Good service had problems wording parts though but everywhere had problems ordering same part so 🤷
Tried returning an item which I purchased at another location. The clerk told me the item was not returnable which seemed odd. I told them I had bought it not even an hr prior and had specifically asked if it could be returned (I hoped to find it cheaper elsewhere which I did). When I explained as much the clerk told me to go back to the store where I bought it - so I had to drive 20 mins to make the return and feel that I was lied to. The original store told me any NAPA store should take that return. So I think I was lied to - not sure why.
They said they had the part for my truck which they did not. They try to send me out of there with the wrong brake rotors. I had to argue and be like no look. Here is the rotor that came off of the truck and it does not match what you're giving me then they gave me another set of rotors that match the bolt pattern but did not fit the calipers. Very disappointed. Spent $200 and it took 3 days to refund
Checked online and called the store for a tool to finish my truck. Online said it was available and in-stock but I called to make sure. When I got there the person behind the counter said "nope we ain't got that." I explained I checked and it was in stock showed him online and said I called as well. He looked in his paper catalog and said "nope, I can order it but not till tomorrow." So I just ordered it from Orielys.
Great place for DIYers and pros. Plenty of parking, and located conveniently near downtown Clovis. Quality parts and experienced personnel. Decent selection of tools, just in case you don't have that special metric socket for your Audi. Cleaning supplies for your car, paint, filters, oil, batteries and antifreeze. Much more.
I waited at the front counter for several minutes with staff members seeing me and ignoring me. I even said Hello hoping a visible staff member would come to the counter, but no luck. Finally, when a staff member came to the front area I asked if I could get assistance. He mumbled something and I said I'm happy to go elsewhere if y'all want to ignore me. Finally someone came to the counter and offered assistance. He was quite nice and we had pleasant conversation during the transaction where I spent over $200. The owner may want to conduct a refresher on customer service and watching the front counter for customers. Also, anyone could have easily walked in and stolen stuff without being noticed.
We bought an ECM here that didn't work with our vehicle. The guys were very good about the return and we really appreciated that. It took us 7 ECMs until we found the right that would work with the truck. Imagine if we had to pay for everyone of them! Thank you for your great customer service!
Customer service was horrible at the store. I One clerk started complaining because I was asking questions. Very unsupportive. The clerk said Yelp doesn't make a difference in their business they don't really care about satisfying customer needs. Apparently with what I found out independent NAPA stores cannot give you a refund if you buy things at other NAPA stores. So this was a waste of time drove out of my way 10 miles to come to this store will not do it again do not recommend it. Again rudeness and lack of explaining policy satisfactorily. I received a call from the owner. He was polite and considerate as we talked through the incident. I was very impressed how he handled the whole incident. KC the owner has earned by respect and patonage. Thanks KC, you restored my confidence in your store!
