I went there to get my car smog checked, and they got me in right away. The staff is always so nice and friendly.

There ok ,it took 30 min to find out what kind of oil and how much to put in!

Took my car to get a simple oil change, when I got home my car leaked oil everywhere. Oil filter was never tight. Took it back and my car is still leaking oil. Thanks Speedee for causing a huge headache!

Went for a simple oil change and was recommended a radiator flush based off mileage. Asked if coolant was ok they said yes it s just a recommendation so I said ok go ahead summer is coming anyway. I take my car home and it smelled strongly of coolant and then my car overheated and I looked it had no coolant at all went back had to pay an extra $400 to get an all of a sudden leak that clearly wasn t there before or they were negligent to notice when they flushed the radiator. Avoid this place unless you feel like having your car damaged or wasting money! Will never go again and will spread the word to others!

I was recommend this place by American Tires and let me tell you I did not have a great experience. Staff are rude was and not helpful. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I brought my truck in for alignment and I still had issues after. I brought it back 2 weeks later to have them fix it and I was pretty much blown off. Waist of time and money. Go other places. There are much better options within 1200 of their place.

I will never let these incompetents touch a vehicle again. They overtightened the drain plug on my wife s vehicle. The threads were stripped and oil drained on my garage floor! It cost me $1900 to replace oil pan!! They wouldn t pay the repair cost!

This place is great for quick repairs. Open on Saturday. Prices are reasonable. I went in because dealership is closed on Saturday. I have a warranty but needed it checked out to make sure car was safe till I could make it to dealership. I usually go here when I need something quick and not complex. I appreciate them squeezing me in on short notice.

Funny my car never leaked oil, till I took it here for oil change!! Funny same same two mechanics told 7 customers the same thing!!! The also refused to tell me were oil leak was amd told me to bring it back in! So I took car to 5 different mechanics including dealer and all said same thing, so lets see of SpeeDee says same!!!!

My sister encountered a very rude woman behind the counter and left in tears today, so I m leaving this review as a reminder to treat people kindly. I was speaking on the phone with my sister and this woman thought she was speaking to her. Whatever miscommunication there may have been is no excuse to treat someone poorly. Maybe some additional customer service training is needed.

I put camber to eliminate wear. But Alinia didnt know how to align so he left it wrong...and I tell them its wrong and they say thats all they can do...but the part can be adjusted...anywhere...

Ive done a front axle brake replacement, a water pump replacement and I get my smog checked and my oil changed here. Their prices are better than any other shop that Ive checked and these guys do very good work!

I asked for a full tune up for my vehicle. The worker stated it would be $230. I asked what the tune up consisted of and he said just spark plugs. They worked on my vehicle and as Im about to pay their pricing for a regular tune up/spark plugs was $80. But they were charging me for a high performance tune up. The worker stated he could give me a discount of $20 or finish the job and do the fuel system cleaning. The only reason Im giving them a 2 star instead of one star is because the lady that later assisted me was professional and really hear and assisted me.

Needed alignment and SpeeDee completed it quickly, cheaply, and excellently.

I called ahead to ask if I could come in for Alignment. The receptionist said that It wouldn t take long and I should head over and they could get me in as long as I was there by 5PM. I asked if she was sure and she said YES. I drove across town and got there at 4:45 PM only to be told by somebody else when I got there that they couldn t perform the service. When I asked who it was I spoke with on the phone he said it was his daughter who answered and that she doesn t actually work there. Then why would you have her answering your phone and speaking with your customers? Saying NO over the phone in the first place would have been more respectful of my time and yours.

I went for an alignment and the guy doing the aligment told me one of the bolts was bent, so he said it would be 40 extra to replace the bolt. I agreed that it was ok if it was 120. When I got charged, they told me it was 200, but not after they finished the service. I could have changed the bolt myself in a few minutes and save 120 dollars but they did lied to my face from the begining and overcharged me for a simple bolt.

