The service was unprofessional and inefficient along with possible theft. Did not reset after changing Oil. I say find another location because its trashy

I noticed after I left that my indicator that I need a oil change was still going off. I just havent taken it back to have it reset. Im sure they will be able to show me how to turn it off.

This weekend, I was in a pinch and needed to get my oil changed fast. Luckily, I went to the local Jiffy Lube. I had never had a great experience at any other Jiffy Lube, but this one was spectacular. I was helped by Robert, Gregory, Daniel, Eder, and Semaj. They were extremely fast, helpful, and not too pushy to sell me anything. They understood my situation, provided a human experience, and I appreciate it. I really want to say thanks for making it hassle-free. If you go to Jiffy Lube, ask for Robert.

I did leave a review earlier on how good my service was but I m taking it back. Because my air filter is still dirty and bent like how it was when they showed it to me, they never replaced it, but yet they charged me for it. Probably my last time going to Jiffy Lube in DHS. I was literally robbed !!

Quick an easy they helped me with my flat tire then all was good

I got an oil change at this particular jiffy lube, 4 days later I noticed oil leaking from under my car and loud knocked from my engine(my car didnt leak any oil, only oil sweat from the oil pan). So I checked the engine oil level and no oil was registering on the dip stick. If I didnt notice the unusual amounts of oil under my car my engine would have seized up. I had a mechanic add more oil and he started the engine and there was a lot of oil leaking from the oil filter seal. There was debris on the seal surface, the surface was not wiped clean before installing the oil filter. Incompetence or complacent techs. Its safe to say I will not be taking my car here anymore and if you care about your hard earned property I dont recommend taking your car here either.

I learned my lesson before, so because of my busy schedule right now and my new found shop was close i didnt really wanted to go around and find another auto shop but anyway jiffy lube did my car so fast that they forget to check my transmission fluid and check the tire pressures which is one of the service that my car sensor is telling me. Luckily the manager was nice enough to check it for me and sure enough my tire pressures were not balanced as far as air is concerned because my TPMS TIre sensor was still on My tip for everyone is to watch your car while its being worked on because theyll tell you that everything is good after making enough money from you.

I cannot stress how wonderful these guys are. I m coming from Crestline but do work in Palm Springs and I will always go out of my way to use these dudes. I ve never had better service and my car has never been treated better. : ) Thank you again to this amazing group of guys. Especially as a lady, cars make me nervous- but these dudes are so caring and thoughtful. I ll make the drive to see them any day!

I went to the one in Desert Hot Springs and they were absolutely fabulous. I didnt think I had enough money to do it. But then I went online used to coupon and it worked out absolutely perfect. They had a hard time getting my oil filter off because I havent been up on doing the changes but they worked on. It worked on it finally got it off and everything was fine they were extremely nice. And very polite and professional..

The staff here is amazing. Seriously, a breath of fresh air. These guys seem like they love their job and enjoy working with the public. I came in for a Lyft/Uber inspection. They got me right in and made the process so easy. Gregory helped me out and he was super friendly, welcoming and courteous. He had great communications skills and kept me informed every step of the way. The other guys working were also very friendly and it seems they work as a team to ensure a great experience. Drive 1hr to get my oil change here

David was amazing, polite knowledgeable and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I didnt even have to leave my car. Very safe. I just wish it was more affordable but I guess you have to pay for convenience and the fact that you dont need to make an appointment you can just come by anytime.

This place has changed a lot I believe all previous staff are gone josh is the best employee I now come here all the time and they make sure my vehicle is road safe every single time I now don t have to worry one bit if I m going to have an issue when leaving here definitely go here there the best . Below is my previous review they ve come a long way ! (Pretty sure these are high schoolers, very unprofessional. I have a huge fleet and they just lost a bunch of business horrible place horrible .They dont know there own computer system .. .... They let me leave with no coolant ....luckily caught it in time ..now Id rather drive 70 miles and pay 30 more to go to my mechanic than here which is 11 miles from my house ...)

