Beach City Performance in Corona Del Mar

I noticed a nail in my tire, so i stopped by to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately, It was unfixable. They recommended replacing all 4 tires. I was so happy when they said they could do it right away and that it would only take an hour. I walked down the street and had lunch and came back an hour later only to find that my car was sitting in the exact same place where I left it! I was so surprised! I was on a tight schedule to catch a flight and ask what it happened. He said that he could have it done in 35 minutes but that they would not have the time to do the alignment after all. 35 minutes later, the car was done and ready to go. I wish the gentleman would’ve just been honest with me and told me that it was going to take longer, and then I would’ve had been prepared in my mind for that. I hope that the tires were put on correctly due to the speed in which they had to put them on for me to make my flight. I was also unhappy that they were not able to do the alignment.

Marcus is knowledgeable and trustworthy. They handled my very low car with great care for an alignment. After a thorough check, they assured me everything looked good and that an alignment wasn’t needed. They could have easily charged me, but they chose honesty instead. Now they have a customer for life! Highly recommend.

Marcus and the guys were awesome. Pulled in without an appoitment with 2 nails in 2 different tires. They quickly patched them up and had me back on the road within 10 min. I also asked for a quote on 4 new tires (mine are seeing the end) and Marcus gave me a great price compared to what i've been paying. I think i found my new shop

Best shop out there for repairs, maintenance, and everything else. Marcus and the guys here are 100% trustworthy, which is the most important thing when getting your vehicle worked on. They're also very smart, and they work efficiently. I've been taking my vehicles here for years and I've never been disappointed. If you drive by, you'll often see all sorts of exotics parked in the lot, and it's a testament to how excellent Beach City Performance is--that people who spend a lot of money on cars trust this shop to get the job done fairly and competently. Easy 5/5!

Quickest and most professional service ever! I called to see if they had time to plug tire due to a screw. "Sure. Bring it in after 2 pm." Pulled in the driveway, tech was on the car within a minute ( no joke ). We were on our way within 10 minutes. And, by the way, they were busy. HIGHLY recommend.

I just came today in the morning. Tried to explain the administrator that I need just to patch the tire. He didn’t even want to understand what I’m trying to explain to him and told me to leave the keys that some shop will come - pick up my wheel and than bring it the same day. That’s kind of a joke! If u have u tire damaged and u are in a hurry - I would not recommend u this company.

Clowns. I called on a weekend asking to schedule an oil change. They said it would be $129 for an oil change (very pricey, but its close by to me so I figured I'd pay a premium for convenience). I asked how long it would take, which I was told one hour. I asked for times to come in and agreed that I'd come in at 7.30am on a Monday (I moved my work schedule to accommodate the oil change). I asked if I need to make an official appointment and the guy on the phone said he had it taken care of and they'd get me in and out within 1 hour. I brought my car over at 7.30am, checked in, a nice old man said they'd get started immediately and I was good to leave the car. Having nothing to do, since its my only car, I walked around the block for an hour. I came back at 8.30 and went inside to get my car and ask for my keys. The car was in the same spot as I left it. Another guy at the counter said they hadn't started it yet. Said he forgot to do it. Completely unprofessional, its amazing they have a successful business with service like that. Will never go back and will tell anyone who asks about it to stay miles away. No apology, no offer to do the oil change free or at least discounted, just a disgraceful waste of my time.