I had been going here for 10 years for my oil changes. On 05/27 I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic as it had a fuel smell when I would start it. I had it towed in. We checked in. Said needed a diagnostic and we can go from there. We were waiting in waiting area for three hours (no problem, it was busy and I had the day off.) the front desk lady had told us the guy who does the diag wanted to go to lunch if we wanted to come back later. We let her know it was fine, we were going stay and wait so we can talk to them in person. It was for some reason a huge ordeal. We were fine with waiting. Sonny walked to our vehicle, popped the hood and came back and said I don t see a leak, what s the problem. I explained to him that when I start the vehicle it has an overwhelming odor of gasoline and sometimes it shakes a bit. I explained that we had this issue before and we just replaced one of the fuel injectors but we weren t sure if it was another injector or the fuel line. We even gave him the code from a self diagnosis we ran with the OBD2 reader. We were told it still needs to be diagnosed. When we let them know we had no problem staying as long as it took to run the diag so we can be there and be shown what the issue was, we were met with a speech about how he had been in business for 20 years and he wouldn t survive that long if he was just trying to scam people for money. We were advised that they can check it in the morning because sometimes a fuel smell can happen when it s cold. We agreed to keep the vehicle overnight. Got a call at about 9:30am the next morning say they found a leak in the fuel injector if we wanted it replaced. Of course we do, so we said yes. Three hours later get a call that it was complete. Went to go pick up the vehicle and it ran fine for about 30 minutes. When I went to start the vehicle again I noticed the smell of gas was faint, but there again. I figured it must have been some of the fluids burning off the hot engine as we also asked for an oil change. Yesterday I noticed it again, but this time it seems like vehicle is sputtering a little bit. I called SpeeDee today and talked to a Manual. I tried explaining to him what the new issue is and how I felt that nothing was done and we felt that we were just rushed out because they didn t want us there. He began to tell me that they for sure fixed the issue because he remembers working on my green (it s brown) Jeep and that a diagnosis wouldn t have told them what the issue was anyways. He said I can come back and they can look at it again, but I already feel like they did nothing the first time, why would they do anything a second time. I asked for a refund on everything except the oil change, because HOPEFULLY they actually changed it, and was told there was no way they can do that, but if I wanted to bring it in, they ll fix it for sure this time. I took two days off of work to get this done and they are unfortunately open during the days/times I work. Will not go here again. A waste of $302 that I ll never get back. Money that I could have just bought the parts with and done it myself.

Horrible place, after about 1h waiting there, they switched up the prices we agreedfagreed upon before of $120 to $340, for an oil change and a tune up. Definitely DO NOT recommend!! DO NOT. Negative

The change the oil light wasnt even reset in a 2000 Chevrolet Impala. Im not even sure the oil was changed. Their ad said, all fluids would be topped off, wasnt done, the service associate said engine and fire wall were too hot. Needless to say I wont be returning to this establishment and I certainly wont recommend that anybody go there!

I just moved from Visalia and needed an inspection to drive for Uber. They called and said they could do the service, just come on in. I roll in to be told the only person who can do the inspection is on lunch, and I ll have to wait thirty minutes. Note that this is a service that generally takes 20 minutes. I then go over to a local bookstore to browse while I wait. I look over the whole store, but a few books, come back, and there is still somehow work being done on my car. I wait an additional 45 minutes and finally can go. I pay and leave, and don t see my car. I try the other exit, and THEN they decide to tell me they ve parked my car in a different businesses parking lot! They also tampered with my seat settings, which was annoying and unnecessary. Take your money and your car elsewhere!!!

They said they would call me when my car was finished. Waited hours and they never did. I finally had to call myself. They had been finished with it hours before because there was nothing they could do. Complaint: lack of communication and rudeness.

Pros and Cons to my alignment experience.. They said 45 mins, took over 3 hrs! When I paid, he gave me $20 off because I had a coupon which was great! Drove off, alignment was not fixed. Looked at my paperwork & my measurements were not all GREEN (proper alignment measurement color), I called back a few days later & the man was rude, he said to bring it in tomorrow I dont have time today! Then hung up on me. Very professional I called back the next day to see if I could get a different employee & thank God for Ashley! She was sweet & thorough & ACTUALLY PROFESSIONAL! Took my car back, they showed me a piece connected to my tires needed to be fixed but my alignment was fixed so I was good to go. He said if it wasnt okay to bring it back. It wasnt okay. Nothing changed but the colors on my paperwork. Ashley followed up, I explained my situation, she talked to the guys and called me back (thank you Ashley!!) She explained that my bushing was what needed to be replaced and without it being fixed my wheels wont align. Not sure why the guy couldnt tell me that or type it on my paperwork. It was all a mess for no reason. If they would have been thorough the first time, we could have avoided all this. I wont go back there, but the 3 stars are because Ashleys customer service, the coupon & at least they didnt charge me more to NOT fix my car. If they would have told me about my bushings the first time, Id give 5 stars! Without Ashley, 1 Star.

Too expensive and they didnt reconnect my cruise control!

Took my Tundra in for an oil change. Engine blew shortly after. Toyota said my filter was installed incorrectly and the filter scrunched up within the filter housing not allowing the oil to flow into the engine causing a valve to stick allowing my pistons to blow the literal hell out of the engine. Go here for expensive and catastrophic failure of your vehicles! My bill from Toyota was over 13 thousand dollars before the install. 15 plus grand all in all.

Brought my toyota tacoma in with a p0430 code. I had replaced a few simple things in hopes it would fix it. I took it in and told the guy the code it had been throwing for the last 6 months. He calls next day says the PCM computer is bad. $900. I approved and he called back said o2 sensor is bad $180 I also approved. Paid $150 for diagnosis and $28 for smog so over $1200 total. He said it was all fixed and passed smog. I drove it away and check engine light came on as soon as it did its emissions scan. I looked at the code and its p0430 the same thing I brought it in for to begin with. I took it back he says catylic converter is bad. I told him he made a misdiagnosis because the repairs did not fix the code. I dont know how the heck he got it to pass smog but now I paid over $1200 and still have check engine light for the same code. He fixed nothing and doesnt stand by his work!

