Went in for an oil change, took less than 20 minutes. Very quick. The technician explained the process very well and gave me extra insight about why my (older) car burned oil at a faster rate.

Oil change was fast and employees were very kind! However, on my way home I heard scraping. My skid plate was not properly installed back on. Had to visit a different auto shop that nearly closed that night.

Great service! As a woman there has always been this fear that if you go into a place like this that you would be taken advantage of. But no, these team members did all they can to help me. I was very pleased by their communication and sincere dedication. They was all working as a team and it seems like it may have been some training going on. Such great service. The staff is quick and explains everything well, including how low you are on oil or how long it has been between changes if you frequent the locations. There are also free top-ups between changes which is good for an oil thirsty Subaru
It's hard to overstate these guys. I remember when I first started driving I was dropping my car off for a few days or sitting in the lobby for hours to get my oil changed at standard places. I also remember the worry about them finding random things I'd be out hundreds if I wanted to fix. Oil changers has totally flipped that on its head. It's fast, transparent, with always friendly service. Thanks!
