for me. Great professional customer service!!

I had the worst experience today. I went into the store around 5 pm. For replacement for one of the wipers my husband bought a few days. I told the man that the wipers my husband bought a few days ago had broke off in the morning and flew out on Doughtry road. I had my car parked out front. The man told me that i would need the missing part of the one wiper to get warranty for refund. I showed him the other wiper that didnt few off my window. He said even if i had the receipt I would not be able to get the replacement warranty because of the missing part. I told him the part is the middle of the road where is just cars and i cant get it. The road right infront of the store. He told me is just $26.00 dollars that i should not make a big deal about it and just buy it. I thought that was the worst response I ever heard. I bought a product that breaks off in two days of used. The wipers were supposed to last longer then that. Is unreasonable that i wouldnt be able to get a replacement for something I bought and did not work. I was so frustrated, i just left. And, i would never go back to the store. My previous experience was great and i gave this business 5 stars when i bought my car battery. Today was so disappointing. He told me yeah go infront of oncoming traffic and get that piece of your one wiper.
The staff was a little busy but they were very helpful and super nice made me feel welcomed. Im sure if you need help they will be super nice and helpful.

Thanks Randy for staying open a few minutes beyond closing, being that rear wheel axle seal blown while Im traveling. The guy at Auto**** refused to even stay open a minute beyond closing which is the reason Ill never ever, Ive sworn on my life, to ever shop at any Autozone again. *PS update- Randy even stayed open just a little longer, while I am writing this, to let another gentleman retrieve the phone he left. Im pretty sure Randy, unless hes a salaried employee, is getting paid or paying himself OT, to accompany our needs. Thanks again, sincerely!
The customer service was good. The reason Im leaving a bad review is dont purchase a battery from OReilly. My second battery I purchase from them doesnt last more than three years. My battery was just over three years and had to replace a new battery. The guy over the counter said these OReilly brand batteries usually dont last two years. Save your money and get a higher quality battery from another store.

I came in on the first day of a heavy downpour. My wiper broke it could reach home and was in dire need of help to have it changed. Although they were short staffed and are not allowed to help out in the rain, a kind gentleman helped this damsel in distress with her wiper. I appreciate the gesture and recommend these guys for their humanity and helpfulness! <3

Basic auto shop. Called to ask if they had a part for my nissan versa and they said they had one but when I got there they were going to give me the incorrect part. Thankfully, I had the part i needed on hand so they could find the correct one. More knowledgeable workers maybe?
Staff is helpful and really nice. Selection is good if its not on the shelf just ask the staff they have a few things behind the counter mostly talking about larger parts and oil filters
Masks are required and hand sanitizer is located on a table at the entrance. They had what I needed i.e. starter fluid which took me a while to find amongst all of the cans of engine goodies on display.

I am beyond impressed with the service received at this location! Heres what happened - I brought in my old battery I bought two years ago thinking: Oh god, again?! I have to self out another $180 for a replacement after 2 years of use? Well, that was not the case. We were greeted by Kaylah, and before even started looking up the price and option for replacement, she asked if I bought the battery here and looked up to see if the warranty is still valid. After going through 2 phone numbers (as we had different people visiting the store all the time), nothing shows up. Kaylah was extremely patient and asked if there was another number this was bought under. And luckily, we got it! It turns out the battery is still under warranty and we did not have to pay anything at all! I salute ORiley for their honesty with warranty (as most of you know, 99% of the warranties out there are just fake and lies!). And of course Kaylah for offering above and beyond customer service!
Adam in customer service was super helpful & friendly to help me get my headlight fixed. I switched to this shop after I was able to save $300+ for my brakes over what my regular place quoted me. Grateful I found these folks, they seem genuine and will also beat competitors prices.

Conveniently located near the corner of dublin Blvd and Hopyard, bur can be a bit tricky to get back across the freeway.