The poor quality of service has stopped me from coming here. The first time I went in, I had to go back and have them properly screw on my skid plate for my car. This is second time I ve been back for the same issue! This time the manger said he was going to replace the skid plate. He took off the skid plate and said he was going to replace it. I went back in 4 days later after no response. And the manager Daniel said that corporate would not replace my skid plate due it hitting something. Daniel the store manager is very rude. Unprofessional. He literally hijacked my skid plate. Update: a district manager contacted me and apologized for their mistake and said that he would reimburse me for my skid plate, (I have this in writing) that was damaged and taken off by their employee. The district manager has now ghosted me. I ve sent an email with an invoice, also left a message, and a text message. No one has got back to me. As of now, the $100 oil change has cost me another $180 to replace the skid plate. Poor service from beginning to end. From the service manager Daniel, all the way up to the manager Abron.

They didnt know anything about cars

Extremely prompt and courteous service, they began working on my car right away and I was informed of a couple of suggestions tor service. I normally don t add on extra service but the pricing was a good value and the team was knowledgeable, so I decided to add the suggested services. I m really happy with my experience as a customer and will definitely return!

If I could give them 0 stars I would they messed my car then try s to say it was fault and they not paying for the damages they did reminding you I ve had this car for almost 3 years I always go to jiffy lube to get my oil changed and never had a problem as soon as I bring it to this location it just stops working sad that I will have to take further legal action when they simply could of fixed their wrong doing

The manager was very helpful. The soda machine took my money and didnt dispense the soda or change. There was no number to call so he gave me the money back He didnt have to do it because its a vendor issue This is above and beyond customer service and he solidified a customer for life!

Will not spend my money at this location again. Workers arent skilled at all. Also you shouldnt check a air filter and bang it on the customer car not smart oil on my hood and bumper I keep a clean vehicle for a reason.

My car was making a loud unidentified noise when I accelerated over 20 mph. Unable to find an open mechanic shop, I decided to ask the team at JL if they could recommend a shop to diagnose the issue. I spoke with Daniel and Robert. Daniel immediately saw that the skid plate was hanging from my car and offered to take a look at it. Within ten minutes Daniel had me back on the road. I m so grateful! Thank you, Daniel and Robert. I highly recommend the DHS Jiffy Lube and will definitely be utilizing their services for all my auto maintenance needs.

Josh is super nice and friendly. Changing the oil was super quick they check all of your fluids and I am really glad that they equalized my tire pressures. As a result the car drives very smoothly so I am really stoked. And Josh was excellent with the customer service and so I am definitely going back to them even though it s about 20 minutes out of the way I live in Palm Springs....As a final note I brought another coupon and so they gave me a nice discount on my oil change and then told me I could have my fluids checked and topped off anytime until my next oil change

This is a well run shop. Because there was only 1 other vehicle, the manager on duty (or he should be) Eric W promptly approached and asked what services i needed, then guided me into the bay where he gave me the available options for motor oils, etc. and the costs of each from memory! When he showed me the customer waiting area, i noticed the the shop area floors, walls equipment while may have age and use, it was immaculate and orderly -- same with the service desk and waiting area, and for that matter the exterior as well. Eric explained every thing that would be serviced and inspected included with my service and followed through by reporting each aspect, and it was done expediently and for a very reasonable price. I even asked Eric if he owned this shop and was surprised when he said no because he was so knowledgable and professional thought he must be. This location is lucky to have him. In less than 30 minutes i was on my way. I will definitely be back here again.

Ive been here twice. Everytime they are very nice, very attentive. I cant complain.

I always do the engine oil changes of my cars here, but today I had a bad experience, they did the oil change and they gave it to me WITHOUT OIL, thank God I realized it in time, I came back to tell them what they did and I know They behaved well, they recognized their mistake and gave me a free oil change, just keep in mind that if human errors can be made, check that they put the new oil.

Josh at the DHS Jiffy lube is a valuable employee. He was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. He got my car done in about 15 minutes. I have taken my car to the dealer for an oil change and they tightened the oil filter causing the gasket to fail and all the oil to drain out. They nearly ruined my car. I will be taking my car to Jiffy lube for all future oil changes. Jiffy lube is ,#1 for oil changes and I will be having all my oil changes done here.

Very nice crew, but I wont return. Maybe its CA sticker shock for me, but what would have been $140 for an oil change and an air filter, all done nice and quickly, isnt the best price. I ended up using 2 coupons for $30 off, but still paid $108, for a Chevy Trax with a very small engine. $50 in labor alone, thats what I paid in total almost back home. Great crew, too costly for me.

The worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Went in for an oil change came out with my car not starting. Turns out something happened with the battery. Then they sell me the wrong size battery and tell its not there fault. Take it up with car quest because they said it was the right size. Then I had to Hassel them just to get my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
