Brittany came out to service my old system. While a previous HVAC technician from a different company told me my system was shot and that I needed a new system, Brittany got it running! I rarely use my heater or AC so I m glad I didn t have to get a new system. Brittany is professional, thorough, polite, and trustworthy. She does her job well. I referred RC to friends and told them to ask for Brittany!

They did a great job getting our AC working again! They use quality American made parts and warranty their work. Hopefully no more issues for us, but would gladly call them back if we do.

Family owned, local business. Anthony was fantastic. He took great care in explaining the why behind what was going on and what could be an issue down the road. I had Christy or Britney, I forgot her name, check out my existing AC system on Friday evening. I was expecting a follow up regarding my quote on Monday but no response. I called the office on Tuesday to check for a status and I was told someone will reach out to me. As expected no answer or information on my quote for a new system. This is becoming a common response from the local AC installers around my area. Communication here is the same as Magnolia A/C.

I m the owner of Lil Lollypop Preschool in Buena Park. My AC was out this morning, and by 8:00 a.m today he left us as cool as can be. My students were so happy the man with the big ladder fixed our AC! The responsiveness was %100. I highly recommend RC Air as your go to AC company. Rc Air did a full air conditioning and furnace replacement after my other one burnt out. They were thorough and extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure the new system worked well. They took the time to explain everything so I had a good understanding of what I was getting. If you want honest and great service I would recommend them any day.
