First Auto Mechanic, Repair & Tire Shop in Cupertino

Knew I needed to replace all four shocks on my 24-year-old car. Nasir and Bilal replaced the shocks. I know longer feel the bumps on the road. I'm happy with the work done by First Auto Mechanic in Cupertino.

This was my second time taking my car to First Auto, both experiences have been great! The team is professional and accommodating, prices are reasonable, and communication is easy. I’ll be sure to use them again in the future!

After trying several other auto shops, Nasir was the only one who honored the terms of our telephone agreement. I was initially told that the service would take two hours, but when Nasir realized I didn't have a ride home and had to wait, he finished the job in just one hour. I highly recommend this auto repair shop for its reasonable prices, friendly service, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation and Nasir was very helpful and fast. I got in right away and he was gracious enough to check my brakes as well. I will go back again and I recommend this shop.

I went to this shop after doing a Google search (for an open garage, early on Saturday) and saw that they were nearby where I live. They aren't on the main road so I never knew about them until I did the search. They are open all the time...literally every day! I went last weekend needing a tire repaired but wound up buying a set because mine were nearly bald. They installed all 4 tires and sent me a text a couple of hours later saying my car was ready! This is a great local shop run by Bilal and his Father and I enjoyed talking about nice cars with Bilal. Sure, I could have gotten the tires a bit cheaper from some online shop but I would have had to wait and I don't mind spending more to support a local family business. These guys are great and we will be using them whenever we have a need.

Taken both my cars there for maintenance services. Very knowledgeable father/son team. Prices are fair and work is done to a very good standard. Happy to recommend them.

After being ripped off by a mechanic in downtown San Jose, I was referred to First Auto. I have to say, Babur, Nasir and Bilal saved my life. They checked my car real quick, found out what the last mechanic did to it and fixed it with absolute professionalism. Throughout the process, they kept me updated, showed empathy to what I went through and also gave me suggestions on how to take best care of my car. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and this will be my go-to place for repair!

The first time I drove in, my VW Tiguan was running a fan long after I shut it off and it worried me. The lead mechanic explained that it was doing its job to cool the engine, and he said if there were no sensors on, there was nothing to fix. I was very impressed with this. The second time I drove in, I was worried about a cross-country trip and asked them to find whatever was going to break. They did, and they quickly fixed about 6 important things for a very reasonable price. There was one thing they did not want to fix because they said it would cost thousands of dollars more than the car was worth, and I should use that money to save for a new car instead. I can hardly describe how impressed I've been with this repair shop. The mechanics are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. This is not something I can say about any other car repair establishment I have ever been to.
