I have a 22 year old car with 320,000+ miles on it that I had towed in because I couldn't get it started. Also, every time I opened a door the theft alarm went off. Based on my description of all the problems I had been experiencing, the estimate for repairs was $3,100. After all necessary repairs were made and a new alarm system was installed, I drove away in a car that operates perfectly, and the tab was only $1,900. I have been driving, and paying for car repairs for over 60 years. My experience with Gateway Automotive Repair is the best repair experience I've ever had. The folks there are everything I would want in auto mechanics. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, transparent, skillful and honest.

Gateway made my oil change very easy. They also did a courtesy check on the fluids, etc. In the car. I will plan to use them again. They were very friendly

Visiting family from out of town. We had to go back thru 5° weather forecasts and wanted car checked out before the 1,800 mile drive. Our family highly recommended gateway automotive. We asked for all fluids checked and radiator flush and refill since we were concerned about freezing. They called us and let us know the radiator was in excellent condition, as well as the fluid. Said they'd do it if we insisted, but didn't really need it. How many mechanics out there opt to not do a service you are willing to pay for. That's an honest shop. My brakes gave out on the way to work Thank God I wasn’t in an accident. I looked online for an auto shop near my work and this place was very close and was rated very high. I called and even though they were busy, were kind enough to fit me in and even were able to get my brake system repaired by the end of day. Very nice people.

Great people and service, Took my truck 2021Toyota Tacoma for pre-inspection. Gave me the very next day appointment, on a very short notice. Check my truck thoroughly. Doug and his staff were very friendly, honest people. Sent me a detail report with pictures. I would highly recommend them.
