I was in there (Kimberly Rd Davenport IA) over my lunch to get my Aunt’s battery changed in her watch. The gentleman that helped me was so fast and had GREAT customer service. I had never gone in there before… I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.
I returned a battery that didn't fix my issue with 4 wheeler, when I brought it back, the worker was very respectful and helpful BUT when he tested battery and it was at 0, he told me he had to do another test that took 24 hrs and I was unable to get a replacement battery. Now I have to wait another day before I can try another battery. Doesn't seem right when he tested it and it read 0. Customer shouldn't have to wait another day for another result. I should have been given another battery to take home. Just received a call from Batteries Plus and they will be working with me on a replacement battery. I really appreciate the phone call and willingness to help me in this situation. Thank you Batteries Plus.
Stopped by the other day for advice and help with a vehicle I was having trouble starting and the employees there were so helpful. I believe their names were Nathan and David (Saturday afternoon). They handled my time consuming interaction while balancing the customers in the store and answering phones. Great display of teamwork multitasking and all around great customer service. I recommend this place to everyone!!
