The short chubby lady with black hair was pretty rude. She didn't seem to care about our needs. She had some attitude and a negative tone and wanted to rush us out of the store. Unfortunately, this is why I don't shop here anymore. I have never had issues with the male workers. Customer service matters, especially when I am spending over $300 on parts. Go to another Autozone or even Oreillys.

I enjoyed this visit thanks to the help and kindnness of a young man named Hudson. The whole store of employees were friendly and very helpful. As i write this Hudson is kindly helping another customer. Its nice to have friendly employees that genuinely like their job and helping.

Richie is literally the best! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by him and he asked if I needed any help, which I definitely did, I know nothing about car parts and all that but I did know I needed a new air filter for my Honda so I asked him for one. Richie also asked if I needed the air filter behind my glove box, which I was shocked by because I didn’t even know my car had a second air filter?? After telling him my lack of knowledge on the second one he didn’t even hesitate asking if I’d like for him to not only put it in for me but also show me where/how to install it myself so I know next time. Less than 5 minutes after taking up on Richie’s offer he did exactly that and I didn’t feel judged at all while he educated me about the process. Definitely coming back to only this Autozone from now on because of this experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tisha, the manager of this place, absolutely took care of me. She didn’t even have to change my battery that was out of warranty but did anyway! She also called other stores for me to get my exact product. She went above and beyond. I cannot remember the last time I’ve had a customer service interaction like this and I will never forget the solid she did for me!

Jeez. Stood in line 15 minutes. Staff never looked up, never addressed anybody in line stating that they were working to try to get to us or anything. Staff look young and had ZERO personality. Very meek talking to the customers. It's a shame how young people are terrified to talk to strangers when you have five grown men waiting in line for over 15 minutes. Customer service needs an upgrade here.
