I'm traveling from AZ to California and needed a last minute oil change. This place was great! It's right off the highway and took less than 20 minutes to change my oil and replace my (gross) air filter. Thank you Christian! Super helpful over the phone and in-person.
My go to spot since it’s so close to home, but even if it wasn’t I’d still make the drive to go here. Everyone’s always so chill/professional and they always offer a bottled water. You don’t need to wait in a waiting room, you just sit comfortably in your car until they’re done. Service is quick & painless. Best part is the FREE top off, which is necessary for a 10 year old car like mine. This is the place to go, look no further if you want a quick oil change, air filter, windshield wiper, coolant check, and cabin filters change.
First time here and had an excellent service. From beginning to end. As you arrive they offer you a water bottle and air Freshener for your car. Christian, Shawn and Justin had excellent customer service. They explain from beginning to end the findings and show you what they will change. Definitely a place I recommend. Thank you!
I had a great experience at Take 5! I was offered a cold bottle of water, they were quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and even offered to clean my windshield at the end. They didn’t try to pressure me into other services. I will definitely be returning for all my oil changes.
I went out of my way to drive to Take 5 Oil change because I know the company has excellent standards for their brand and no high pressure sales upgrades like other oils change places. This location had Excellent customer service which I have noticed consistently throughout the brand. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything and also installed a new cabin air filter as well, which was not an easy job with all the bolts. Will be back!
Take 5 took over what used to be Cypress Quick Lube and Oil. I've been previously been satisfied by their service. So I took a chance and trying out the place with new ownership. Joey and Ali worked on my car. They both provided good service and seemed to make sure that they did the proper attention and servicing of my car. So far so good, next is probably to take another car here and hopefully the work be satisfactory as well. 😊
I am beyond thrilled to have found GianCarlos and Yen! These two are exceptional individuals, and I’m honestly surprised this place isn’t packed. They deserve more than just 5 stars. I've never been to an oil change shop where they genuinely care about your car. Not only did they do an oil change, but they also checked the tire pressure, coolant, air filter, and more. Definitely recommending this oil change! I went in with my newer Mercedes C300 which I know is not the easiest to work on! I was greeted with a cold water and smile. The process was smooth and efficient. Joey, Jeremy, Noel and Christian did an amazing job! Great experience. Nice, clean and great looking shop.

Went here for the first time because of reviews. Thought I would give it a chance. The workers truely were friendly and helpful. Not only did they show me my filter and the need for a new one, but informed me of some other concerns they found with my vehicle.
Today I went to get an oil change and was approached by Joey who was very pleasant and professional , discussed the prices and process. I was very pleased that I was allowed to sit in my vehicle as they worked on it . The service was fast and smooth from begging to end . Thank you Joey , Jeremy and Randy.

This place is incredible! You don t have to get out of your car for an oil change and the guys in charge were extremely accommodating, informative and friendly.
Oil changed completed quickly and efficiently. No upselling or pressure, just professional, honest, and convenient service. Christian and Justin were fantastic! I arrived without an appointment about an hour before closing and was accommodated immediately. Christian was able to apply great discount. I highly recommend this location. This place provides that white glove good service! I found them on Google and went to get my oil change based on all the positive reviews. Jeremy was the service associate and he s super professional and helpful. Everyone here has a good vibe I know it s an oil change place but it really stands out because some oil change places won t even talk to you or explain or check in with you lol so that was a nice touch. I used to be a regular somewhere else but I will definitely be back here!

Easy, quick, friendly, and thorough service
Impressive! The service, staff and ease was amazing- while not having to get out of my car! The oil change, tire pressure check, fluids, etc. all done as well. And, omg! They checked my interior air filter and no wonder I was sneezing, it was dirty! Minutes later a new filter was installed and great price. I cant recommend this place enough!!

i went there for a basic oil change since it is under new ownership and my experience was 100% positive in every way! they are a local small business and completely transparent which is a rare thing in the industry nowadays. I was greeted with a smile and you can tell the owner actually takes pride in his work and was very informative about any other general questions I had about my truck s year,make,model as well.
Definitely 5 star service, you can expect a friendly greeting, followed with an explanation of services to be provided with a choice of iced coffee or water, all from the comfort of your vehicle, without having to exit for anything. Any questions answered that you may have, overall great service, would recommend to anyone, also with great prices.

I went there yesterday for the oil change of my CRv for the first time. It is a drive through type system. The staff was very kind and explained well. I will go back.
Service was quick and easy and i appreciated the top offs and free oil filter, but not being able to use your own oil is definitely a let down especially when options for full synthetic change are pricy. They still profit off the labor cost. Other locations will offer tire rotation with oil change as well as. Would rather just go to an auto shop to get combined services for maintenance done where I can also use my own oil of choice. Sure it can cost a bit more, but would rather do everything in one go and save time.

Came in yesterday for an oil change on my girlfriend s Kia. Joey seemed to be running things extremely well and had me in in out in about ten minutes while I sat in the comfort of my vehicle.
