Without a doubt, the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Rude employee could only argue that the part NAPA claimed on their web site was "Guaranteed to fit my vehicle" was correct when it wasn't. Had to go to AutoZone to get the right part as they were un-willing to even TRY and find me the correct part at NAPA, they even tried to blame me for the mix up. Save yourself time and trouble and just make the drive to another store that cares about helping you rather than blaming you.

Needed to replace batteries for our electric trolling motor on a Thursday before a holiday weekend. Tim ordered them for us, promised them the following day. Received them just as promised (good price, too). I think they worked some magic, because their delivery didn't make it. Saved our weekend big time.

Needed to fix a boat motor for a camping weekend. The people at the store were super helpful and friendly! I cannot emphasize this enough! From advice and help to even charging the battery for us! Highly recommended!

Curtis is very helpful. Beware of the price hike you're going to pay just for being in Davenport. Be knowledgeable about average prices for the parts you're buying and your be ok.