They all treat you well, do great work, and they always give me the $10 off, even if I forget my coupon!! For my smog, i always get my car smogged there, they are Spee Dee and you dont have to wait forever!! They are GREAT, I highly recommend it!!!

This place has great customer service! Recently they did an oil change and serviced the A/C. Included with an oil change is an exterior washing of the windows AND the vaccuum our your car! It was really nice to step into a clean car. Great place to do business!

took my truck in for an alignment, and the guy tells me my Pittman arm is bad, so it would be a waste to get an alignment due to it wouldnt stay straight.... I appreciated that, but he told me it would cost about $600. Took it to another shop and had it fixed on both sides for $290. Got an alignment at Speedee afterwards, I took it back in because I still had to crank to the left to drive straight. Never fixed it brought it back to speedee a month ago(a year after the ALIGNMENT) asked if they could check out why I am still not going straight. I am told, the tie rods need to be replaced, it will cost about$1000 to take care of the problem... they are just looking for loopholes and ways to screw you..

Never got past the price. Total RIP off. $45 to change your oil, while I am supplying BOTH OIL AND FILTER -15 minute job, 45 for labor.....if they actually paid their staff a family living wage with full benefits I would gladly pay that. Unfortunately we all know thats not the case. Simply gouging in an area of the city where they can get away with it. I bet their oil change specials are $39.95 or less...including oil and filter.....beware of this place, find something cheaper and more honest. Drive in with a nice car and prepare to be screwed.

I recently changed the oil in my vehicle only to find that speedee in Clovis hadn t tightened the plug and had put the wrong oil filter on. They used a very generic brand of oil filter that was less than half the size of the filter recommended by the manufacturer. I will never go back to a place that uses the wrong parts to save money at the expense of its customers and their vehicles.

Ive been taking my car here regularly for the past several years. No issues ever and they stay on top of all the fluid flushes. car is pushing 215,xxx miles which Id like to think is in part to the service provided here.

Great for oil changes

Dropped my car off to have windshield wipers repaired. Was told it would be a couple of days ( busy shop, I understand) after 3 days, I called and was told they where waiting on parts, called the next day and they where still working on it. A day later I was told it would be Sat or Monday before it was done. So on Sat afternoon, I was told they couldnt fix it , they changed the motor and still didnt work. Picked up the car after 6 days and it still was not fixed. Took it to dealer, motor was bad and it was the original motor, never touched it. Stay away, unless you just need oil change.

They are usually pretty quick and kind but there have been a few occasions where it seems like they are trying to convince you to fix things that dont really need fixing. Fairly typical of an oil change place but overall they are pretty good.

Abrasive, and poor customer service. Extremely impersonal. Provide bare minimum services. Also, they do not use proper coverings to protect your floor mats or seats. Take your business elsewhere!!

Second time in, First time had a slight oil leak which stopped and my Debit card was billed twice. This was quickly corrected by a nice lady on the phone. This visit again my debit card was billed twice and upon calling to get a credit I was hassled by a rude man on the phone telling me my bank was wrong. I called my bank and yes they were paid 2X. What should have been a quick fix has now taken me an hour of my time and dealing with people basically calling me a liar. One plus, they did vacuum my floor mats.

Would not recommend. They changed the price and then forced me to sign the work order with the price they changed it to. Receptionist got mad when I took my copy prior to signing it. Owner/manager was yelling in shop at Receptionist. Receptionist gave me my keys and wouldnt tell me where my vehicle was. Had to find it on my own lol. Very poor service.

great place! Got sent here because i failed a smog and the smog tech told me i would pass if i got a tune up. so i went to this speedee location and talked to sunny, told him i wanted a tune up and it would fix my problem. He then asked to see my smog paper work and when he reviewed it he seen that i had an internal engine failure problem from blue smoke on my failure and let me know that a tune up would pretty much be a waist of money if thats the reason why i wanted it done and we proceeded to talk about fixing the problem the right way. I got to say a major thanks to these guys for the honest and knowledgeable help! trust these guys with any issue!

First off I want to state that I have only done oil changes here. I bring in my own oil and filter for the service. The mechanics there have never misthreaded the filter or plug from my oil pan. I have gone on a Friday and Saturday in the past. Service was quick every time. Cost was $25, which is pretty much the labor and oils disposal fees. Plan to keep going there when I need a change again.

They were quick and the atmosphere was better than most shops Ive been to. Only downside was that no information was offered on my vehicles condition; however, they were quick and allowed me to move on with my busy schedule.
