Todd, the manager I believe, has been so incredible in assisting with my care. I called the day before to get my tires changed and asked if I can come in early, as I had to make a drive to somewhere afterwards. The day I get in, he remembered that I was going to be busy and got my car in right away and had it completed within 40minutes. No complications. Also, he was able to match the price very similar to the online estimate. But more than anything he built a rapport with me - I truly felt he was honest with customers and telling me only what is necessary to fix. That s something so hard to see these days. hands down the best automobile service I ve been to!

Sadly their price was almost double of another shop for the same services. (3900 vs 2038)The customer service was great and had no problem with communication but overall the price took us elsewhere

Had a very great experience. I got a groupon deal for oil change. The receptionist was really sweet and helpful. They checked everything for me and not so pushy to get another service for no reason. If i dont live very far from here i would go back.

I recently moved and tried to find another shop near my area but it did not compare to the quality service, attentiveness, and kindness that I receive here! Coming here is always worth the trip, I can always count on Midas for my car needs!

This is the only Midas I will go to. They are competent, efficient, and highly professional. Their prices are competitive, and wait time is minimal if at all. Appointments for service is available upon request. I rarely take my vehicle anywhere outside of the dealership. This business is one of only two that I allow to work on my vehicle. Parking is a bit tight, so its best to make an appointment in the morning if possible. I highly recommend their services.

I was disappointed with the service I received from this mechanic. The alternator they sold and installed in my car failed just two days after installation, leading to a breakdown on the freeway. I wouldnt recommend their services due to this unfortunate incident.

This place sucks, if you want to go to a place where they steal your money, charge $99 dollars for the diagnostic and whatever they said was the problem still doesn t get fixed this is where you come. Your welcome Never let your car here so it can get fixed the next day, they will want to replace parts that are still working .

Unfortunately I hadnt have a great experience. After have the oil change in my car. The day after, I have a massive oil leak on my driveway that run through the sidewalk. I went back and they told me that the oil filter that they put had the seal broken So they did change it and my car its fine but my driveway and sidewalk are stained now and we cant take the stain out! Im very disappointed. You lost me and my family as customers.

The people were nice and they did a good job in a reasonable amount of time but the price was very high. I received emails advertising an oil change for $59.99 but when I arrived they said that theyre not part of the promotion and the cost was $140

I setup an appointment on a Thursday at 2:00pm prior to getting my alignment done. Todd was very prompt to greet me when I arrived for my appointment and was attentive when I had questions about tires. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and educated me on the life expectancy of tires, which was about 5-6 years. The waiting area was clean and orderly. It had several seats, water dispenser and coffee K-cups. There was also a mounted TV available to watch to pass the time. It was a pleasure place to wait while getting my service done. There are also many food establishments nearby within walking distance which makes this location ideal. I truly appreciated the excellent service.

Easy to schedule an oil change appointment. Britney was very friendly and got me in quickly. She told me my car would be ready in 45 minutes and I came back at that time and it was ready to go. They also gave me some options for some additional repairs but didnt feel pressured in any way.

The sign said Trust the Midas touch. I had my 4 brake pad eplace and rotor replace. I was disappointed I had to come back again. My pedal was low and squeak as you step on the brake. They said they have to replace with a different brake pad. I also had my front Strut replace, that I was happy with the replacement. The front desk as excellent customer service. It would have been a 5 star if they dont my brake right the first time.

Got my brakes done here and they were quick, went back for an oil change and they were lightening fast and a great deal. Neale runs the place and is very knowledgeable and upfront about what is needed right now and what I could get a couple more miles on before it needed to be done. If youre looking for a shop that operates with honesty and integrity, this is it.

Todd was very thorough in answering our questions. It did take three attempts to get all of the service related paperwork. This was partly because of their new system. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience and would consider returning in the future.

I wish there were more than 5 stars available so that I could give them out. If youre looking for a car service with absolute trust, this is the right place. During my oil change, it was found that my brake line was leaking. I had to go to the service center for warranty coverage, and the service center recommended changing brake fluid, which would cost more than $200. Todd checked my brake fluid and even the moisture level with no extra charges and confirmed there was no need to change. I believe trust is the most important thing when choosing a car service center since it is not unusual that some places are recommending things that are not actually necessary. I am so glad that I have the place that I can go without any worries!

This review is a little bit overdue. However .I brought my car in for an oil change approximately two months ago. Britney, the office manager provided phenomenal customer service and the same goes for the location manager whom I forgot to ask his name. They were both extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest in response to all of the questions I had about my vehicle. I m 110% satisfied with my experience. In conclusion, do not hesitate for a moment to bring your vehicle to the Cypress location.

