Francisco Auto Repair in Desert Hot Springs

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I was charged 1200 for labor on a turbo they did not install it correctly and charged me even though the car doesn't run they had it 10 days I now have to take my car somewhere else they also had me come down 4 times telling me it's ready without even test driving it to see if it works there is no bisnuess license or sellers permit that should be posted they wouldn't even give me the owners name so I could take to small clames they wrote me a receipt had me sign it and after I signed gr wrote no warrantee I have never in my life had such a bad experance and this is only a little of the total of the things that this bisnuess did to me. DONT GO HERE!! After taking my car to volvo immediately I found my catylitic converter was stolen and replaced with flexible pipe and they were defiantly there when he put it on the rack I had him show were the trubo was located the owner uses the excuse he doesn't speak English it will now cost me many thousands to repair the damage and turbo along with catylitic converter it looks like I am not the only one

They make a lot of mistakes here, and deny them whenever you point it out. Last time, they didn’t even put the part on properly that they charged me $700 to fix. It almost blew up my engine. The next mechanic was absolutely shocked. I also realized I was overpaying for years here. Dishonest and shady people. Don’t go here. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging twice to fix their own mistakes!

The mechanic dropped and broke the steering knuckle and refused to admit his mistake. He didnt reimburse me for the damages and I basically spent 80 dollars for nothing and lost a steering knuckle. Now I have to look for a replacement which is not cheap btw.

After bringing them 3 different brake pads from autozone they couldn’t replace my breaks then they tried to keep my money when I told them I’ll have to try somewhere else so I had to call the police and get most of my money back. Moral of this story is these guys will try to rob you and they can’t fix cars and they put a ding in my door from there ghetto lift machine. Save your money.

My AC stopped working so Francisco let me take it in so he could look at it last minute. Although he wasn't able to fix it because my vehicle is so new he still took a look and gave me his honest opinion which is hard to come by. Thank you!!

I needed help charging a battery on my motorcycle needless to say this is a automotive repair shop nevertheless it was close by. I asked to plug in my battery for five minutes and was told no. This is a time when we need to come together to help one another. I never need to ask for help but this is discouraging. If this company cannot help why go there.

This company is trustworthy! From now on, I'll take my business for my car here. The workers are polite and get the work done. Other places here in DHS tried to crank up the price on me because I'm a female but this company took my needs into consideration and gave me a good price. Loyal and great prices, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is the worst auto repair and tricky owner Javier and mechanic. I brought my car to have it fixed and owner gave a quote of total parts and labor to fix all car's problems, took complete payment and promised to finish job by end of week. Few days after, asked for additional parts again and finally after two weeks, I got my car back and when I started to drive it, engine light went on, nothing's fixed and car was shaking. Worst thing, I found out that my windshield was broken, glass cracked and when I came back to ask the mechanic what happened to my car, I was just ignored and they don't want to take responsibility. I asked the fat girl who's working there and she told me that she's the owner's daughter and Javier, the dad went back to Mexico, no clue when he's coming back and the other owner, Francisco was out too and no idea when he's coming back. Full of lies and deceit. I will definitely go to court and file a case against this auto repair shop. Beware of this place!!!
