This place is great. 4 new tires price was unbeatable and it took them less than an hour. Great customer service. I asked about oil changes and the price is under a 100 which is great considering most places charge over a 100. I will be going to pacific tire from now on.

They ruined 2 of my chrome rims and these rims were absolutely flawless when I brought them in and I have pictures to prove it. They had no dents or flaws anywhere other then I have missing center-caps and someone seemed to have been in a rush or having a bad day and took it out on me unfortunately. Some of the guys here are really cool but others not so much, just be cautious if you have nice rims is all.

Took my truck in for a tire repair since it had a nail. It's simply a 15 minute job, they scratched and scuffed my tire badly. After putting a patch it still leaked air and saw bubbles forming. They charged 20 dollars, for me to have a scratched rim and a damages tire. Update: The second patch they put is still leaking air. They are on their 3rd attempt. They said they will repair/replace the rim at no cost. I will update once this review once it's replaced. Update 2: They found a replacement rim. I went back for them to tell me they have no one to replace it, thry told me to come back at a later time. Last update: they ended up changing the rim for a used one that was cleaner than the one they gave me. After 2 to 3 hours of wasted time, I appreciate them doing this for me but I would not go back to this place if I got another flat tire. Changed to 3 stars.

Purchased 4 tires earlier this year. After two months, I was going on a trip so I checked my tires. 3 were fine but one was over inflated to the point it pegged my gauge. There was wear right in the middle of the tire. Went back to the shop and was told their employees check the tires. If You purchase tires ftom them, you better recheck the pressure. I won't be worried about having them doing anything for me in the future.

Armando was able to help me out super last minute for a flat right before they closed. Definitely appreciate your fast service. Will definitely be back.