Generally a good place to buy auto parts, and usually my first stop. The parts selection has gone down over the years and lots of brand name parts have been replaced with store brands. Last time I went there for a water pump gasket, they didn t have it in stock. Then I went to the dealership and they didn t have it either. I would expect auto parts stores, and especially the dealership to stock such basic parts for a common domestic vehicle.

I purchased a bulb that had a year warranty. Obviously it went out before the year was up, which means they are supposed to replaced it for free. Well the guy at the counter told me no that it was a mail in return and that he couldnt replace it for free. I asked him if he was sure with which he replied yes. I ened up purchasing the bulb again because I was in a hurry and I went on my way. I happened to tell my roomate what happened and she was like no they are supposed to replace the bulb for free in store, because thats what they did for her. I later called the store and spoke with Jose (who was wonderful by the way)and told him the whole story. He asked me what time I came in and I told him around 8:30 pm or so. Then he proceeded to tell me that no they were supposed to do their free exchange right then and there and they were just basically being lazy which is why they didnt do it. So I asked him if I could come in and get my money back and he said yes come on in. I came in a few hours later Jose wasnt there but I spoke to Andres who was the assistant manager and he proceeded to tell me that no he wasnt going to give me my money back and that he couldnt help me because I didnt have the bulb. Of course I didnt have the bulb because they changed it and threw it away or kept it I dont know what they did with it. I aksed him when Jose would be back he said in a few hours later. I was going to leave but I knew he was wrong and I wanted my money back. It was their mistake so after arguing with him for about 10 minutes he eventually gave me my money. Then he was snide and rude when giving me back my money saying next time we wont give you a refund. So I was told him there wont be a next time because I will not be coming here again. And he replied thats your choice but thank you for coming in today. Andres was rude and unaccommodating especially considering it was his peoples mistake, and that I had proof because I have an OReillys membership. And the second gentleman in the store Im about 90% sure that he was the one who I made the purchase with so he could have chimed in and told him yes thats true but instead he sat back and let me struggle with this situation. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever had.

Ive had a business account with this OReillys for 10-plus years. Recently theyve completely changed their entire staff and the place is going downhill dramatically. If asked a year ago I would have given this place five stars instead of one.

Has longer hours than most other auto parts stores, and you can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Staff is friendly and most are pretty knowledgeable. They generally have what I need in stock. My go-to auto parts store in the area.

We were looking for something that they didnt have on stock so they offered to get it from the store in San Jose, CA for the next day and they will call us the morning to pick it up so we were like thats cool and so we proceed to pay for the item and we were told to expect a call next day. They never call us so we decided to call them to to found out that they were going to have the piece in 3 days and not as they told us. So please dont give empty promises to your clients when youre not sure what youre going.
Small, packed with all my automotive parts to get my break job done on my 2014 tundra. They got tools too. Check out was a bit slow when I was here, but I survived.
I stood in line for 20 minutes because it was so crowded, definitely understaffed at the time.
I called in the morning at approximately 9:00 am and they told me that the part that i am looking for is not in stock and that they can have it in the store at around 12:40 pm the same day. i said cool go ahead and order it and i would be there around that time to pick it up. at 12:40 pm sharp i pull up at the store ready to pick up my part and they tell me that they only got 2 peaces and the other 4 peaces will come in the next day. what a way to kill my Friday, worst customer service i ever had, totally waist of time would not recommend to anyone.

Sorry Craig, Ive always had great service here. Been going there for years. Crushed a brake line on a tow-dolly. The line was a specialty part and I had a trip planned too soon to send away for the part. Walked into the store, explained to the guy my problem. He took out a piece of brake line, bend, curved and cut it to the correct shape and flared the end. All for the price of the line. Great service. Walked into the store with a 5-gallon bucket of used oil to dump. Walked right past the paper sign on the door stating the tanks were full. Getting old I guess. The clerk said maybe, just maybe. We looked into the tanks and had to split the bucket between the two tanks. The manager even apologized to me because the tanks were full. We laughed at me not seeing the sign, but......... I have sent the wife into the store for stuff and of course I never give her the full details and questions arise. They always treat her well and help explain things out. Keep up the customer service, good job.