The owner was very nice, however the technician seemed very inexperienced. I bought the Groupon for a 4-wheel alignment after I bought 4 new tires because it is recommended to do so. After leaving, I drove over the weekend and noticed the steering wheel was off-centered to the right. My steering was perfectly centered before coming in this location. I brought it back a few days after to have the issue corrected but Carlos, the technician, had assured me it was fixed. The steering wheel still drifts to the right on straight roads! I feel that they don t do a proper job if you purchase the Groupon. Can t recommend this place tbh.

I went for a wheel alignment and I ve been having a squeaky sound coming from my car when I m just turning the wheels and seriously that sounds is pretty much gone just due to the wheel alignment. I had been going to a different shop for this service faithfully for 7 years and suddenly found it was closed out of nowhere. So, I was on the hunt for a new place that is reliable and honest. I used to get my oil changes with Jiffy Lube . So, my daughter ended up getting me an oil change with Midas To say the least, I will never go anywhere else. Midas does an amazing job at finding any pending issues as well as Problems at hand and offering excellent solutions They saved me a lot of money on further issues that if not taken care of would been disastrous They also make sure all of your Liquids are up to par, letting me know about the wear and tare on my tires and break . You are AWESOME MIDAS, get being Amazing and you will forever have a Customer with me!! I went to this Midus store because its local and convenient. The owner explained the service, the knowledge and he has a personal touch to his service. He took care of service reasonable time and it was great as I expect. The best part about it was the price it was far below any other stores I was inquiring. I m blown away by the kindness mixed with professionalism from the employees at Midas. I was inconvenienced in time due to a missing part they had to call over for and not only did they update me about every 10 minutes, they offered me a free future service because of the mixup (even though I m not going to use it because things happen). I normally feel bogged down from the employees suggested services or rudeness at other oil change businesses, but I felt home and comfortable at Midas in cypress. Thank you !

Great fast service. Very friendly staff. They did forget to replace an air filter. Once I noticed it they apologized and offered me to stop by any time to replace it....Dont think it was something that should have been overlooked because I paid for their 400 dollars for their all fluid and filters replacement. Also thought the break oil was going to be flushed and replaced. It still looks dingy and dark. I was told that its just left over residue in the break lines. My vehicle is running great though. But it does make me question what else they might have forgotten.

I made an appointment online and within about 10 minutes Todd called to let me know they were booked for that day and we rescheduled for the next day( this would be the only downfall as the appointment availability site doesnt seem to be accurate)- although it does clearly state they will call to confirm and it worked out for me any way. I absolutely despise going to dealerships and honestly most car related businesses because as a woman 99% of them assume I know nothing about my vehicle and always try to tell me I need ABC or XYZ and try to charge me $$$. Todd was very personable and professional. My vehicle was ready to go when he said it would be and he told me they found a leak (which I had suspected, but didnt mention it prior). Honestly he couldve just tried to get my money but he told me to check with dealership because it should be a warranty item. So I left happy and even happier with the final price of the oil change. I ended up taking it to the dealership and surprise what a 2 week nightmare that was and left me wanting to just pay for the fix at Midas HaHa... but I will definitely return to this Midas in the future. I appreciate a business that doesnt try to BS you around and just does what you asked for etc.

I brought my vehicle in late because the breaks were grinding. They stayed open late to help get my vehicle fixed, were friendly, straight forward with prices, and helped me stay within my budget for repairs.

The worst experience with this place. Once I told them I have the parts they doubled the labor. They want to charge me 140.00$ plus tax and I checked the place which located in the same plaza was 100 $.

Went in for break pads, was told i needed new rotors, pads, a flush, an alignment blah blah blah lol went to a mom and pop shop where they told me my rotors were good for another full set of pads. Typical big name rip off.

Apparently it s under new ownership!! :( the other owner was good!! This one idk if they know what they re doing. First they don t take groupons anymore because it s different ownership, but they don t have any signs up and groupon is still selling their deals. Secondly I took my car in on sat morning at 730 am when they open. Since I have already have had the same back brakes done there and made an appointment with them knowing the car that was coming in and the issue I needed fixed. So I figure it wouldn t be a problem. At 8:45 am I decided to call since I haven t received a call from them yet. Apparently she, Maria, was just about to give me a call to tell me that the mechanic in on the weekend can t do my brakes because my 2013 Kia is too high tech for him and they need to wait until Monday to see if the caliper was pushed out too much to be fixed. However it wasn t leaking but the brakes were bad and grinding and the caliper was push out pretty far. So I told her that I would take it somewhere else and please have it ready for me when I got there. 30 mins later I get there and the car is still jacked up to show me the caliper seemed compromise but I knew it was fine bc It wasn t leaking brake fluid and the reservoir was still full, even tho she was fine with me driving it off. So of course I have to wait longer for the mechanic to put back on the one tire, which he was at first too busy to do bc he was working on another car, aka watching the oil drain from the car that he was giving an oil change to. Literally standing and WATCHING the oil drain and not doing anything!!! Thank god Maria knew I was upset and asked him to put the tire on and drive it to the front. I bet the oil was still draining when he got back to it too. I went to the Alamo they charge $200 and replace the rotors and pads and did a great job and only took him a 1.5 hrs. And never once said anything about the caliper being too far out. Don t go here and waste your time and fine a good mechanic.

