This OReillys has some extra helpful and nice staff. They were quick to help and understand the issue. This OReillys is a bit smaller but still has a good selection. Not too rough a spot, and the location was reasonably laid out and well kept inside.

Ok...everyone knows, this is a big company, I just asked for the free engine light check. Mind you, I just came from another OReilly location, THEY DID NOT have a gadget! Excuses: Lost or stolen!? UNBELIEVABLE! No backup tool?! I went to Auto Zone where, they were stocked. - period

Have shopped there many times . Guys are always very helpful. Went today to get transmission fluid and have it and the oil checked. Guys are extremely helpful.

Terrible service from Mr. Michel, I bought a battery for my car and he did not want to install it, even so I bought it and when I left the store they were installing a battery and I came back to cancel the purchase. I discriminate for not knowing English I cant believe how much racism

My car wouldnt start when leaving Sams Club gas station. I didnt have monies for a battery at Sams so I went over to OReilly for a price check and for them to check out my car. Shane was a Peach! He checked my alternator and asked he to turn off my car so he could check the battery. I was hesitant because Id just gotten a jump start, but he assured me hed get me started. He checked my battery and told me I needed another. Then he told me to try my car. It started! Thank you Shane! I really appreciate your time. Unlike dude at Sams Club who sent me on my way...as he walked away.

CSR didnt listen to what I was saying.

I recently went to my local OReillys to purchase front wipers for my 2013 Ford Edge. As I am a 76 yr. old female with no idea on how to remove or install my wipers I had to put my trust in the store clerk for my purchase. It doesnt take much to make me happy but I have to tell you, I came out of OReilly Auto Parts a very happy lady. The clerk was courteous and knowledgeable. The price was lower than I was expecting and the clerk went out to my car, removed the old wipers and installed the new pair. Just in time for the heavy rainfall that started on my way home. I will definitely be going back to OReilly again for my auto needs.

yesterday I went to the OReillies on san juan and greenback in syphilis heights to get my car battery tested and charged when I told them about my heart condition they were very understanding about it and had no problem getting my battery bringing it in to the store and bringing it back out to me. so for me they get a 5 out 5 for there fantastic customer service and to the man who helped me with my battery thank u.

I use them when I have a problem with automobile parts. I use their expertise to get the answers. They have never failed to solve the problem. A good source to save time.

Went in to pick up some new wiper blades for my daughters car. The kid behind the car. The kid behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.. Got customers in-and-out in a timely manner.

Business hours are until 9 pm, it is 7 pm, Monday, the door is locked. Wasted 30 minutes of my time

Came 15 minutes before closing and was disappointed to see a locked door, had to go to auto zone and they were open

Ive always liked OReillys. I bought a car and found that the radiator was aftermarket and had the wrong cap. Tanner was super cool and helped me find something compatible. A small fix that meant a lot to me on a hot day. Thank you!!

Staff was very friendly and upbeat, store needs to be stocked, but it may be a Covid related delay. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience.

How is it okay to have two employees in the store with no face covering when there is a state mandate to wear masks and the sign on your own door says they are required? Their selfish choices put us at risk of this awful pandemic, especially those of us who are in high risk categories. This says to me that you really dont care about your customers and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

OReilly Auto Parts is great they pretty much have anything and everything that you want for your vehicle. Their service is incredibly great as well and theyre on top of things quickly. You wont have to wait around very long for answers any questions you may have.

I came here to buy and return a dead battery. I dealt with two gentlemen who were very nice. They made sure they did whatever they could to make my visit pleasant and fast, and they did exactly that. Even on the littles of things, they made sure to do whatever they could to help me. For example I needed terminal protecter for the battery and they had some in the store and took me outside and helped me apply. This eliminated me wasting money to buy a product for something I wouldn t use more that this one time. I really like this store because not all O Reilly stores are this pleasant to deal with. The gentleman who helped me with the terminal protector was Marshawn. He was awesome. I will definitely be coming back to this store simply because the service provided was incredible. I will definitely recommend this store whenever possible.

Left with nothing? Simple questions about reviving oxidized auto paint. Swirls from dirt/household cleaning products. Not a lot left here that could go wrong with the paint just trying to apologize to my truck for not keeping up her appearance. No definitive answers for a product I could use a little at a time when I was able. Ive got a 2001 pickup not a 2020 Lamborghini. Way to much fear here possibly recommending the wrong product, but feel like I should have had an option of something instead of nothing. End result was the manager and employee both offered to give me numbers to their friends to do detail work. Wondered if they got a kick back. Went to another store today and bought what I would have bought there.
