Empire Auto Glass, LLC in Dinuba

I originally called Dinuba Glass for a windshield replacement and they let me know they no longer do auto glass but that Empire Auto Glass is their recommendation. Spoked to Javier who was extremely professional and prompt in service. Since I live locally, he was able to come to me and replace my windshield at my residence, which was even more helpful since I had my kids home. Very happy with our new windshield! Will definitely be using them in the future for all our window needs.

I took my pickup in to get the hood wrapped a certain way (that I wanted) and he decided to do it his way because he thought it would look better! Then he told his boss to get me the out of there and didn't want to give me my keys! Very disrespectful and unprofessional!!!

Excelente service! I brought my car to get my Windows tinted and I was able to schedule an appointment very fast and at a really great price. I’m very satisfied with how my car looks! Totally recommended it.

I took my brand new car that isn't even a year old yet to get tinted here and they took 5 hours... well reason being is when I picked it up and paid and decided to go in my car all the lights were blinking crazy. So I go in and tell them what they did to my car and the owner said he had to jump start it. I said why it's a brand new car he said he had my car on while tinting the windows!! I said hey do you need my car on to tint windows?! And what was shady and sneaky is they couldn't tell me Before I paid. I had to ask them about it. So when I took it to auto zone they stated I now have a bad battery and need it replaced. I told the owner he said he would pay half the battery and when I showed him the receipt he simply didn't wanna pay. Certainly not a man of his word like he said he was. NEVER GO HERE! BAD SERVICE AND WILL NEGLECT YOUR CAR!

Had a couple vehicles tinted by Empire Their work is thorough and professional with a reasonable price, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality auto tinting and window repairs. 👍👍

Went to get new tint a couple months ago and they left air bubbles. I was told it would go away in a couple of days. I waited a week and the bubbles were still there so I called and had to bring in my car to replace the tint once again. I went to pick up my car and the issue that I had initially about the air bubbles was still there. I was upset about the situation and id made sure to stay there to make sure they took all the air bubbles out. Would not recommend!

They did an excellent job with my rear window. Excellent customer service. I had my window cracked the day before Christmas Eve and they repaired it as soon as they opened up.