But thank you for hinting I made the whole thing up. You dont want to solve the problem, you just want to slander someone who dared to complain. Took my car in to get an oil change and to get my car checked up and everything went smoothly. They gave me a list of options on what would be recommended for my car but never pushed me to do any work, which is appreciated. The person in the front office, I believe her name is Rayleene, was very kind and helpful throughout the process. Would go again and would recommend others.

I met the most knowledgeable and magnificently courteous auto repair shop manager/ auto technician yesterday. Rod Edmondson took care of my car trouble that had been bothering me for quite some time and no one else could figure it out. This guy is a magician. His shop is immaculate. Nice and clean and perfectly equipped. If your vehicle has a problem that nobody can fix, I highly recommend taking it to Rod. HE WILL FIX IT.

There Honest and explains everything so you understand what is wrong and what is needed to fix the problem. The people there are very Friendly they dont tell you that you need something that you dont need. I really appreciate that. I would Highly recommend this location to everybody.

We had several things malfunctioning on our 2014 Honda Odyssey. These guys traced the problem to a bad sensor and they clearly and helpfully explained to us our options as well as reasonable expectations regarding the cost of repairs. The repairs took about 90 minutes during which time I waited on site in their front office waiting room. Not only was the staff extremely courteous, efficient, and professional in all of my interactions with them, but while I did some personal work as I sat waiting in their office, I got to overhear the politeness and professionalism in all of their conversations with customers and amongst the staff. I especially appreciated the competence of Neale, the manager, who was very helpful both in his recommendations for repairs and also in his advice regarding vehicle maintenance. The staff never used pressure sales tactics. There was no attempt at upselling. They simply gave me sound advice, reasonable recommendations, and space to make decisions regarding repairs and maintenance of our vehicle. Their price was absolutely unbeatable and the vehicle has been running smoothly for the past few weeks since the repairs. Overall, the whole experience was great!

I went to get my oil changed here and to my surprise, they told me that their prices on the oil I need is too high. They referred me to discounted wheel warehouse instead which is not too far away. 5 stars for their helpful and honest staff!

Nickel and dime charge for a shroud removal during an oil change and then didnt check tire pressure. I was out trying new places closer to home. I guess I will stay with my regular mechanic who doesnt Nicole and dime me and always checks tire pressure

I was blown away by the honesty of this shop. Ive been going around to look for honest shops and mechanics and this shop is one of them. Being a DIYer, you know you cant do everything. Even if you can there are just times where youre too busy. My car needed alignment. I was thinking of doing the string method myself - old school type of wheel alignment but due to time constraints (had a long trip the following day that weekend) I decided to have it aligned by this shop. I was skeptical at first due to previous reviews but being under a new management, I gave it a try. They spent some time but due to my car having a specialized built in suspension, theyre unable to but they did what they can anyway. Neal even offered not to charge me anything. But I was concerned about their technician who worked on my car for an hour and I dont mind paying for his time because it was worth the verification and I appreciate the honesty. My car was designed to have a negative camber. Being part of a car forum, the common story or experience is shops would lie about needing all cambers aligned. I didnt say anything not because I was testing them but out of giving respect. And for the first time in a long time, a shop is not afraid to say they are unable to do it. I insisted on paying at least an amount and I did and it was worth it. You cant find that honesty these days. If youve been in this shop before, know theyre making a concerted effort to build trust with customers, potential or existing.

The other day I noticed a clicking sound coming from the left front side of my Honda Civic. The faster I would drive the more I would hear it. So I decided to get some help. The technician ended up finding a Rusty Nail in my front tire. Really happy with the service. Got me back on the road and no time. No more annoying clicking sound coming from my tire. Had a great experience with these guys. Took my Maserati in to get brakes. There were reasonably priced and I was out of there pretty quickly. The employees that I came across were friendly and smiled. I have been to a few other repair facilities in the area and had disappointing experiences. I will be back.

