I was referred by a good friend of mines that knows this shop well over 20 years, I was treated poorly. This establishment refused to work on my 2000 Toyota Camry. I told them I wanted to get my Left, Right lower control arms installed, power steering pump, and Power steering pressure hose installed, they installed the right side of the lower control arm in which the parts I purchased and provided the mechanics. Francisco insisted that I needed a Rebuilt Rack and Pinion and the language barrier is horrible. They barely speak any English this is America. If you not Mexican they could careless FACTS 💯. I sat for over an hour on several occasions, and the mechanics ignored me like I was a ghost meanwhile they speaking spanish and laughing, they did not provide me any professional customer service. I offered to pay Francisco for the right lower control arm he did installed. He told me I quote "I don't owe them nothing and he's not working on my car bring a different car what the fudge" after that I took my business else where. No customer appreciation I will never come back here! 😡

There nothing but rip off people they don't do the job right they like rip people off

I have been coming to this shop for over 20 years, i send friends and family here and they are very HONEST and Labor is beyond reasonable. .. they will check your brakes without charging you a penny. I work for Personal Injury attorney for 35 yrs & love helping people and i am very careful where i go. You will end up liking them as much as do too. ( buy the life time warranty brakes ) and after only pay for labor and never for psrts at auto zone..... DIFFERENT OWNERS one for (1)MUFFLERS, (2)REGULAR MECHANIC AND (3) BRAKE SHOP.

If you don't speak spanish, just stay away. Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I'm sure they're good and doing brakes though.

Good For Brakes But No Good Big Jobs on Vehicle Keep it Simple Or Beware.

they got my brake pads installed at a moments notice. I trully apreciate that kind of service. will come back in the future.
