Take 5 Oil Change in Cornwall

Worst possible place to take your vehicle. Save yourself the time, money and headaches and go elsewhere

Today March 7.2025 was the first time and last going into take 5 oil change in Fergus. Horrible experience from me telling the associate I wanted a regular synthetic oil change and filling my oil with a more expensive one that I did not ask for and getting charged for something I did not say I wanted . Then on top of that he basically was calling me a liar saying that I said I asked for the better synthetic oil when I clearly did not. I am extremely upset with the service and him not listening clearly to what I ask for. On top of that him speaking his language to the other associate is extremely rude we live in Canada if you can’t speak English for us to hear what your saying don’t speak at all. Speaking a different language is very disrespectful and should not be allowed in a work place where a customer cannot understand what they are saying.

Went there tonight, in and out super fast, price was good, guys there were super friendly, I’ll be going back.

I didn't have time to change my oil before a road trip so I stopped in. Around 4 months later when it's time for me to change my oil again I find this. When they took off the skid plate he snapped a bolt and zip tied it back on. On a different bolt he just cross threaded it in, left it crooked and sticking half way out. He never told me any of this and finding it myself now I'm beyond frustrated. Not mentioning the damage no matter how small is dishonest. I would never go here again.

Everyone there is very kind and understanding some of the best customer service I have ever experienced any time I need a fluid changed that’s where I’m going. The environment they build is amazing and they work together and as a great team. Truly a great place.