I was looking for a good Auto Repair shop in the area. I found Midas and thank goodness I did so. The mechanics were amazing the owner was really nice and personable. I needed to replace my rotors as well as my front brake pads. Every time I would push the brakes my steering wheel would rattle like crazy. After the mechanic replaced my rotors and put new brake pads. It felt like I was driving a new car. Even though my car is 12 years old. I already set up my friend to go there to change his alternator. If you need a good reliable honest good priced Auto Repair in the area. This is the spot to go to. 10 out of 10.

Had a great experience here. The guys at the shop made me feel comfortable taking my Jeep in. Servicing my vehicle is not a thing I like to do but the Midas in Cypress made it painless. I will be back. The prices were fair and I got out of there in a reasonable amount of time.

Im over here stressing out constintly thinking im running out of gas, so i go in for a check up and of course it was my fuel pump. But they handled everything quickly. Nice and friendly clerks, had no hesitation anwsering all my questions. If i have anymore more car problems, will definitly be back.

Good work recommend got great customer satisfaction. Needed to get a tire rotation and they hooked it up with an oil change. Made my day. In the future if I have any problems with my car best believe they will be the team to get it done.

Are car started over heating and thank god there was a Midas auto shop in the area and we had our vehicle towed to the shop where they took care of us and they were supper friendly and affordable. The customer service was over all amazing and our car was up and running. I highly recommend using this company for any car related issues there there to help and over all work done was amazing.

ON TOP OF THAT MIDAS OFFERS LOANS TO FIX YOUR CAR BUT THE INTEREST RATE IS AT 188.96, IN OTHER WORDS BY THE TIME IM DONE PAYING MY DEBT I WOULD HAVE PAID THEM MORE THAN DOUBLE. I WAS IN NEED SO I DID NOT TAKE MY TIME TO READ ANY DOCUMENTS, I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS SIGNING BECAUSE ALL I WANTED WAS TO GET MY CAR(MY DAILY TRANSPORTATION) TO GET FIXED. TERIBLE PLACE.

I purchased this Midas Groupon voucher $90-for-$180 brake pads services. But when paying for the service the shop manager told me my Groupon voucher was ONLY applicable to a standard car! I insisted that a voucher was just a prepayment (Only $90 off actually) and on Groupon there wasnt any exclusion statement. Finally they honored it. Then when he tried to open my trunk to return my wheel lock the trunk wouldnt barge... The mechanics broke my trunk latch actuating system!

They lied to me and did an engine diagnosis when I was promised and engine compression test. They also sold my wife a bad alternator we had to replace it two weeks later. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE BLACK PLAUGUE. I warned you!!!

My car needed repairs in September. They replaced the spark plugs, battery, and alternator. However, the alternator went bad by December. The mechanic from 5 speed motors in Hollywood said the alternator was a cheap one. So get everything with with them, because they promise my husband that they would give him results about the status of the engine, but they Purge like they did not promise him that.

I drive for Uber I Derrick the store manager I asked him if the do inspection for Uber, he told it is going take 20 minutes and only $20 I waited about an hour, then I went out to see him speaking to worker he told him the tires needs replacement all 4 of them, the care has less than 38000 miles, he wants me to replace the tires which will cost me over $600, I asked him why you did full inspection and the last thing you did is the tires that is should be the first thing and you should told me if I still want the inspection since it will not pass, it cost me $20 and my time he was not helpful, I dont do business like this, I would never go back to their store or do any business with them

the first guy who worked on my car did not do his job. long story short my husband drove not even a block down the street after picking it up and it broke down. i had to leave the car there another day for them to fix the damage done from the new guy who worked on my car. He didnt even test drive it!! needless to say i am never going back...

This is a hit and miss, depending who you work with and when. Free Wi-Fi. Sometimes theyll give you a great deal, sometimes theyll quote you much more than the market. Sometimes theyll get back to you right away, sometimes they wont call back, wont complete what you asked them to do without many persistent requests... 1) May 2017: Great experience (5 star). When I first visited, Amit was proactive, quick, and friendly. They gave me a very competitive quote with a discount and got me in the same hour to replace my radiator. The actual mechanic working on it was really cool, thorough and found a leak in the thermostat (which a shop had just replaced a month ago) housing along with some other small rusted parts. Amit made some quick calls and showed me what needed to be replaced along with the problems, and charged me only for the parts for the extra problems. He got it taken care of within about an hour, so excellent work, price, timing,and service!!! 2) Fall, 2017: Tried to get a quote for fixing a dead battery, and it took them couple hours to get back to me after several calls I made. Then the quote was double what others wouldve charged and they were soon closing anyways. Disappointed since I had been a customer for many months..

Mechanics are good but what sucks is the ownership over p ice parts and labor go at your own risk.
