I Closed the drivers door too hard and the lift assembly broke causing the window fall into the door cavity. I’m in the middle of winter and needed a quick repair on Christmas Eve. JT Auto Glass Office Manager Angela welcomed me and assured me it could be done today. She ordered parts after the mechanic Nate assessed the concerns. Nate installed the lift assembly in short order and Angela signed me out as both Nate and Angela thanked me for choosing JT Auto Glass. Wow! These two are the team to beat. Angela brought me a water while my truck was in service with Nate. I could have never imagined I was headed for such professionalism today. Picture perfect at JT Auto Glass. Thank you two. My windshield had a crack on the driver's side. I wasn't sure if the crack could be fixed or if I needed a new windshield. Angela was a great help, providing options to determine the best solution. Nate inspected the damage at my home and advised that requesting a new windshield through my insurance company would be best. After making the request, Angela efficiently dealt with my insurance to make the change in my claim and ordered an original Ram windshield from the dealership. Angela was so sweet, caring, and efficient to making this experience easy; I know I can refer friends and family and they'll be well taken care of.

From the first phone call, to droping off and picking up our car was so painless. This is the 3rd car we have taken there, and they are so pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this business to anyone needing their glass replaced.

Where do I begin? Angela...... Absolutely amazing gal, she helped me when I was completely clueless. I lost my dad 2 years ago and he was always the one to help me figure things out when it came to my vehicle. I did not know where to look or how to find out about my deductible, Angela told me EXACTLY what to do, I was going to pay the full price of what it was going to cost to replace my windshield but with her going above and beyond to guide me I was able to find out differently and saved myself hundreds of dollars. She helped me through the process of contacting Geico, and we got it all squared away together! THAT is the type of customer service I LOVE! Got my windshield replaced yesterday (9/2/2024), Nate had notified her to contact me about the rust on my framing in which she did EXACTLY that, she explained everything to me and made it clear that I was A O K! Absolutely WILL recommend friends to JT Auto Glass! Thanks a million times over!

Had a windshield that needed replaced and another that needed repaired. Brenda in the office got things ordered and dealt with the insurance company so the new windshield was here within a few days. John and his partner installed it and they were great! They did an excellent job putting in the new windshield, and John even checked/fixed a couple of side windows for me that I had questions about. Very personable, knowledgeable and kind!! It was a great experience from beginning to end!

Very personable and professional. My windshield was replaced with a short amount of time. I'm very pleased with their work. They also have a fantastic antique store with the office.
